The staff on reception was very helpful. The room wasn’t the cleanest, holes in the pillows, cobwebs, also in the bathroom next door we could hear a lot of noise. The view was good and location is great.

Everything was great Indoor pool is quite small and the hrs on the app and online say it’s open til 10 but once I got down there it actually closed at 9 so that was disappointing. The circle k in the bottom actually closed really early as well and the little food court closed very early as well. Maybe seasonal hrs but just sucks.

First visit to Canada with my kids. We had Ana amazing time. Hotel is location is perfect. I felt safe being a single mom of 3, walking around was easy. We arrived in Amtrak it was close to the train station also. Can’t wait to visit again

The room was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and greeted us when we walked by. I asked one of the cleaners on our floor for some coffee for the room as we slept in and didn’t have it cleaned. He was very helpful. I offered him a tip and he didn’t take it. The staff must be well cared for if they don’t expect tips. Great stay and we will be back again.

Room was nice other than only 1 chair. A room with 2 queen beds should have 2 chairs and a small table for room service. Hotel was fairly loud, so wouldn’t recommend for couples wanting a quiet stay - family oriented experience I guess because of the waterpark. However, we heard all the noise from the room above us and kids crying and yelling in the hallways. Walls are thin!!

Very clean areas, super friendly staff and what a truly amazing spa experience!! Lots of options for food from the quick coffee to the convenience store all the way up to a grand buffet and a signature Italian restaurant. The check in and optional valet service is first class and sets the tone for your stay. Attentive staff and quality in every single aspect. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely return!!!

Great stay overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view can be beautiful depending on which side you’re on. The only downside was the HVAC being a little noisy, especially at night. Other than that, the location is excellent — just steps from the Falls, Clifton Hill, restaurants, and attractions. Would stay again for the convenience alone.

The room was clean and it was kept clean during our stay. The housekeepers do a great job! Guest services seemed very professional. The hotel was kept warm and cozy. Personally, it was too hot for me but it’s really cold outside, so I can appreciate why it’s warm inside the hotel. Warning: Don’t go on the weekend unless you like crowds. You will be squeezing into elevators like sardines. However, your experience will be very different if you go during the weekdays. The hotel is calm, quiet and peaceful and not crowded at all during the weekdays. There are lots of amenities nearby for a couple and for an entire family. (Game room, casino, spa, rides, stores, games, restaurants, water park, etc)

Disappointing Birthday Stay – Did Not Receive Room Type Reserved

I have stayed at the Sheraton Niagara Falls twice before with no issues, but unfortunately, our most recent stay for a triple celebration (Family Day and two birthdays) was a major letdown.

The Issues:

Room Discrepancy: I booked and paid for a Full Fallsview room with a King bed and sofa bed. Despite calling three times, I was told at 10 PM that they didn’t have the room available. I ended up in a room with a partial view and no sofa bed.

Noise & Maintenance: The elevators were under-serviced/broken, leading to long wait times. Furthermore, we were woken up early in the morning by neighbors fighting, as the walls provided little soundproofing.

Service Recovery: While the staff was polite and offered macarons for the birthday, the only financial compensation offered was a $50 parking discount. This does not make up for the price difference of the premium room I actually paid for.

Pros:
Excellent location and walking distance to Starbucks and local restaurants.
Convenient access to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark.

Final Verdict: The location is great, but the service and room management didn't match the premium price point. If you book here, double-check your room assignment immediately upon arrival. I’m disappointed that my family’s special occasion was dampened by these avoidable issues.

This was our worst stay here, and we used to visit several times a year. Staff were cold and clearly undertrained during busy hours. We were given the wrong room and didn’t get our first room until after 5 PM despite a 4 PM check-in. We were promised a late checkout as compensation, which was not honored.

Management never responded to our complaint. Many guests were also complaining. We won’t be returning and can’t recommend this hotel anymore.

We had an amazing stay in Niagara! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming.
A special mention to the valet service — they were prompt, courteous, and made everything so easy from arrival to departure. The level of service truly made our trip stress-free and enjoyable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

However when i signed on, i was on the 9th floor facing the city... worste view i have ever had. When i inquired, i was told there is nothing they can do, and to take it up with hotels.com up with hotels.,

Cleaning staff missed our room cleaning because they're too busy. Elevators are long long long wait almost anytime of the day. Parking are easily accessible. Overall I am happy with my stay.

The room was spotless, the person at the desk was great and allowed us to upgrade our room. We had the buffet dinner which was wonderful and filling.
The only downfall was that there were kids right above our room and they were running back and forth in their room around 11pm and then again around 8:00am.
Otherwise our stay was great!

The elevators in the hotel were having mechanical issues that the hotel did inform me of prior to my arrival which I appreciate. However I didn’t realize the impact it would have. There were lines for the elevator throughout the trip that caused a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

we stayed for one night and they charged us for the parking like $50 for self parking, it didn’t come with the hotel but the breakfast was good and one more thing the elevator was really bad it did not work and you have to pay $90 just for one day for the waterpark and we went inside our room we went toilet and we flushed it and then it broke all the water came up and then if we have to wait like 15 minutes just for the elevator to come and and our room didn’t have the view of Niagara Falls so we change our room. We changed the room. We kept bringing the temperature down so the room could get like cooler we kept bringing it down, but it did not work and we were dying of heat so he told someone to come up and fix it and they fixed it from the outside. to turn it off. and we were trying to turn on because it was cold now and it did not work Sylvia had the worst sleep of our night because when I woke up, I had a sore throat because it was so cold in the room one star for me. I’m never coming back here ever again.

A sudden fire alarm startled us, and we rushed out after a quick shower. The loud alarm continued to sound without any message until we called the front desk. We later received a message instructing us to wait safely in our room, but we had to endure the bitter cold in the lobby with our children for two hours. We had originally planned to stay two nights, but moved to another place after just one night. The room condition(very clean windows) and view are excellent. However, we would appreciate it if the overall system safety protocols could be reviewed again.

The room did not have front water view it was on the side. It was very noisy our neighbours were loud until 3am and not much was done from the hotel i complained 3 times. Then the fire alarm went off at 4am didnt stop till 5:30am so we had barely any sleep. Elevators were out of service so we had to wait for more than 20 mins for an elevator today. Check in was 30 mins too slow. Not happy with the hotel or what Expedia portrayed on the pictures.
