The tv did not work. There were no facecloth you had to ask for the and when they moved us to a different room because our tv would not work they made us take our facecloth with us. The shower was horrible. Cracked tiles and very bad caulking dirty and the sink would not drain was clogged with hair and smelled horrible. They cleaned it out but the smell stayed around we opened the door for a few hours … I was so disappointed. It was my birthday trip and hotel time was not pleasant

Nous avions une chambre côté cour qui ... laissait un peu à désiré... Le plancher en tapis était humide il y avait une odeur d'ancienne cigarette mélanger d'humidité pour une nuit oki mais sinon je ne conseil pas. L'emplacement est cependant génial près d'absolument tout avec stationnement payant et la piscine était geler et le spa est réserver au 16 ans et plus seulement

The check-in process was quick and easy there was a delay in my room, but they still pre-registered me so that we could go swimming at the hotel and go on our day. The the restaurant is located right in the hotel, which was nice and convenient. You have the option to add breakfast to your stay as well. The pool was cleaned stop we’re friendly. The room is OK. That is OK. Room wasn’t spotless, but it was sufficient, I guess, but overall, it wasn’t horrible. Oh, except for there is balconies off of the rooms but their padlock you cannot use them which was very inconvenient.

The washroom was outdated, and the motel room was dark and dingy. If you’re planning to stay here, I would recommend booking one of the upgraded rooms with a queen bed. The shower curtain at the bottom was moldy, the bathroom was very outdated, and the pillow was terrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids loved being in a spacious room. It got cleaned everyday which was needed with the type of floors. I got food poisoning our last night (not from the hotel outside food) and the staff were very accommodating helpful since I was traveling alone with my children. I would stay again. Only thing wish we had microwave

We've stayed at this hotel last year, and it was a more pleasant experience, then this time. We had to wait 45 mins for our room to be ready, and we got there 15 mins after checkin. We had a balcony room, and there were no chairs to sit on the balcony. When we asked why, management said they weren't putting out the chairs right now. The fridge wasnt keeping our food cold, and when I explained that our 12 volt cooler was keeping our food colder then the fridge, they had maintenace check the fridge, who said it was working and they didnt have any spare fridges. The mattresses sunk in the middle, and my mattress had springs popping out the side. And last but not least my beef with all hotels is the ac filters are dirty! Other then that, our stay was just ok.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, we stood in the back at the motel rooms. The rooms are very old and humid. The bathroom sink was clogged. The hallways were being repaired while we stayed which is good.

My husband and I stayed here during our recent trip to Clifton Hill / Niagara Falls and I would 100% stay here again! Although it is in need of some updating and the room was a bit small, the location was ideal and suited our needs just fine! Once we parked our car at check in, we did not need to drive it again until we checked out 3 days later as the entire Clifton Hill / Niagara Falls area is very walkable. The facility and our room was very clean, and staff members were nice and accommodating. We had an issue with the TV in our room, and within a few hours they had it swapped out with a new one.
For how incredibly busy the area was, noise was not ever an issue nor did I ever feel unsafe.

Do not stay here as they have ANTS.
My family checked into our room, and there were ants everywhere... bathroom, in between the beds, beside the beds.
This is clearly an ongoing issue as there was ant spray around the bottom of the floorboards and floor of the room already.
I talked to the front desk staff, and they weren't even surprised. Said they would send up a housekeeper to inspect.
She did. She came up with ant spray in hand, and said we would need to leave for an hour so she \"could spray, and then wipe up all the dead ones after\".
Completely unacceptable.
Went back to front desk staff and was told we could then have another room higher up. No thank you. If ants are on the 6th floor, they would be on the 7th as well
Wanted a refund due to unsanitary conditions.
Was REFUSED.
Family found other hotel.

Do not stay here.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, nice and clean except for the shower that is not working. It was so inconvenient for us to move to another room in the middle of the night because the shower on the original room that we have is not working. Imagine when you get to your room from walking around the falls and trying to get a nice shower and realize that it’s not working. Good thing that there’s available room on the same floor that we are in. I just hope next time they make sure everything is working inside the room. It’s our favorite hotel whenever we go to Niagara Falls and it’s so disappointing to experience this kind of issues. But overall it’s a nice hotel to stay.

The only this good about this hotel was the greeting the Front Desk upon check-in. The hotel room condition and location was not as advertised, pictured or contracted (Cf. photos). Advertised as a \"courtyard Suite,\" it was actually a motel-like room up a few chipped outside steps and wooden ramps facing a floodlight lit parking lot (not in the actual main building). FACTS (See pics): Standard size room w one chair; non-working phone (reported); Shower with no place to put soap or shampoo but on floor-unsanitary (See photo); Curtains that do not close fully; A rug that does not feel clean with ripped sign on door; Bedsheets that do not tuck in behind head portion of bed; Floodlighting coming in all night from parking lot (they advertise as a courtyard); no safe for valuables, and too much more. WE HAD TO CHECK OUT AFTER ONE NIGHT without a refund because they refused to provide an adequate room. NOTE: We do not post such negative reviews, usually just ignoring it. But the inability to honor their posting is terrible.

Hotel was good but a bit over priced. No parking (unless u wanted to pay $25 a day). So parked at the casino for free. Room door worked when it wanted too. Maid service even had a problem with it. Never knew if locked unless you slammed it and tried to open from outside. Bathroom needs some updating.. bed was great.

This hotel Miss represents what you really get. It shows a decent hotel and the rooms look updated. When you get there they advise that you are actually in the motel not a hotel. The ceiling in the lobby was actually dripping water, I only noticed because it dripped on my daughter. When we looked up we noticed it was full of mold. We advised the front desk worker and he shrugged his shoulders and brushed it off. We got to our scetchy room and were very disappointed to find more mold. The outside of the room looked like something out of a gettho movie. Very dirty doors and windows. One good thing was the bathroom was clean and the AC worked. I just think the photos should reflect what you get.

Initially, not so good. At booking we opted in for the motel level room with a jacuzzi. On arrival the room was definitely run down, with heavy smells of cigarette smoke. Initially would’ve given the one star, but the staff were absolutely amazing. We proceeded directly to the reception to ask if anything could be done. A staff member met us back at the room and agreed outright that the room was as we described. The front desk agent apologized for the apparent condition and immediately switched our accommodations despite the low vacancy. We ended up switching to a king size room in the hotel tower, and was a very nice room. It was Very clean, well maintained, large, fridge and microwave, and no smells of cigarette smoke. 4/5 for the room and 5/5 for the staff being so helpful and wanting to make our experience a nice one.

Check in was slow, but once in our room we were approached by a maintenance worker Andrew. He introduced himself and asked if there’s anything we needed. We requested a cot and he immediately went and got one and bedding, and brought it to our room. Great job Andrew.

The family room we booked was quite large and we appreciated that it came with both a fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfy and the linens were very clean. We stayed on the third floor facing south. Though the hotel isn't tall enough to see the falls, it would have been possible to watch the fireworks out the window, if we had decided to stay in to watch them. The front staff were kind and helpful. The location is quite good; close enough to easily walk to Clifton Hill attractions but far enough away to be quiet at night. The only issue is that the bathroom is contained in one room and there is no mirror outside of the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a mirror outside of the bathroom (especially because there is so much space in the room to put one) to help when the entire family was trying to get ready for the day at once.
Would recommend and would stay again.

The location of this property is excellent but we ultimately felt that the advertisement is misleading in that there are two tiers of accommodation. Without realizing it, we booked a room in the motel area of the premises which was very outdated and not well maintained.

There was some dirty base covers on the bed but overall the room was clean. However the air conditioner made a musty smell and we realized it had black mold in the air conditioner.

The amenities in the hotel area was very nice but staff were more concerned about ensuring that our children not use the hot tub than anything else. The signage in the pool area indicates 12 and under with an adult but there was another sign saying no one under 16 was allowed.

Staff was loudly saying sarcastic comments about having to make the sign bigger which just didnt make the experience welcoming, especially for our children.

We will likely not return.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The view from our balcony was awesome. The location of the property was perfect, in walking distance of all the fun. As for the room, our concerns were with the cleanliness and safety. The main door would not shut without using force, the same goes for the balcony door. The bathroom had peeling paint and caulk was holding the shower together among other things.

However, our room was clearly an old smoking room off the courtyard. I would have booked in the hotel had I known. It was stifling. All of our sryff smelled like cigarettes after :(

Pictures are not accurate, they used updated bathroom pics for our room. The jacuzzi tub and vanity were so old and dated, not at all the same ones in the picture.

It was a decent hotel but not for what I paid. I could have stayed in a much nicer room for the same price.
