Unfortunately my experience during my stay wasn’t as planned. Due to the hotel being a shelter for individuals during our stay. Which don’t get me wrong I’m all for helping those who need. It would have been nice to inform guests prior to booking of changes taking place in the hotel and discounts should be provided. I had spent quite a bit of money for my room with my family of four to have a family vacation without any violence of individual fighting, yelling, using inappropriate language etc. in front of my children. It would have also been respectful to have known that the amenities in the hotel were unavailable. We were looking forward to the à la cart brunch that we so often enjoyed and love. Unfortunately brunch wasn’t all that great.
Informing guests of changes in the hotel should be posted upon booking at all times. I was also told by front desk staff that it was a resent situation which I later found out wasn’t. It became a housing shelter in January and will be a housing shelter until at least August.

Room was prety good unfortunately even with it being winter it was quite hot , we actually had the heat turned right down and ac on, other than that it was beautiful and the view ! Bed was so comfy and best soaker tub ever!!

I felt like we got what we paid for. The space, property and amenities were great. The pool was perfect for our kids, the double queen suite was huge, and we had everything we needed.
We did call when we arrived because although we were in a non smoking room, it smelled like weed (it was too late for us to make a switch with the kids sleeping - but the staff offered this as an option). The room was clean for the most part but in some areas like the bathroom, it was clear that there were dust and hair in the corners so I'm not really sure the attention to detail. The items in the room could use some updating like fresh paint or touch ups on furniture. There was paint peeling on the doors, the dresser and the the wall. The rest of the room was in good condition.
We would stay here again at the price point, but not for much more than that.

Decent rooms but they’re cutting corners now. Upon entry / they closed off the automatic doors at the front to save money on heating and have no automatic door opening capability, no daily housekeeping, pool closed “for maintenance” even though I called a week ago to specifically ask if it would be open for our booking. 35-50/night plus tax parking not mentioned when booking.
Also they were holding a private event which meant there were security officers staying outside specific doors on our floor. This would have been nice to communicate the reason why — as we are visiting with our little ones and wondering what could be happening. Sigh. Just book a more value friendly option cause you’re not getting better here.

I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed with in room coffee maker. Very basic abd unsatisfied. I feel like this was on purpose to get people to buy Starbucks from lobby. Other lower end hotels have better options like espresso or kuerig. In shower soap and shampoo was awesome but conditioner empty. This tells me inattentive to details by housekeeping staff.
