I realized the hotel location is very ideal. It sits in the middle between the action, food and attractions in and around Clifton Hill ----- and Fallsview. Walking distance to both areas. It turned out this is our 2nd time at this place.
Only complaints are the secondary chain lock in our room that was already broken when we checked in. Also while we checked in late in the evening, reception said we had to leave by 11AM or we will be charged $25 extra if we leave by noon. And a room cleaner DID SHOW UP AT 11AM to remind us they're not kidding. C'MON!

The staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were worn and need to be updated but they were clean which is what I cared most about as we were only staying overnight. The hotels are overpriced so the motel was the best choice if you are price conscious. Still overpriced though since it has no amenities and parking is extra. I stayed here during Canada Day, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean upon arrival. The microwave and mini fridge worked well, and the bedside lamps were functional. There were also empty cabinets available for storing clothes.
The air conditioner is an older model, but it worked fine after running for a while. The TV is also outdated with low resolution, so don't expect a modern entertainment setup. One thing to keep in mind is that the room has a limited number of electrical outlets, which can be inconvenient if you're traveling with multiple devices that need charging.
The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. However, the shower was the biggest downside. Even with the water turned to the maximum setting, the water pressure was very weak, possibly due to a faulty shower control. A shower that would normally take me five minutes ended up taking nearly twenty.

Unfortunately the toilet bowl was filthy on the new room. When we checked in it just rained, the stairs and hall way has water and so slippery. I have been staying with family at Niagara falls since long.staff at this hotel was very rude and uncooperative.In the night time heating was closed.we tried to contact but the office was closed.NO contact number was provided on the website for service related issues.we suffered through out the night in extreme cold.In the morning when we were checking out,I complained the aged man from Indian origon showed a very rude behavior. Most probabely the power Fuse was off at somewhere closed to office.He fixed there and told me that A/C instrument is fine and working.I tried to convince but he again showed rude behavior. With the small kids its not possible to remain the room so clean.No property damage inside the room was caused.There was a little mess caused by kids on bed sheets for which that rude man charged me 70 dollars instead of giving me any compensation for faulty A/C.You are requested to take action against that hotel and refund my 70 dollars which were charged illegaly. We never experienced such situation ever in the falls.I told that man that you are going to loose number of customers in future due to negative reviews.He said I don't care.

Family Room: The room had sticky stains on the ground. The telephone and lamp next to the bed could not be plugged into an outlet, as the layout of the room did not accommodate their placements. You had to choose between plugging in a different lamp and the microwave/mini-fridge as there was only one extension cord in the room.
We did not receive our deposit back even though we did not damage anything in the room. Attempts to call to remedy the situation are met with a full voicemail box.

Stayed for one night September 6th and had a horrible experience. Had no sleep at all! There is absolutely no insulation, heard everything what was going on in the room next to mine. There is a restaurant attached to the property which had a party going on up until 4 AM and played music so loud that woke my husband up.
Room we stayed in had a musty smell to it, as well I found three dead bugs under the blanket ( spiders). I would not advise families with kids stay there mostly due to nightly activities in the hotel and poor insulation.

I was pleasantly surprised to see so many negative reviews about this hotel but I can assure you that this was a great budget friendly place to stay. It’s close to the Clifton hill and is a great spot to save on parking as well. The staff were friendly . I stayed with my 11 month old baby and they were very helpful with everything.
