My first complaint is when I checked in they wanted to charge me $10 per day to park in their parking lot. That's absolutely ridiculous. I've never had to pay for parking at any hotel or motel where I am staying!

The breakfast that they offer for free is kind of lame you've got eggs, sausage, lousy bread, some lame, pastries, and some waffles. No fruit, no bananas no variety at all.

As usual, the carpets were filthy as with most hotels. Next time you go to a hotel or motel, give it the White Sock test. Put on a pair of white socks and walk around the room and see what the bottom of the socks look like.

The lounge, or bar attached to the hotel had no air-conditioning! The days that I was there, it was approaching 90° and very humid. Needless to say I did not purchase anything or spend any time in that bar. They provided cold water with lemons in it in the lobby. Unfortunately, the water was tapwater and it tasted like it, and the lemons were not squeezed in so you didn't even taste the lemons.

The property is next to the falls that's a great advantage. However it is crammed with guests and not very clean. The breakfast was subpar at best. My room was next to an exit and there were guests entering and leaving at all hours of the day and night with loud noises of door opening and closing and we hardly got any sleep. I would recommend an upper floor room, however the front desk staff didn't bother to ask me my preference before handing the room keys.

Plenty of parking which is accessible all day long. But make sure the front desk marks your license plate. They should give yoy a parking pass. Magic show inside hotel was great. Breakfast was large and hot. Go early as people come in spurts and a lot of waiting for waffle maker. There is a microbrewery attached to hotel and food trucks out back door patio. Doors are not locked at night at main entrances. Did not feel safe. Souvenir shop is also atrached tp hotel via hallway. Theres a horrible smell in the elevators. Smells like garbage. Very hot in hallways with off odors. Our door to our room was loose and light shown through on side. Did not feel safe. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel to the park is perfect. Just out the door and youre there. A bit expensive for an older hotel thats not well maintained. But we stayed there for location.

Hotel was clean. Everything was in walking distance. Parking was good. Only things that weren't good was the coffee station was terrible. Only one side of coffee pot works and its not marked regular or decaf, so I guess you take what you get. They also don't give coffee sticks to stir coffee with. The first day we got there I asked front desk if they had a spoon or something to stir coffee with and I was told, no sorry. They didn't have anything the 3 days we were there. Second thing that was terrible was the free breakfast. We tried it the first morning and then didn't bother after that. The scrambled eggs were disgusting. Obviously pre-made and just microwaved because there was probably 2 inches of water on bottom of pan. No peanut butter for toast. Two types of muffins that were so dry that they were thrown in garbage. So definitely don't go there if you care about the amenities! If you just want a place to sleep, then it's a fine hotel.

While I tried to explain this at checkout, extremely uncaring attitude and unapologetic. I am trying to tell these at check out so that these are replenished for the next guest checking in to that room, the staff is asking me why I did not call help desk about it. How are we supposed to call when we realize that the bathroom essentials are not replenished when we are in the shower. Very unfriendly attitude.

Location is key with staying at this hotel! It is literally right across the street from Niagara Falls State Park and walking distances to restaurants, casino, shopping etc! There is a bar on site that is new and nice. There were 3 food trucks also out the back door.

The rooms are a little worn/dated...and smelled musty when we first walked in but once we turned on the air and sprayed air freshener, it was fine. It is not a 5* but a good 3*. I would stay again from the location aspect.

We stayed for three nights and it was terrible.
The bathroom was covered with hair and the TV wasn’t working when we checked in. I called the front desk to report, but no one picked up. So, we went downstairs to report, but there was a long line at the front desk, which had one person manning it. We got hold of an employee, Mark, and told him about the bathroom and the TV. We also requested for extra hangers — because there were only four in the room — and an extra luggage stand. Mark said he’d send up house-keeping immediately. We waited for hours but no one came.
The next morning, we went downstairs and Mark was at the front desk. Like the day before, there was a long line at the front desk and, Mia, another employee who checked us in the day before, saw the long line, but instead of helping Mark, left the hotel with a third employee.
The breakfast was in the basement and people were using their fingers to handle food instead of the spoons/tongs that were provided. It was disgusting. The food was all carbs, sweets and processed meat. There was not a piece of fruit in sight.
Our entire stay no one came to clean or fix the TV even though we reported it to at least three different employees.
The only saving grace was the concierge, Maureen, who was helpful but never told us about the free trolleys that take people around town. The other helpful employee was Chenzy, who we met on our last day.
I would not stay there again even if they paid me.

The kitchen for the breakfast could be better organized.
Was given a room with a great view (so said the front desk) but no view to be found.
No tv remote in the room.
Really disappointed with the whole experience having come to expect quality based on my previous stays at the brand.
Needs a lot of improvement. I would not prefer to rebook at this location in its current state.
