We arrived there and there was no parking available coz they had rent all the parkings and we had to pay for the parking 20 for each day while the parking near us were 10 each day. Then the floor was very dusty how we couldnt walk on the floor without sandal. Bath room was very old and room very small and the light was very low there when we arrived there we saw the room is very dark . There was a fight in the other room that the police came there and at 7 am sb knocked our door wrong and too much noise from other rooms and the breakfast was terrible no bread no egg so we throw it.
Every thing was bad and just it was a good location coz you could visit niagara by walking 10 mins

The staff were amazing. The area is walking distance for anything tangible that may be needed. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bagged breakfast and welcome package is a nice gesture. This environment is ideal for a simple traveler. If extravagance is your personality, another spot would be a better fit.

When we arrived here the receptionist seemed unprepared for us. We had reserved a bottom floor room, but were given a key to a top room, which stunk of cigarette smoke, even though it said it was a non smoking room. There was black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. There were holes in the walls and the door was broken, as well as the bath tap. We put our bags down on the bed and walked back down to reception to ask to have our room changed, not even five minutes later. The receptionist tried to tell us that we had “used the room” and seemed like he wanted to charge us for this. We did manage to change rooms to a cleaner room downstairs, as we had reserved, however there were stains in the bath/shower and we had concerns that we were going to be charged for previous damage. Location was good otherwise.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel because it did not match what was advertised. The listing indicated that breakfast was included, but instead of a breakfast, the hotel only provided granola bars. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. The room and common areas did not appear to be well maintained, which made my stay uncomfortable. I chose this hotel based on the advertised amenities, and I felt misled. I hope management updates the listing to accurately reflect what is offered and improves the cleanliness for future guests. I stayed there 5 nights and housekeeping only cleaned my room 1 time and because I had asked for it.

there is no safety lock inside the door there is only lock on the door with key washroom lock not working. when we reach there after 12 hour drive the office is close and we call the number and he want us to wait 10 mint with kids in parking lot. online they mention there is continental breakfast. but there is no such a thing they only give you 1 small apple 1 juice 1 yogurt and coffee. and cup cake energy bar. its good for stay price ok for the room. also parking is 20$ and night no free parking.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We had to go to Dollarama just to buy cleaning supplies before we felt somewhat comfortable staying there. I honestly don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate in this condition.

The walls were covered in years of built-up grime and dirt. We never took our shoes off inside the room, and we slept fully clothed because it felt so unclean. The doors only had a single lock, and the plexiglass windows made us feel unsafe.

To make matters worse, we were only provided with one towel and one face cloth. They refuse to issue refunds, and it’s hard not to feel like there’s a reason for that. If they refunded every guest who experienced what we did, they probably wouldn’t stay in business.

Although the location was great and the staff were friendly, I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Don’t ever visit this place. Check in was not smooth. My partner got locked in the room for more than 40 mins due to the jammed lock which made us delay to our bookings in our tour. Again, they blamed us for the situation when we asked for the room change for very reason. Due to rush I didn’t check the other room properly when I changed it, which cost me at the end when we were trying to check out. They accused of us breaking the tv stand and charged us extra 50 dollars and again this made us late for our bookings for the Toronto ride. Overall, my genuine review for this place is zero, a big clear zero.

They offer free breakfast but it’s not true ! We went at 9am and coffee maker was broken and they mentioned that they run out of coffee 😂🤣😂 … we went back again at the office at 9:05 and it was closed 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫


We went back at 10am and nothing was prepared, I booked 2 rooms and I paid technically for the “breakfast” but we did not get anything… layer on we were leaving and the guy at the office said .. I can prepare your “doggy bag with you breakfast” …. But he said give me some time etc… ridiculous! I mean they offer breakfast and it was my reservation point to book it a hotel with breakfast included… so not anymore at this hotel …

✖️ Floor was really, really dirty …
✖️ Very strong odours… I’m not sure if it was part of some chemicals that they use for bed bugs, insects, etc … I wake up next day with a headache 😵‍💫 but the bed sheets were clean.

P.s. if you are a noise freak 🙈 don’t stay here ‘cause we can hear the noise from upstairs and the rooms both sides 😵‍💫

This is the most budget friendly place that we've come across in Niagara Falls so far. It's convenient and very close to quite a few restaurants. Clifton Hill is walking distance. For the price don't expect luxury accommodation but the room is comfortable and clean. (We've stayed twice already). The staff are friendly. Visually it could use an upgrade but that's just aesthitically speaking. We've never encountered any issues thus far.

At first I thought we got lost because from the outside only the building looked untidy and the office stuff didn’t appear professional(speaking in their own language as I walked in), the office looked like a personal lounge across from the building was another site which was completely abandoned, kitchen staff was sitting in his uniform on the ground smoking the washroom tub was dirty and no sign of even a hand towel or soap to wash the hands overall very untidy environment

The room was clean but very out dated. It had the basic ammenities (one room has no fridge and another room has a fridge).
Staff were nice and available to help with issues.
I wish the staff could monitor parking better. I had to find my own parking spot the first stay because the lot was filled for tourism purposes. That part I did not like because I paid for parking (at a higher rate than a tourist). I had to wait until someone left.
Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. I left around 0830hrs hoping to see the staff for the good snacks they provide but no one was available. So, quick checkout and empty stomach.

3 of us stayed at this motel. We arrived late at night. We called before making the booking and asked a couple of questions before we booked. We asked if its ok we arrived late and how much the deposit would be if we paid cash. The guy on the phone told us 85$. When we got there the guy was asking 200$. Aside from that we had flies in our room. Tape holding up the doorknob and what looked like mold in the ceiling.The room was not properly cleaned we found hairs by the sink and in the shower. We definitely did not feel like we were safe in the room. When it came down to leaving we asked the guy the night before about checkout in the morning because we had to make our mega bus by a certain time he told us to ring in the morning. We were ringing banging on the door no answer. We ended up missing our bus. Overall i wouldn't recommend this place.

Comfortable mattress but only one thin pillow each. Only given 2 bath towels between 4 people. Floor was disgustingly dirty turning bare feet black after walking on it. Bath taps were so tight they could not be turned on without the use of a wrench by the owner, then unable to turn them off sufficiently to stop water running all night, waste of water and noisy.

Loved the grab and go breakfasts and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms need to be upgraded and rooms painted. Needs attention to detail in cleaning.
For the price we thought it was great value. Front Desk and check in process was good. Parking onsite is extra charge but reasonable.

We had a long discussion with the manager and they didn't want to refund. Finally, we got an 80% refund and we left as fast as we could.
Pictures show the place way better than it is, and given the price we thought it wouldn't be that bad for a short stay. We were wrong. Worst place ever.

Clean beds and toilet. The toilet had bidet which is great. Good location.
The flush did not work at times. The bathtub was getting jammed very frequently. The toilet's lock was not working. The carpets were dirty. Unfortunately the AC in my room was not cooling. However, the other room that my other family members took was working very well.
