Don’t expect complimentary anything - not even a bottle of water. No water in the gym either - had to ask the staff to fill.

If you bring your pet, don’t expect a nice area for them to do their “business”. The doggie bag area was full of used dog poop bags.

We, obviously, weren’t happy with the choice of hotel this time - definitely not “Fallsview” worthy. Stay across the street at the real Marriott Fallsview - same price and they have AMAZING rooms!

Loved everything about the hotel and location to everything. The Wego bus service is right at the front door and made it so easy to move around to all the attractions. Best vacation in a long time. The only positive aspect of our stay was the spectacular view of Niagara Falls from our room. It was truly beautiful and made for a memorable sight.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The room was old and in need of renovation, and the air conditioning did not work well, making the room uncomfortable. The front desk staff were friendly but lacked knowledge about local attractions and activities, so they were unable to provide helpful recommendations or information.

Great hotel and decently priced for the Fallsview area. The room itself was very clean and updated. We had a beautiful view of the river and partial view of the falls. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are not too many amenities, only a pool which was nice. There are Vending machines on a few of the floors in the tower and there is a restaurant with a bar and store attached to the hotel as well. The parking is outdoor in front of the hotel and there is a cheaper parking that is a 5 minute walk. No indoor parking. It was a really nice stay and comfortable. It looks like they are renovating all the rooms.

I booked a non-smoking room for our stay, but upon entering, the room immediately reeked of stale cigarette smoke. When we called reception to report the issue, a staff member came up to inspect it, but they completely dismissed our concerns rather than helping us resolve the situation or moving us to a proper non-smoking room.
To top it off, the bedding was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny, paper-thin, and terrible quality, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Between the lack of basic cleanliness standards and the unhelpful attitude from management, I cannot recommend staying here. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Breakfast was great for breakfast ( only meals had there). Doormen were informative and helpful. Room window was dirty and placement didn’t not let in much light. Beds were not very comfortable. When renovations are complete should be a great hotel.

Bad experience booking with Expedia. Never will use it again. The hotel was not that bad ,swimming pool was a huge strong odor to chlorine. My room was close to the pool. My pet couldn’t stand the smell. I will not recommend booking with Expedia. I was a scam. I made my reservation online one month before my trip. A week before my trip started the hotel contact me to confirm my reservation, when I called to confirm my reservation, It was nothing under my name then I called Expedia I thought they resolved the issue, but what they did is they book another reservation with my name when I arrived to the hotel that was my big surprise that I had to pay for two rooms so never again will use Expedia for anything

Our stay here was good. The location is really great and we were pleasantly surprised that we had a view of the falls. The room was quite spacious. We opted for a room with 2 beds and a sofa. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was TERRIBLE so my daughter slept on the floor with the couch cushions and extra pillows. This was disappointing as we paid for the extra bed and could not use it. If you’re planning to utilize the sofa bed here, just be aware it will not be comfortable—you’ll be better off on the floor.

Special thank you to the young lady on the front desk Dinora she was very pleasant and very welcoming everytime we returned to the hotel. She is truly an asset to your business. The only concern I have is your swimming pool and hot tub. People in both with clothes on this was a reason we never took advantage of pool. Not just a tee shirt but full dress head to toe. Not sure what can be done but they should be told its not laundry day.

Very disappointed in our stay. As a family of 6 we require the rooms woth 2 beds and a sofa bed. We opened the sofa bed to see a very worn out mattress with staining and zero linens for said bed. We asked for a mattress swap or portable bed and linens. When I told the gal at the desk that the mattress was disgusting and showed her a picture, she stared at the picture and asked where is the disgusting part, knowing full well she would never sleep on a mattress like that. We left for a bit and came back to a less terrible mattress with a protector on it...no linens. We left again for a few hours and asked for linens again. We waited 30 mins for them to bring us 2 top sheets, no blankets or pillows. We used spare pillows from regular beds for the sofa bed and covered our kids with sheets from the actual beds and bath towels as we were not confident if we called down that we would get anything better. One of the sheets that was brought to us was still damp and couldn't be used. Would not stay again.

The fall view was beautiful. #If you plan to take your animal, make sure you call more than once. I called twice and notified them that I have my dog with me, and they confirmed they have it on record, and I am all set. During the first call to inform them about my dog, they transferred me with the promise that they're offering a discounted stay for my next trip. I am not gullible, so it took me less than 3 minutes to realize they were trying to sell a timeshare. I declined. I can't help but wonder if that had any bearing on all of this.

When I got there, they were saying they did not have a dog room reserved. I told them I called ahead, and the guy who checked me in was like, “I will make an exception, but if we get one complaint, you are out.” I was so embarrassed. Then the older lady apparently didn't know he made the exception, and she was so rude about it. How is that my fault? It is a communication breakdown within the company, and instead of apologizing and fixing it, they somehow made it my fault.

Most of the ice machines did not work. The front desk staff needs some customer service training. They all feed off each other’s poor attitude.

We have stayed at many hotels and motels in Niagara Falls over the years and this hotel is by far the best we have stayed at. The room was exactly as advertised. Parking was close and priced reasonably compared to the others in the area. Dining options are plenty and within walking distance. The noise level is also low compared to others we have stayed at, but it was a weekday so maybe that was factor to consider.
