Long weekend overnight stay(Family day). Parking spot was a bit of a stress due to unavailability, around 5pm. Asked the front desk rep about it and showed the monitor where all possible spots are already taken. Room 102 was close to the hallway door and could hear the doors closing/banging. Tub drain was not draining well - dirty drain water tends to pile up and undesirable to step on. Could hear the children running on the unit above. Long weekend room price more than twice the regular weekday price. The breakfast room manager (supervisor/manager i guess) was the only person who greeted us \"good morning\" with a smile. Would have been better if his staff was the same. Breakfast was average.

Would give a zero star but not able. Mattress was terrible in room 220, no smart tv, so no sports channels or Netflix or Prime. Hotel tried to charge my credit card before I even got there, RBC almost cancelled my card for fraud. I used my card to reserve the room, not to pay for it. Hotel should wait till the guest checks in before trying to charge their credit card without the physical card

I booked what the called the honeymoon suite for 2 days this past weekend, this place is outdated and dangerous the floor in my room is uneven the tv wasn’t working when I called the office up the got the tv to work after 2 hours in my room the tv wasn’t working with internet so I couldn’t stream anything from my phone, the next day early we decided to take the loss and go back home I’m so disappointed and I would not recommend this place to a dog, I also asked for a refund and they told me they can’t

Everything was closse , the balcony was filled with cigarette butts, i had a view of the parking lot. Sticky bathroom floors in 2 out of 3 rooms and dirty bed linens!! I stayed in Honeymoon suit with my wife for our honeymoon. The room is not bright due to dull lights. Bathroom is very tiny with a very small counter that could not hold anything, not even my wife's few skincare products.

I had two rooms, and all the rooms were so dirty and so smelly...so so so dirty, all the floor, lobby, and everything, breakfast was so limited, just some cookies, and there were no hot meal options... I don't recommend this hotel, even if it was free!!!
