When you book through Hotels.Com they give you the worst room they have, mine was under the elevator engine so when someone use the elevator you hear the motor. The breakfast was ok but not many choices, the Hot tub was not so clean, not powerful and it was really busy the day I was there.

The hotel rooms do need to be updated, they are older, but clean.

The pool area is big, clean and has very convenient hours. The hotel also supplies pool towels in the pool area.

The continental breakfast is okay and what you should expect for this type of breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, English muffins, yogurt, waffles machine. It was perfect for us

The hotel is close to restaurants but is a 25-30 minute walk to Clifton Hill.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staffs “the Filipino lady with another white girl” I was supposed to be only charge a security deposit of $100 .. was over charged and at the check out I wanted to know why… which is. Simple question… the lady said the money will return within few days ( YES I do know that) however I did not authorize that … I said yes for the security and no parking needed… the white girl said if you keep interrupting me… you will have to leave. I said this is not an away to speak to a client… the Filipino lady jumped in into the conversation and said I was rude… I said I am not … I’m just asking a question. She said she checked me and I was informed about the parking … I don’t want to argue with here … I know for facts she was LYING… I checked in a week before and it was the manager and he did ask me if parking needed and I said no ( so only charge $100 security deposit) when asked for a business card to make a complaint. the Filipino lady slam the business card on the counter… I decided not to extend my stay and went to the Hilton ( way better and well educated staff) I DO NOT RECOMMEND TGOS PLACE

I think children should be only allowed in the pool area early part of day after 500 pm it should be adult time

The hotel itself is small. But its very accommodating. They have a pool, hot tub and balconies. Im a single mother with a seven year old. For us it works especially for the price. I talked with others on their stay and they felt similar. We had the 7th floor and you could see the falls, we watched them at night. The area around the building is very large. This is one of the smaller ones. So it depends what youre looking for! The contintental breakfast is appreciated and really nice. The rooms are up to date. The pool is clean and not too busy, but at times it is. Its nice if you need a safe location, for family, water activities on site and dont mind travelling for falls activities. The elevator going down to the falls parkway is across the street so it will lower you to walk the falls and do closer attractions. I really liked my stay. The staff are really nice too.

This was our first stay at this hotel…staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and basic. Breakfast was adequate to get you going for the day but limited in food choices. My husband says the coffee was good. If you wanted a larger selection there were a couple of great breakfast buffets within walking distance that were reasonably priced. This hotel is in a great location and minutes to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, Casino and the Falls. We stayed in the off season so it was extremely budget friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on the 8th floor and the balcony seemed less than pristine. There were buckets in the hallway to catch leaking from the ceiling. Breakfast was good though! The room was clean.

I stayed here with my sister from March 1–3. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. However, the door lock was an issue. We had to swipe the key card multiple times just to unlock the door, and in the worst cases we had to go down to the lobby to ask for help.

Our room was in 120s. The beds were beyond terrible. The mirrors had messages from previous guests written on it. The hot tub was super hot and the jets didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was super minimal. No fresh fruit or bagels and the table syrup was nasty. Would not choose to stay here again.

Overall good room & bathroom clean hot water great except a loud noise coming the ac can’t sleep properly. First we thought it’s coming from outside. We got the room earlier than we expected, love that. Wish the pool open early instead of 10am didn’t get a chance to use as we have to check out at 11:00. Stayed I night to see a concert.

The hotel is in a great location only a 3 minute walk to Fallsview Casino across the street. The room is of good value, with two queen beds, standard TV, bar fridge, and coffee maker. There is a balcony that is accessible from the room that you can walk out directly from which is an added bonus.
A full hot breakfast is included for guests of the hotel which is a nice little touch, especially a great option for families! The only negative I would say is the expensive parking charge of $25 + taxes and fees per night that is applicable for parking a car in the hotel lot.

Great staff and atmosphere. The pool area was clean, and the kids had a great time. Rooms could use some upgrading. The keycard didn't work well and needed management to unlock our door each time. They did well considering the situation and were able to fix it on the last day of our trip, but it caused us inconvenience.

The hotel was ok, they charged a $200 deposit, and $25 a night parking fee.. They made us wait 30 minutes while they inspected the room. I have been traveling for over 40 years, and have never been treated this way.

Room was very aged, wallpaper was stripping,bath door handle fell off. Room was in basement,felt like someone's old rec.room.The window was a couple feet from parked cars,no view.
Pull out couch had a thin mattress, uncomfortable,thin blanket.
check in person had a cold,not much hygiene

A very basic hotel, but it met our needs. Parking was less than ($25) other hotels ($35+), a basic hot breakfast was included and the price was right for a quick overnight stay. Vinny’s was across the parking lot and food wasn’t bad. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Niagara Convention Centre which was a very short walk, 7mins.

It could have been ok if the front desk ladies will be nice to customers. It is our first time in this hotel and will not come back.
There is parking fee but not enough parking and we arrived late from US. We ended up parking in the Casino good thing we have free parking in the Casino.
On check out i told the lady in the front desk that there are no enough parking and we parked at the casino and she said we should have given up the parking tag so i will not be charged but that was not explained to us when we checked earlier before going to the border. So i told her i can get the tag in the car and she said too late you will still be charged it should have been given up last night. I did not argue all i said if you know you do not have enough parking and the customer explained then do not charge the customer.

We are pating a lot of extras already after the pandemic for lesser services.

Also they said there a limit of 2 pax at the buffet or pay $12.99 in excess of 2.

The front desk staff was quite rude upon check-in. He would not answer my questions about the room rate and would only point wildly to a printout he gave me. I suspect we had a room at a lesser rate that the couple checking in beside us and he didn't want to say it out loud and repeated pointed to the parking fee instead of telling me the room rate. He also enjoyed talking over me. We were placed in the older section of the hotel which was clean but certainly needs updating. To reach our room we had to walk outside and around the to rear of the building as there is no access from the lobby to our older wing which is ridiculous when you are carrying luggage through the snow. When I booked the room I was told there was parking available which I believed to mean it was free. I was surprised by the $25 per night additional charge and feel this should be more explicitly noted. The breakfast buffet was a gong show. A very long wait, food was in short supply and we were asked to share a table with strangers so they could increase capacity. I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, but on the smaller side. It was great to have breakfast included. It's a great location. Staff was pleasant.
We took advantage of the pool, but the floor was very dirty and the staff is the hotel kept coming and going from an exit door in the pool area. They were dragging in snow and dirty making the floor even worse. The heating and cooling units in the rims are quite loud and we found the tv's a little small and really no good channels.
There is also only one elevator which can sometimes be inconvenient.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for value, location.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Our one complaint is the beds were terribly uncomfortable for us. If you like a really firm bed, you would be pleased. We had trouble sleeping and eventually woke up sore all over. Pillows are also oddly small (squares, not rectangles).

Room and hotel were clean. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, we smelt it every time we came back into the room. Parking was an issue. May have been the snow we had recently so we had to park offsite at Vinny’s restaurant, paid $25 extra to park at the hotel and no sorry, no refund. Staff on day of arrival were miserable. What happened to a nice welcome. Free breakfast only until 930 am so we missed that by the time we were up and ready. Paid $200 for this room;, close to casino and falls however, overpriced in my opinion.
