The breakfast was great. The hot tubcould use more power(force) in the jets.
We had a young family in the room next to us and were woken up at 5:45 am with them and a parent playing very loudly. Maybe put families with youngsters close to each other to avoid having adults being bothered.

Staff was very rude. Also rooms dirty and outdated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast included was sub par I would rather Tim Hortons. The Tv in the room was old and tiny. There is literally 10 channels at most.
My opinion this hotel needs a complete management change and update.

There were 2 members of staff available and we were the only ones checking in. When I approached the first male he told me to choose who to check in with, I don’t know why he didn’t just assist us. Anyway, I ended up going to Monika who was kind and welcoming while he just stood and did nothing.

We were fairly pleased by this property but it would not have been good in the off season. Our room required us going outside to get to breakfast, the ice machine etc. there was a route through the pool but it was locked (even when it shouldn't have been). Ask for a main building room

Great hotel overall. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

I did notice a bug in the bathroom, but it appeared to be a one-off and was easily dealt with. The hotel is a bit dated, but still offers great value for the price. The staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient.

Parking is somewhat expensive, but there are more affordable options nearby if you don’t plan on coming and going often.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. There’s also lots of restaurant close by that’s great for lunch or dinner—an all-you-can-eat breakfast option for $12.99. My wife and I have eaten there before, and it typically comes to around $40–$50 with coffee and tip. I would do the math at roughly $25 per person. If you have multiple people with you and you take advantage of the free breakfast it will lower the cost of your stay considerably.
My wife and I stayed in the shoulder season mid week for 1 night and was under $80. In my mind, factoring in breakfast for two dropped my cost to $30… that an insane deal for Niagara Falls! INSANE! Highly recommend!!

The property is very well situated and easily accessible to the main Niagara Falls attractions. It was well maintained, clean and the room was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent….loved the waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages. I was very impressed with breakfast room staff’s ability to deal with the organized chaos at peak times. We used the pool and hot tub and they were very clean and well kept. However, the housekeeping aspect could stand some improvement. During our 4 day stay, our beds were only made once. We indicated that we did not need our beds made or towels changed daily, but emptying garbage pails and replacing disposables would have been appreciated. The messy housekeeping cart and various laundry bins, full garbage bags, mops, etc. were permanent fixtures in the hall from early morning until evening and were sometimes a tripping hazard. Having said that, I would certainly stay there again and our stay there was of great value. Thanks again.

The bed & pillows were average at best in terms of comfort. The hotel was too warm throughout the entire facility, including the rooms. Parking was not included and cost $25 + tax. Lastly, the hotel added a 'Resort Fee' of $15 + tax which seemed sneaky to me. When I asked the front desk employee what that fee was actually for, he didn't have much of an answer other than saying it was in the fine print when I booked the room online.

The hot tub was cloudy so didn’t use it.
Breakfast was minimal to what used to for hotel breakfasts, no fruit, no peanut butter.
Good otherwise- nice that they have actual silverware and ceramic mugs.
It was interesting that you had to check in for breakfast. Not good or bad just interesting

The most inconvenient thing was that our room was on the other side of the hotel and there was no way to access it from the inside. This was not ideal, as we were travelling with family, who were located in the main building. When I spoke to someone on the staff about changing rooms, I was told, I booked a room with 2 beds and not a king bed with a view, so I would only be able to change for a fee. It wasn’t the best situation, but we really liked the hotel!

Shower was on the verge of broken, air conditioning was on life support. Fridge slightly below room temp, no ice box. Ice only available in basement. Only a single small elevator for guest use. Basement has a mildew/pool smell. Rooms are dated and there is some legacy dirt that around the edges of walls/doors/floors. The place generally feels cheap and unclean.

There is a $25 charge for parking in their mostly empty lot that is not disclosed in the Expedia listing but charged in advance anyways even if you select pay at property.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived, nor at 3pm when I was told it would be and the staff initially asked me to wait in the lobby until it was, but quickly gave me a different room on another floor when I pressed.

The pool didn't look great. The complimentary breakfast requires registration and someone to check you in. Waffle machine is cool. Eggs not great. Sausages about average. Coffee above average.

Long story short, probably won't be back. Not necessarily the fault of the staff. Feels like bad a management/landlord/owner situation.

Breakfast was ok, only downsize was that we had to wait for about 40 mins to be seated, as it was super busy and the area was small, so they had to wait for people to leave. Wish there was a microwave in the room, otherwise you have to ask one of the staff/receptionist to come with you to the area to warm up your food, and it has to be before 11pm. Also we had to pay them $25 for parking which we found a bit expensive.
Room was clean and the pool was warm and nice and there was a hot tub too.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The overall experience was unpleasant, mainly due to the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. One major inconvenience was that the breakfast room is located outside the main building, which was already frustrating.
What made things worse was the lack of empathy from the breakfast staff. When I explained that my son was sick and unable to come down, I asked if I could
take a plate for him. The staff member refused without any understanding or consideration, simply stating it was not allowed.
This lack of basic courtesy and compassion made the experience feel even more negative. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

This property is quite run down with many areas in need of repair. The first place they should start is the elevator. Breakfast was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. All guests crammed into two little rooms in the basement with the employees yelling to move out of the way as they try navigate through with food refills.

Plus side:

Beds were clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic.

hotel is a prime example of a lemon!
The lobby and staff looked nice and professional, but when we got to our room and saw the rest of the hotel, it was less than appealing and they change for every little thing so be cautious!!
They charge extra for parking, ($25 day+HST) they have signs saying the count your towels and if any are missing your charged $10 for each one missing. Your charged $15 per night + tax for a resort fee and a $5 + tax a night for accommodation.
Water damage all over. Rooms were very small bathrooms could barely fit in enough to shut the door.
There is a little gap to see a bit of the falls, but not much. You’re basically looking at the rest of other hotels.
No microwave in room and the water in the lobby they gave to drink tastes like it came from a toilet bowl! Beds were OK for comfort, but the slightest movement can be felt throughout the entire bed. Walls are very thin.
went to the desk for more towels. The lady said that she would be up in 10 minutes with fresh sets. Took about 1.5 - 2 hrs before she came up at 11:30pm.
Elevator was extra slow. Only one in the building. We took the stairs a lot!
Breakfast you have to check in with your room # and given you 20 minutes to eat. There are signs saying that you have a limit before you have to leave. The food was awful! The pool/hot tub was ok until we found a bandage stuck to the side.
did see staff cleaning and wiping down things so that was a little assuring but that’s all I can say for positive

Breakfast had sausages, eggs, waffle station with make your own waffles, cereal, toast/bread, and something else that I didn't look at. They had Orange juice, apple and water, and probably milk which I didn't look for so didn't notice. It was more robust than what I was expecting.
indoor pool was heated, deep end is about 1.9m maybe 2m, don't dive in head first.
After check out you can stay in the parking lot until around 1pm, so if you have a concert or something you have to find another lot or pay $25. There is $10 parking nearby next to the tim hortons or in the sky tower lot B.

Had a 1st floor 2 double bed room, it was next to the copa, even with their music blaring outside didn't hear a thing in the room at all.

I stayed at this hotel for few years around 5 to 6 times. Overall it’s valuable hotel if not more than $100. However, this time I was arranged at a ground level. It’s fine cause no free lunch in the market. If care customer satisfaction, it should highlight the price with ground level room 2nd floor, even basement level 1 floor (if it’s open for guests.)Then, customer have a choice to pay more for 3rd plus level. I’m not make sure I will stay in again or not. Every time I was stayed with friends, we all complained the air conditioner unit is noisy. For me, I turned it off when sleep. Then, quiet :)

When you book through Hotels.Com they give you the worst room they have, mine was under the elevator engine so when someone use the elevator you hear the motor. The breakfast was ok but not many choices, the Hot tub was not so clean, not powerful and it was really busy the day I was there.

The hotel rooms do need to be updated, they are older, but clean.

The pool area is big, clean and has very convenient hours. The hotel also supplies pool towels in the pool area.

The continental breakfast is okay and what you should expect for this type of breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, English muffins, yogurt, waffles machine. It was perfect for us

The hotel is close to restaurants but is a 25-30 minute walk to Clifton Hill.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staffs “the Filipino lady with another white girl” I was supposed to be only charge a security deposit of $100 .. was over charged and at the check out I wanted to know why… which is. Simple question… the lady said the money will return within few days ( YES I do know that) however I did not authorize that … I said yes for the security and no parking needed… the white girl said if you keep interrupting me… you will have to leave. I said this is not an away to speak to a client… the Filipino lady jumped in into the conversation and said I was rude… I said I am not … I’m just asking a question. She said she checked me and I was informed about the parking … I don’t want to argue with here … I know for facts she was LYING… I checked in a week before and it was the manager and he did ask me if parking needed and I said no ( so only charge $100 security deposit) when asked for a business card to make a complaint. the Filipino lady slam the business card on the counter… I decided not to extend my stay and went to the Hilton ( way better and well educated staff) I DO NOT RECOMMEND TGOS PLACE

The hotel itself is small. But its very accommodating. They have a pool, hot tub and balconies. Im a single mother with a seven year old. For us it works especially for the price. I talked with others on their stay and they felt similar. We had the 7th floor and you could see the falls, we watched them at night. The area around the building is very large. This is one of the smaller ones. So it depends what youre looking for! The contintental breakfast is appreciated and really nice. The rooms are up to date. The pool is clean and not too busy, but at times it is. Its nice if you need a safe location, for family, water activities on site and dont mind travelling for falls activities. The elevator going down to the falls parkway is across the street so it will lower you to walk the falls and do closer attractions. I really liked my stay. The staff are really nice too.

This was our first stay at this hotel…staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and basic. Breakfast was adequate to get you going for the day but limited in food choices. My husband says the coffee was good. If you wanted a larger selection there were a couple of great breakfast buffets within walking distance that were reasonably priced. This hotel is in a great location and minutes to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, Casino and the Falls. We stayed in the off season so it was extremely budget friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my sister from March 1–3. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. However, the door lock was an issue. We had to swipe the key card multiple times just to unlock the door, and in the worst cases we had to go down to the lobby to ask for help.
