The room was awesome until night time then the smell of weed came into the room. Phoned down to the front desk and they said they would send security up. Never came. All night had to smell very strong weed.

Ok, the hotel is great. Great location, helpful staff, and the room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint would be the absolute thoughtlessness of the other guests.

Please, families- don’t let your children run screaming down a corridor at 1030pm at night… And I say that as a father of 4.

The only other issue with the hotel itself I guess would be just that as an older hotel, the rooms were not as soundproof, and thus you hear EVERYTHING in the other room surrounding you. It’s a resort town so yes you get people on vacation but that is no excuse to show zero regard for other guests and make noise all night.

We had an great stay. The hotel has an amazing view of the falls, and the town. Not to mention that it’s in the center of all the attractions which are just a short walk from the hotel. The Hard Rock casino is also next door (and physically connected to this hotel) if gambling is your thing. Parking is also next door (for a fee). The hotel has a bar and two restaurants Massimo which is fantastic and has a view of the falls, and a buffet style also (we didn’t eat there). Overall a great stay and the staff was super friendly and responsive. One other plus is the rainbow bridge walkway is across the street from the hotel also.

Our server, a young Indian woman was very attentive, as were the valets, who we well compensated.

We thought we had a room with a view. At check-in she pointed out it was an interior view. We were expecting a garden view or something like it. We got a plane wall, and a planter with 3 plastic plants falling over.
Un executable, there was a thunderstorm off and on. We had to go down to the lobby to see if it was sun shine, light rain, or hard rain and wind.

Clean room, first day cleaning service came while we were using, second day came to clean while we were packing up to go. So we didn’t use them.
Was under the impression it was a room with a view.
Was told it was an inside scenic view, which we were not happy with. But the view was a cement wall and 3 plastic plants. Had to go to lobby to check the weather.
Not pleased at all.
Would not use your service again without guarantee we had an outside window.

I never leave a reviews but this hotel was awful. Communisation was terrible from before we stayed.
The whole place needs a clean.
The reception/lobby toilets - Iv never seen anything like it. The floors are wet and dirty, there was used paper towels on the floor because the bins were over flowing.
The bar- right next to the toilets, dirty, wet tables.
The bedroom- smelt of wet dog. The sides were dirty and there was still rubbish in the bathroom bin.
The breakfast- not bad, a good selection of food. Lots of fresh fruit-and the view make it. Service friendly but I had to ask them
Every time for coffee as this isn’t self service and not pot on the table. The cups are tiny.

Upon check out they told me
There was a charge on my chard that I left the waitress for breakfast. I did not leave a tip. She did nothing. I had even crossed the top out on my check. She added it her self.
They took it off. I also told them about are room but they didn’t care.

Am glad I was only there for one night.

The hotel's location is excellent—you have easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Although the hotel is not new, it has been well maintained and was clean and comfortable.

My only disappointment was with the rooms we booked. Don't rely on the photos on Expedia. We booked two rooms. The first was advertised with a view of both Falls, and both the photos and description suggested that. However, the room only overlooked the American Falls, while the Horseshoe Falls were mostly blocked by trees. When we asked about it, we were told that we would have needed to book a room on a higher floor!

The second room was also disappointing. It was advertised with a city view, but there was essentially no view at all. The room had a small window that faced a wall, making it impossible to see anything outside.

Overall, the hotel itself was great, but the room descriptions and photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect what we received.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls and would definitely choose this hotel again. The location is one of its biggest advantages—it's within easy walking distance of Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, restaurants, attractions, and the Rainbow Bridge, so we rarely needed to use our car.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was relaxing from start to finish.

If you're traveling with kids like we were, I recommend planning your attractions in advance and purchasing tickets online when possible to save time. We also found it helpful to arrive at popular attractions early in the morning to avoid the biggest crowds. Parking the car at the hotel and exploring the area on foot made the trip much more enjoyable.

Overall, Sheraton is an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Great location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

Let me start from check in which this one was huge - we supposed to check in at 4 pm and I paid extra money for a room with a falls view - guess what we checked in at 5:45 ( the room was not ready sorry and Every time we go ask the staff tell me when we ll get our room they said we can’t tell you - I was dealing with Faiza when I checked in and she told me hopefully by 4:30 then 5 pm still we didn’t get a room and I asked Agnes and I was frustrated and she said I can’t help you and I can’t answer ur question great ( not helpful at all ) all she did called the room cleaning and told them when it ll be ready and she said it’s under process !!!!!!! We missed the pool as we wanted to get tanned and enjoyed the sun - then I went at 5:35 I said I need to see when I ll get my room and guess what the room was ready and they told me we call you to get the keys when it’s ready and no one called !!!!!!
We got the room it’s was so hot Ac was not working properly
Room is full with small insects especially at night .
Never ever this hotel
All they offered me not charging us the valet parking!!!!!!
Agnes was giving me a voucher for kids ice cream and guess what we were 3 adults!!!!!
Hallways were so hot and not clean .
Poor hotel to be honest . Avoid it people .

Although it’s in a vacation prime location I feel the price for the “standard double queen” room I had isn’t worth it. You are better to book at another hotel unless you chose the “fallsview side” because you want to see the falls from your room which will cost you over 500$/night.
The dining area has a small balcony where you can take a photo and have a great view of the falls. Book a standard room at a lesser price would be my advice.
The parking is separate from the hotel and you will pay 40$ a day for the enclosed one next to the hotel. Again…. Another cost that must be considered. Other hotels in the area I could see had parking.
Overall I wasn’t impressed with what I got for the price. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are ok throwing away money.

However, the max daily rate is $40 Canadian dollars so it should have been $200 Canadian dollars charged not $250 USD charged on my card unless the hotel sets there own rate and disregards the parking garage rates

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Massimo’s was amazing with beautiful views and delicious food. Perfect celebration. However during our stay the fire alarm went off and we were told to stay in place until it was checked out. We were on the 21st floor with no info on what was going on, except for the alarm was pulled on the 11th floor. We were getting ready to check out and we could not go anywhere. This was our first vacation without our child and I was completely freaked out. I am very concerned that when a fire alarm is going off they are encouraging people to stay in their room. We were the second highest floor in the building. Thank goodness it ended up being a false alarm but it took them a long time to get that info to us. Disappointed on how this was handled and I was happy we were leaving.
