You can hear everything happening outside the room (the doors slam shut everytime you close it and unfortunately our neighbours were very noisy all hours in the night). We also found some sort of bug? Unsure if it was a roach but my youngest daughter stepped on it on the morning that we left.

I was beyond disappointed with the cleanliness here. Upon walking in, the room smelled musty, and it only got worse from there. The sheets had visible stains, there was hair in the shower from the previous guest, and the carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Even the 'clean' towels had a strange odor.

Zero soundproofing....Very loud - didnt sleep the whole weekend and left at midnight saturday night to go home for much needed sleep. Staff told us they had asked the loud people 2x to keep noise down within an hour. I felt bad for the night staffer who was alone dealing with this.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and amenities of this hotel. The hotel is the closest hotel to the path along the Falls, riverview rooms have a view of the American Falls and also come with a deep jacuzzi tub plus a walk-in shower. The free breakfast has both hot and cold items and parking is free. Most hotels in Niagara Falls charge between $15 - $40 per night of outdoors parking.

I’m not sure why it was rates as high as it was other than the price is great for the location. They have no elevators so we had to lug luggage up to the 3rd floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and neither of us slept well because of it.

Yes the rooms were not great. We found black ants in the bed. The switch in the bathroom was broken and exposed which was very risky. On top of all this the person at front desk who came next day morning was unreasonably rude and when we requested for a brief extension in checkout of just 30 mins instead of politely declining he was very rude while declining the request which was very disrespectful and felt as if we are unwelcome there. I will never stay here ever nor recommend to any of my friends.

Although this hotel is very old and could use some updates. The rooms were very clean, the customer service was 10 and the breakfast was very very good and plentiful. The only issue we had was the parking, when we returned from the Fallsview theatre all the parking spaces were filled and we had to park at their lot around the corner. It wouldn’t have been so bad if t wasn’t so cod and snowy. They are located directly across from Fallsview but again being disabled the snow stopped us from walking over. Otherwise we were pleasantly surprised at what we got for the low pricing we paid so close to the casino and falls. We will definitely return.

We checked in around 6pm and was given one of the room on the second floor with no elevator, the room was cold and thermostat wasnt functioning at all. The telephone in the room wasnt working and room service did not exist. I have requested for additional towels and bed sheets and was asking to come down to pick them up. On the final day the breakfast was not the same as the ones they served during the weekend, there were no eggs and coffee was cold, my son had a carrot muffin which was expired and moldy.

This was our first time at this hotel and stayed one night with friends. Pleasantly surprised by the view from the 7th floor. Room was clean, bathroom was updated and bed was very comfortable. Hotel is older and some furniture/items could be changed. The cost was very reasonable and worth it. The evening clerk (blonde female-sorry I didn’t get her name) was amazing, she was sooo helpful and accommodating and made the our stay wonderful. She needs a raise! Also, free parking for the night was a bonus. We will be back.
