The staff was wonderful, but the facility is in shambles. Dirty hallways, showers/tub with stains/mildew and mold build-up. Had a room that supposedly slept 7 (3 beds), so assumed there was a pull-out. No, had to rent my poor son a cot for $17 which was basically made of pure springs with a thin sheet thrown on top. Pancakes and eggs were pretty good at the breakfast!

This place is terrible. They shut down the elevator and didn’t put up a sign that it was out of order. Then the next morning it was up and running. The pool was closed. Our sink was cracked, we had 1 wash cloth and two bath towels for 4 of us. The shampoo was empty, I went to the front desk and the reply was, we may be out. Luckily they weren’t. There were wires hanging out of the AC, fortunately it did work. The springs in one of the beds were shot. I do not recommend this hotel, go elsewhere.

Mold in the bathrooms. I would post pictures if this would allow me too. Closet door was broken. Stains on the curtains and mattress. Microwave broken but replaced by the staff. Mini fridge took hours to get cold because it was turned off. No housekeeping was done unless you were there for more than 3 days. Had to go to the front desk for towels, TP and trash bags. The shower water pressure was horrible, just a trickle! That was the most disappointing part of our stay. The continental breakfast wasn’t bad and the staff were very pleasant overall. I will spend more next time on a better cleaner hotel.

A good reasonably priced hotel to stay at Niagara Falls with pretty much all Niagara Falls attractions within walking distance. Clean room and proper air conditioning. The beds are comfortable and room had all the amenities available. Staff were nice and helpful. The vending machines are bit outdated with not many options (only cash); hallways looked a bit outdated with spotty floors and the free wifi was nice however not reliable. But none of it was a big deal to us. The complimentary breakfast was a great plus. Overall, this was about what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

Staff was very unfriendly. Only 2 people (front desk lady with the log hair and breakfast lady) were friendly. The older lady acted as if I was bothering her nap when I asked a question. The frizzy haired clerk was just rude. I had to go down to the front desk 4 times to get new keys. (no, I didn't have them next to my credit card. That's what frizzy haired clerk accused me of). My tv didn't work. It was supposedly fixed but it still cut out and couldn't get most channels. The pool was closed 4 of the 7 days I was there. The soda machine wouldn't accept $$$. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower when I first got to my room. Of the 2 days that I asked to have my room cleaned, the first time I didn't get fresh towels. The second time I didn't get any coffee. The floor in the room was dirty a evidenced by the socks that I wore. I was also surprised by the $10 plus tax self parking fee. The photos and write-up online are misleading. It wasn't posted anywhere. We will not be staying there again.

I booked this hotel because it is a Wyndham property and expected a higher standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the property was not well maintained. There were spider webs throughout the hallways, around the property, and inside the room. Although basic cleaning appeared to have been done before check-in, the staff mentioned that rooms are cleaned only every three days, which was disappointing. I also noticed dead roaches around the property. Given that this hotel is located in a tourist destination like Niagara Falls, I believe more care should be taken to keep the property clean and comfortable for guests.

When we know about 3:30 p.m we asked her nicely to ask house keeping group or check the room. She didn't even check the list and said \"The room has guests already\". We are going to leave to New York at 9:00 pm. We didn't have extra sweater for her (in summer). My mother will be cold in the bus. She was so rude and refuse to help. Hotel is very busy this time. She is yelling other guests \"If evevator doesn't work , use stair\". Rude to every body. The other staffs are fine. I don't know her name middle age, with glasses. When we checked into our rooms, we encountered several unacceptable issues that significantly affected our stay. One room was full of dust and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom had only one toilet roll that was already mostly used, with only about a quarter remaining, and no proper replacement was provided. Another family member was assigned a room with extremely loud exhaust fan or mechanical noise that made it impossible to sleep and caused headaches. In addition, the TV in that room was not working. We reported these problems to the front desk that evening, but we were told that the manager was not available and that nothing could be done until the next morning. As a result, we had to contact Agoda to request a refund. We spent hours on the phone, and the matter was not resolved until around 1:00 a.m. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress, disrupted our rest, and had a significant negative impact on our stay.

While the building and rooms look nice, a closer look revealed dirty curtains with brown stains, a stained tub that did not drain well, a lack of toiletries like body wash or lotion (not that it was necessary), and just general overuse, including a closet door that clearly was broken but worked enough to get away without fixing it. The top drawer is the dresser was broken and would slide out half way even after we closed it.

The floors in the room aren’t carpet, which is nice for cleanliness but terrible for noise. We could easily hear nearly every movement the people in the room above us made.

The pool wasn’t open and we had to leave in the morning before the manager arrived (around 9) and could test the pool. The breakfast was good but that’s about all we can say.

DON'T BOOK HERE! We stayed one night to see Niagara Falls as we traveled home at the end of a vacation. The exterior of the property was dirty and it just got worse once we checked in. Staff at the front desk didn't greet us upon arrival and we were unexpectedly charged for parking. Our room was on the third floor. The elevator was ok but the hallway smelled bad and had had crumbs in multiple spots. It wasn't a huge surprise at that point that our room was dirty too. All the doors had visible dirt build up and splatter marks, the bathroom had hairs all over the floor, mystery substances on the tiled wall and the bathtub had a brown stain. While in the room with the AC on we could hear the TV and conversations from the room next to ours with clarity, as well as footsteps from the room above. The only positive thing to report is that the sheets smelled like bleach so we knew they were clean. For the price we were seriously underwhelmed. Since the area wasn't great either my advice is to book a hotel on the Canada side of the falls.
