Staff were excellent. Very helpful.

Family friendly. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and we loved the option of a room with a queen bed and a bunk bed so that they could sleep separately. (The bunk was a twin over double so a great option for families of 5).

We loved how close we were to Clifton Hill. It allowed us to walk to and from our room throughout the day if we needed. It is also on the WEGO bus line which we took advantage of.

The attached water park was a lot of fun! We loved the slides and pools.

The hotel also has indoor courtyards with live plants and peaceful music playing for a relaxing common area.

The only thing I would say needs improving is general upgrades. The carpeting in the room, the hallway, the courtyard and the skywalk to the waterpark seems very old and worn. It gives the hotel a dingy feel and definitely triggered allergies for 2 of my family members.

The waterpark flooring is also terrible. It is coming apart and there are loose pieces everywhere which stick in your feet as you walk. Which is painful. Definitely bring shoes you can wear around the pool and waterslides! Especially if you are diabetic or have circulation issues.

We were quite disappointed with the hotel and room. Air conditioner was leaking, making the floor soaked. At one point staff indicated that there was a leak in the room below. No offer to move us. Mold located on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Hotel smelled of very strong cleaning agents. The Perkins connected to the hotel was pretty run down, filthy bathrooms. Overall unhappy with the stay and would not return.

Overall, we had an excellent stay at Skyline Hotel and Waterpark. The location is convenient, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The waterpark was a great experience for the family, and we truly enjoyed our visit.

One area that could be improved is the in-room amenities. It would make a significant difference if each room included a microwave and an electric kettle. Currently, guests have to use a shared microwave located in a central area, which results in long lineups during peak season. Unfortunately, the microwave available was also not very effective and took a long time to heat food.

Adding basic amenities such as a microwave and kettle in every room would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially for families with young children or guests who need to prepare simple meals or hot beverages. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Great location. Employees are great. The rooms need to be updated, no microwave in our 2 rooms, little to no outlets throughout both rooms and beds and carpets need replacement.
200$+ per night not worth it.
50 -90$ yes.
Water park way smaller then we thought.
Overall its ok. For families with a tight budget not worth spending that kinda money for these rooms.

How can they close an inverstigation without speaking with me or my daughter. no one came to my room to see what was happening or to help me check. I called the front dest becuase we did not have any clean towels or toilet paper and he flat out said you are going to have to come down to the front dest because i am the only one here. Then i went down to speak to the front dest and no one was there because they was out side smoking for customer service the get a O stars. We went down to the front seat and they were very accommodating and gave us a new room and did not charge us for the early check in as well as waived the parking fees. Although the hotel is dated we thought it was good. A few days after arriving home home I noticed a charge on my cc from the hotel…not sure what is for but am not impressed

Great location! The direct connection to the water park was a huge plus. One thing to note, though: the elevator doesn’t go to the level with the skybridge, so if you’re traveling with a stroller, you’ll still need to navigate stairs.

We requested a crib and extra bedding before arrival, but neither was in the room. We mentioned it again the following day and, unfortunately, still never received them. As a result, our little one ended up sleeping in our bed.

The biggest disappointment was the room itself. It had a very strong smell of urine mixed with cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant from the moment we walked in.

The beds were average—not particularly comfortable, but not terrible either.

The hotel only has one elevator, so during check-in and check-out it becomes extremely congested. Since it’s located right beside the front desk, the lobby can feel like a bit of a bottleneck.

We did enjoy the courtyard. It was a great space for my husband and the kids to play while I packed up. That said, if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to avoid a room overlooking the courtyard, as it could get noisy. We were exhausted and could’ve slept through anythingt, so it didn’t bother us.

The location is convenient, with easy access from the highway, meaning you don’t have to drive through the busiest tourist areas.

Overall, I found the hotel to be significantly overpriced for what it offered. The photos online made it appear much nicer than reality.

The hotel was filthy and out dated, you have to pay for parking and it difficult to even find parking spaces, there is only one elevator and this place really isn't very handicapped accessible. There is no breakfast included you must pay for it and it at the Perkins thats connected to the hotel and the meal dosent come with drinks you have to pay extra for drinks. Iqould not recommend staying at this hotel as its not worth the excessive cost to stay there.

The venue is great for families if you have interest in going to the waterpark. Getting around was kind if confusing at first because there is one main way in and out. The rugs in the main hallway are a tripping hazard if your not careful because they are are warpped up. The ac in the room only cooled the room to 70 even if you blasted it to 60. The hotel out of the 4 or 5 hotels in that plaza is the most incovient to access if you de ide to walk to the strip. This hotel is all the way in the back and you have to cut ghrough parking de ks of nicer hotels to get to it. They do offer complimentary fans. The hotel is right off of Clifton hill which is the main tourist hub next to the falls. It is a good value for the money if you dont mind a couple of nuissances of this location. This was my honest assessment.

However the rooms are a bit outdated, the AC wasn't pushing enough air to cool the room fast enough, however the staff was super friendly to assisted with bringing a fan to help cool the room down. This place was not worth what it cost for the stay. There was a terrible smell in the hallways that was almost nauseating. The rooms are outdated weren’t cleaned well at all. Thankfully I always travel with cleaning products! I spent the first 10 minutes wiping things down and picking up someone else’s hair. Kids were using the square courtyard hallways as a running track all day long, there was staff right there that never said a word to these children or their parents. The doors were constantly being slammed with the inside latch lock being used as a door prop so the door wouldn’t latch shut. Oh and good luck getting the outdated key system on the doors to work (which is probably why people were propping their doors open). It’ll take about 10 tries each time you try to get in your room. I understand this is a hotel with lots of kids but there’s still something called common courtesy for others that the hotel should enforce. The waterpark was ok but definitely shows its age. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

The outside view was very disappointing. My room faced a large pipeline system, which was not pleasant at all. I was also surprised that parking was charged separately even after booking a hotel room.

Check-in was smooth and I had no issues with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing for the price.

For over $500 for one night (not including parking, although water park passes were included), I expected much better. The room did not have a microwave, and the TV was not working during our stay. I called reception twice requesting that someone come and fix it, but no one ever showed up either time.

While the location is convenient and check-in was easy, the lack of basic amenities and the poor response to maintenance concerns made this stay feel overpriced and not worth the cost. I expected a much better experience for what we paid.
