Everything was ok, we got upgraded to a better room with a tub, unfortunately in the middle of the night like around 2am the tub start making an awful noise (maybe it was the pump), we have to call front desk and they sent a technician to fix it.

Our room was moved to a completely different hotel without notice or compensation, we were charged the same rates but given rooms that were less expensive. We were moved to the Hyatt. The parking situation and elevator situation was absolute chaos. Our room had a dampness issue, and musty smell. We weren’t offered any discount or vouchers. Hotel
Staff pursued us to upgrade our room for a fee after saying no thank you many times.

They complimented the room, location, and appreciated that it was connected to OLG Stage as they were there for a show. Thank you for ensuring that they had a fantastic experience!

Danielle in the gift shop was a great help securing a gift for my grandson.
The front desk staff was very helpful.
Not happy with having to request the hot tub being Luke warm so we needed to request maintenance to increase the temperature every night.
The parking fee was upsetting. $35 a night. The parking should be free as a guest! Not pleased with this.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was the unreasonable extra charges, which felt like hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed before our arrival.

The self-parking fee + extra fee was mostly half of what I had already paid for the hotel through Expedia. By the time we checked in, we felt like we had no real choice but to accept these additional costs. This left us feeling misled.

While the hotel itself was acceptable, the unexpected charges completely overshadowed our experience. Transparency is important, and guests should be informed about these significant extra costs before booking.

Because of this experience, I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. Hidden fees like these make what initially seems like a good deal much more expensive than expected.

We are usually very happy with Expedia and hotels in general. Not big complainers but our recent hotel booking did not go well. We upgraded the room based on the photo shown for the upgrade which pictured a sofa to offer additional seating and the room did not have it. The hotel said it's just a photo issue. They did nothing about our complaint and blamed Expedia for the photo. I was very upset with this. I went back and forth with them in messaging and they did nothing and then ignored me. All I asked for was some gesture to make up for it like complimentary parking or a little off the bill and they would not do it and then ignored me when I pushed. I will never stay there again for that as it is not at all good customer service (could have been an easy fix)

For anyone going to this property here are things you have to be aware of. The hotel ideally close to the falls and it’s more or less a six minute walk from where you can first see them. However, there are things you need to be aware of if staying at this property. Charging $35 for parking per day is fine, I agreed to it, but it ends up being close to $65ish because there are hotel fee markups. Which was annoying, I mean we are here to enjoy a good time, just lmk the price, I hate hidden charges and believe it to be the worst practice.

There is no breakfast from the hotel. They have an IHOP there. We had bugs in our room (dead ones). The bed is not comfortable at all and they don’t even give you proper blankets or comforters to sleep with (I am guessing so guests sleep uncomfortably and keep the thermostat higher) over all, location wise perfect, otherwise just a terrible stay. My partner was feeling chilly and we had to call a couple of times so I could double the thin blankets they give… honestly you will find better options for the price.

PROS: Hotel was in a good location and within good walking distance to the Falls. Overall, the hotel appeared clean and modern. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

CONS: There was a few general maintenance items that needed attention in our room. There were two paper coffee cups — one had a strand of hair in it and it was stacked on top of a dirty cup. The bathroom wall also appeared to have crayon markings on it in one area. The TV buttons weren’t working to turn it off and neither was the remote so I just ended up unplugging it altogether.

When we arrived, we were not given the room that we booked. We were told it was luck of the draw., even though I showed them the picture of the room we booked through Expedia. We paid $935 plus $80 in parking l wish l had listened to the reviews , what you see in the pictures is not what you get at this hotel. The hot tub jets didn’t work and the whole pool area had a funky smell like fish, we decided not to use the facilities. There are so many ways to get into this hotel, anyone can walk in off the street, and they did. The coffee maker was dirty, if you’re gonna use it, I would suggest running a whole canister of water through the machine first. The shower curtain did not go all the way to the wall so a lot of water was left on the bathroom floor.. also you should be aware when you book the upper floors it consists of floors 11 to 17 but in actuality it’s only 11 to 14 floors 15, 16 and 17 are only considered upgrades if you are a member, we were told flat out that those floors were not available. They also were used as accommodations for security staff, which was interesting since our whole 2 1/2 days there we seen only 1 security guard.. The rooms are extremely tiny. This hotel runs at a level conducive of a Hotel 8 but charges luxury prices . Depending on who you talk to at the desk everybody has a different answer for everything. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I would not recommend this hotel because the cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room carpet, bed sheets, and bathroom towels were dirty . I strongly advise future guests to bring their own towels and bed sheets because the ones provided were not fit to use.
Late at night, when we removed the bed sheet, we discovered that the folded corners tucked under the mattress were dirty, proving the sheets had not been properly changed. When I called the front desk, they insisted the sheets had just been replaced. It wasn’t until I showed them the dirt that they finally admitted the problem and brought clean sheets.

The property is in a good quiet location near several restaurants. The room was basic and updated. The entire place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Off site parking was in an open lot across the street with a fee of $35 per night.
The falls access was a short 5 min walk if you took the tram from the top of a bluff. Otherwise the walk was about 20 min. Ubers were affordable during the week to access the tourist area around the Skywheel. I would stay again as an adult trip, but with kids, I would look for a hotel that offered free breakfast.
