It’s all about the location! Hotel was nice. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Typical eggs, sausage, waffles cold cereal, and muffins. Very very quick. Walk to the Falls. Cross the street is a casino with a food court. Lots of restaurants around. Starbucks right next-door. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again for the Price! Really appreciated the free parking!

The hotel was great. Parking was free and plenty. Room was nice and clean. The only concern is the lock on the patio door is missing, as well as a handle to open the door. Thankfully there was a bar to ensure the door stayed closed and secure.

Was a little up set about what time they started breakfast . Breakfast start at 8 am not erlyer . Hot tub was hot but could have been cleaner in side of tub and out side of hot tub . .Pool towers where not keep up very low in towel frist thing when opened ,pool area not cleaned over night or frist thing before opening . I went to have a hot before 8 am and did open till 9 am Room was very cleanand well keeped . Front decks and Lady who ran the breafastfast were great . .

Front desk staff is okay. The younger dude was the friendliest, the older white haired man wasn’t the nicest as he can make snarky remarks. The hotel is very dated, I did like the no carpet flooring. The pool was okay, seemed pretty decent. Breakfast was okay, they have 1 person doing it all.

The only thing this hotel has going for it. Is the staff was friendly. We were there 5 nights. The floor in the room was dirty upon arrival. Had to wear our shoes in there the entire time. The cleaning staff would only make one bed, only once though. This is after I requested our room to be cleaned twice. Never cleaned the bathroom or coffee station. I had to go get coffee from the office. Left a stack of towels under the TV. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very dirty room and smelly and the floor is very old and sticky, we could not walk bare foot as it was very dirty, we had booked hotel and were given motel room instead, and later on when i checked the room after leaving my friends there, they didnt know that i didnt book a motel. When i arrived and explained it to the staff they said, the room has been used now and we cant change it and no manager available dispite asking for one.

Before you book this hotel, make sure to ask if they are booking you motel and also remember the beds and mattresses are very old, and everything is falling apart in this motel side of the property.
If the room was cheaper then you can say thats what you are paying for, we paid 140$ plus a cot 20$, which was so old that person sunk into it by laying down in it.

Chambre très avantageusement positionnée. Vue sur les chutes américaines absolument magnifique. Balcon très agréable. Secteur très achalandé mais reste quand même reposant avec le bruit des chutes. À proximité de tous les attraits, casino, les deux chutes, la tour Skylon, les manèges et rues commerciales et foraines, restos de tous styles et prix. Promenade extraordinaire le long des deux chutes, téléphérique à proximité.

The pool was a tad questionable, cloudy for a couple days in a row. Cracks in the ceiling of our room and the deck door was broken. Terribly difficult to open. The cleanliness of the room was adequate, the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, there was however one morning, one staffer was hard to approach, she had a poor attitude behind the counter. Overall though, was content with our stay

This facility ranks in my 10 worst stays. From the moment I registered I felt like I was imposing on their time. The television. System was a nightmare to say the least. You shouldn’t have to be an electronics genius to watch TV. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the electric rad was destroyed. We had to turn the tub tap to full hot to get hot water at the sink. The floors are a mess. The garbage lids are left open and we were visited each morning by fighting seagulls seeing who was going to get the better breakfast. This started at 5:30 am. Two nights after returning from our event we didn’t have a parking space. I am handicapped and there is one AODA handicapped spot for the entire facility. I would not recommend this Quality Inn to my worst enemies. We were there four morning and every morning was the same breakfast. Very wet eggs and something resembling sausage.

I rate the room I had at this hotel as below average. It was an outside hotel room and not located in the main hotel. The tap in the washroom was very loose and ready to separate from the cabinet it was attached too. The bath tub caulking down the side was separating from the tub for about 1.5 feet and their was a dark substance underneath the loose caulking. The main outside door latch was very loose and definitely requires maintenance. The drapes to the main window did not close tightly as the bottom section of velcro was missing from the drape so we used a hair clip to keep it closed.There are many tiny holes in this drape and it should be replaced. Otherwise the room was clean and these items should be picked up on a maintenance inspection and not the responsibility of the cleaning people. I passed my issues on to the maintenance man and hopefully they get attention. It should not be a Renter who has to point these issues out and I am sure most Renters do not. In fairness I booked through Expedia the same day and this is probably one of the last rooms to be rented. I will not book with this hotel again as the price I paid for this room is not justified. The Office and the lobby and the room where continental breakfast was located were all clearly renovated and well done. Cheers.

The bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the bathroom had a lingering smell of mold and piss.
Even though they knew we were in 3, they have only provided us with 1 big towel.
Other than that, everything was ok, but was expecting a better room experience.

The breakfast was decent and I did enjoy it. Parking was available, which was convenient. However, the room felt quite old and only moderately clean — I’d rate cleanliness around 2/5.

Considering I paid around $150 for one night, I felt it wasn’t worth the price. Overall, I was disappointed and personally did not like the stay and will never come in future because this place rent for 1 night must be under $70.

Rooms were dated and old looking for somewhere advertising they just got through renovations. Rust on the bathtub. Floors and beds were kind of grungy. Windows still had wood sills with 100 coats of paint. Condensation all over single pane windows. I asked the front desk for towels for the pool. I was told they were in laundry. I asked if he had any idea as to how long until they would be done and he said \"no idea, theyre washed offsite, i have no control over it\". To then ask one of the room cleaners if she had any. She immediately put about 20 towels in the pool for use. You get what you pay for. Ive been to other hotels with a similar price, and they were much better maintained. I would not go back.

Ok, lets start off with check-in. The \"person\" who checked us in was the rudest individual I have ever delt with. Yelled at people I was traveling with over a key card. Others have had run ins with him as well. (Snow white) this hotel is dirty, the pool atrocious! Scum on the side of it, hair balls on its deck all 4 nights we went and looked hoping they had cleaned it. Our room was not cleaned once, when we asked for clean towels the maid said to get them from the pool.
The breakfast was so horrible and low-quality we went out for breakfast. The shower had bugs and grime, the curtains were torn, the chairs leather was crackdd and broken , slicing my leg.

The hotel does not have one security camera, (i mean none) the lock leading to the pool area is duct taped so anyone can walk in.
The place smells of musty and mold from being close to the falls and not properly cleaned.
Save your money and stay else where. This place is a hotel from hedes. We had 3 more stays booked for throughout the summer. We cancelled and booked else where.

Staff called our hotel room at 11:30 at night waking us up to move our car because one of the tires was on the white line. This was very disruptive to our sleep and stay.

Our room was clean, a bit dated. Only complaint is the rooms are not very soundproof. Hotel wasn’t full, I think they should have used every second room for a rental. Breakfast was Buffett style, different choices for bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and waffle maker, muffins, cereal, yogurt, apple and orange juice , tea and coffee and fresh apples.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and we had an amazing view of the falls. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only issues were that the room and hotel public areas are outdated, and some of the wallpaper was peeling from the walls, and a bit run down. We were also near the elevator and it was incredibley loud and we could hear it running all night long.

Great location. Beds were comfortable l. Free parking and free breakfast were great. Only negative is that Room is dated. Wear and tear can be seen in furnitures , drapes and bathroom. Rusted floor heater should be replaced. Holes on drywall near the curtain hook should be fixed. Laminate floor need a new overhaul. Chairs in breakfast dining room aren’t sufficient during busy breakfast between 8-9 Am. We didn’t use the pool so no comments.

There’s 2 parts, there’s a motel- feel building and what looks like an apartment building. It was on sale. It has very little parking, had to walk off the ramp coz we parked on the 2nd floor. Staff was attentive, nice and friendly. We ended up at the motel looking room, washroom was clean, floor was clean, the bed comforter looked dirty, when you take out the comforter, the fitted sheet looks decent but I’m not sure what the black specks were (the weren’t moving), the head board and small gap was dusty& had finger prints. The room stayed in the same Temperature all night despite the temp outside dropping. We felt safe. Lots of families with small children. Free breakfast was nice, the lady was attentive and was refilling everything at once, it was clean. Overall, for the price it was okay. Maybe rename it as a motel, so it’s not misleading & expectation can be lower.

Only 1 ice machine for all 7 floors. Bedding was aged and stained. Curtains aged and stained. Could use some cleanliness updates. Pool temperature flucuates between warm and cold.
There was a lovely continental breakfast with nice choices and a very lovely lady on staff who runs the breakfast. Always smiling, clean restaurant area and breakfast juices, coffee, toast, eggs etc always kept full.
Overall reasonably priced and nice little balconies with a view, great ocation.

We stayed at Quality HOtel during the wild 2 weather days March 16 and 17. Everything that we could do in the wind and cold was within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was just enough to get us going especially when we were travelling with a 4 year old. We were able to walk in the casino plaza and see the horseshoe falls from there. the arcade was across the road and was fine for the little one. A little disappointed that we were not able to walk to the falls due to the bitter cold and wild winds.
Convenently located next to Skylon tower which we were able to see the falls perfectly from up there. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. As it didn't appear that the floors had been cleaned. Everyone was very kind and always said good morning to us. It was my grandson's first visit to a hotel and he was thrilled to see the falls lite up at night from our room. We will definately return to this hotel!

This was an awesome experience. We travel often. Stay in many hotels often and this hotel i will defonately stay at again. The staff was polite and knowledgable. It was a great walking distance to the falls and to clifton hill. Free onsite parking and a great variety of breakfast included. It was well priced. The pool was clean and the hot tub was the perfect temperature great having a walkeay from our room to the pool as it was winter.

Room 303 was clean but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub faucet had a steady water flow that would not stop no matter how far we turned off the taps. Our friends in the next room had the same problem. I'm always left wondering why the cleaning staff only leave 3 sets of towels when they know there will be 4 adults? Also, the outlet closest to the patio door/round table did not work at all.
We did have a view of the Falls. Once the trees have leaves that won't be the case. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Casino and a few restaurants are steps away. Free breakfast, parking & WiFi. Excellent price for what's included!
Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights.
