The hotel is well located and walking distance to everything. They have parking free of charge and eve after check out you can leva either more hours in lot for no extra cost. The room is spacious. We slept really comfortably and it was very clean, although the hotel is a bit outdated. I recommend it!
Keith
It was a great location near the falls
Christopher
We mistakenly thought that breakfast was included in the stay, most Holiday Inn's include the breakfast so we were a little disappointed that it wasnt.
Location was amazing if you're going to the casino/concert. Beautiful pools.

Everything was great only issue was the mini fridge in the room was not the greatest but it was fine
Kim
Room was very clean. Lobby area needs the furniture updated, the chairs were peeling. Other than that, great location to everything.

I booked through Expedia and Expedia reserve two rooms and I did not ask for two rooms when I got to the hotel they charged me for two rooms. I would never stay in Holiday Inn again tried to speak to a manager. They said no manager was on site. Very rude staff
Catherine
WE really enjoyed our stay, we will come back! Very nice room and hotel.

We had a room on the first floor near the elevator and I was concerned about noise. However the stay was pretty quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful. Would stay again
Robert
Bed slept fine, staff was personable and kind but there are replacements of furniture that are needed. Chairs in the rooms and at the front desk are have leather peeling off of them from use. Soda at front desk looks sunken in and needs replaced. Night stands in rooms have wear and tear as well. Hotel just needs to updated all its furniture all around to improve the stay!
Precious
Room was clean, staff was fabulous and helpful- great room!

Location of hotel was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient but limited spaces. A few issues were: the desk chair was falling apart at seat.( Needed to use a towel to sit on due to upholstery tearing & sticking to my clothes.), horrible smell coming out of one bathroom sink,( sewage?), and latch lock for balcony door was broken at the bottom.
Breakfast was good, however, the hours were later than most places, 8AM & was not informed of this at booking. Not able to use the next day voucher due to morning flight.

Love how clean and close it’s to all the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in and enjoy the city. I would definitely coming back to the hotel and the falls.

Very bad. Every time key dosen't work and they charged $450 per night. One of the worst experience. Did not even discount for bad services and neither a apology.

The heated floor in the bathroom was nice. Breakfast didn’t open until 8:00. Someone was smoking outside our room at 1:30am which woke me and smelled up the whole room. The fitness room is only a few cardio machines. The pool is kept locked and you need to ask the front desk-your room key doesn’t open it.

Was clean. Parking was great. Food was great. Would deffinately come back

Clean & convenient
Lara
The hotel was just ok. We are normally Marriot loyal but needed something on short notice. The Holiday Inn met our need of two queen beds but there were flying insects in our room and the beds were hard. Not a great night’s sleep. Also, there was no complimentary breakfast.
Sara
The location was great. The rooms need to be update
Mujtaba
There were lots of bugs in bathroom and room . Bathroom tub was not working properly. Room door was not working well. Overall it was not a good
Sue
Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
Property could use a few little upgrades, i.e. one of the chairs in our room & a couple in the lobby had huge spots of leather fabric missing, very worn out.
We did not use the pool, but it looked nice.
Good location for walking around or driving to falls area.

Overall, the hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, and the room we were given had a strong unpleasant odor that smelled like urine. It made the room very uncomfortable, and because of this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.
Jill
Our plan was to stay 1 night but after we realized the great location of this hotel & it’s fabulous accommodations we booked another night. One can walk to the Niagara Falls, have a great dinner & reach all the casinos easily.
Ginabelle
I like the place is very convenient.
Christine
The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. Terrific staff at Coco’s. Wood fire pizza was amazing.

Can’t go wrong with a Holiday Inn, and this stay was no exception. The room was clean, modern, and quiet. Pools and hot tub were great. Staff were kind, friendly, and super helpful. Will absolutely be staying again when we’re back in Niagara. A nice little property tucked away in a great location!
melody
The hotel was in a good location but the property needs updating.
Wayne
Wheelchair access at the rear was terrible. Damaged the front axle trying to get up the ramp in a power chair. Chair and ottoman was good as was the steam sauna in the shower. Chocolate covered strawberries was a nice touch. Waiter at Cocos went above and beyond duty when our chicken was underdone. Main plus was convenience to the OLG stage. Won't stay again, however way overpriced.
Sean
Check in staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean even had chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge. Nice touch. However the air conditioning unit in our room did not cool. When staff looked at it said it was fixed but hours later it still wasn’t cooling. Contacted the night staff and basically told us there was nothing they could do about to open a window and deal with it. Morning staff waived the checkout fees for the two rooms booked. But we still had to sleep in a hot room. So I’d say just ok.
Nerio
Excellent Location . Room comfortable and clean. AC good. Wifi regular .
Lee
Although it is an older hotel, it is clearly well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the location is outstanding. You don't need a waterfall view from your room; you can easily view the waterfall up close within a five-minute walk.

We've stayed at Holiday Inn many times over the last few years, and recently we have noticed the quality of the rooms has been decreasing.
Cons: Furniture needs to be updated, wifi speed needs to be increased (internet keeps dropping out and is annoying for business purposes and entertainment.) The TV is too small to view and is of poor quality and reception. The balcony had a broken glass panel, with glass shards on the floor of the balcony. Found the restaurant Coco's was quite pitiful and not up to standard quality for food serving (breakfast.)
Pros: The staff were all very pleasant and polite. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable with good quality bedding.
Overall, the hotel just needs (major) renovations to be competitive.

The room was clean and quiet. I liked the balcony but expected to see the falls from my room but could not. The desk chair seat was fraying. And part of the wall in bathroom was peeling. The city is a tourist area. But the hotel did not provide details. Did not have a complimentary breakfast.
Lynda
Location to Location!! Clean updated rooms across from the casino, next to Margaritaville and close to the Skylon tower.

Room was close to the exit and felt too much noise
Daniel
Great location. Close to the Falls, dinning, and Fallsview

Good sized room but thin walls. Still a bit cold for outdoor pool. Wish there was an indoor pool for kids.Staff was very helpful in finding another room on the same floor, which we requested. Good location too!

Hopefully they can provide free breakfast as other Holiday Inn

Staff was super helpful and friendly. We arrived late and they made sure we could order a pizza for dinner before the kitchen closed.

Staff was great!
William
Enjoyed our stay. Clean, and very friendly staff
WILLIAM
the hotel is okay but needs better maintenance, floors were uneven in room, looks like they tried to upgrade but must have had to really squeeze the budget. Also why I could not turn my room down to 68 or 69 at night really upset me. They have it locked at 70 degrees or higher. A jack hammer or hammer drill started at 8 am sharp. Went i went to the front desk and asked about it they gave me a surprized look. This isn't what management should do! Location is great and having Margaritaville next door was a savior for them.

Great hotel very clean and modern rooms, Staff aren’t the friendliest or the most
Welcoming. But overall stay was great. The rooms are better than the Hilton but the staff aren’t! So for customers service I would rather stay at the Hilton , approx. around the same Prices anyways.

The hotel is close to all the attractions by walking distance. We had a great time.Best place to stay
Bethaney
Location was great, close to the Skylon and multiple restaurants. Falls were just a walk away. Room was clean and comfortable. Pools were nice inside and outside, but hot tub was not functioning well. There was no pressure coming from jets, just enough pressure to circulate the water, not as was expected for sore muscles and relaxation. Pizza was good. Drinks were delicious. Would go again for sure.
Shorne
I have absolutely no complaints about this Holiday Inn service was great, hot tub room was incredible, the continental breakfast was awesome and so was the staff!
Shannon
The room was clean, small, but clean, staff were super friendly. TV was broken only worked occasionally when the cable was working, yes cable TV. Bathroom was very small. But the hotel is a 5-10 min walk to table rock center which is nice saves on parking, though the hotel parking lot is confusing as there is a paid lot right beside got to be careful which lot you enter. All in all enjoyed our stay.

Our room was on the 1st floor across from the lobby elevator. It was very noisy late at night and early in the mornings. A wall or better sound proofing of the rooms across from the elevator would be good.
