Lookout! There's no breakfast included here, but they'll not state that at the "buffet" for breakfast downstairs. After eating a piece of toast and a coffee, which I normally have - the restaurant charged me $20. Hardly worth it, and I could've gone without it!

Due to being a Hilton and the price I paid, I assumed this was going to be a nice room.
When we arrived the staff was nice and very professional. We got to our room and my first thought was the view since it was a suite on the top floor. Went to open the shades and it fell apart. Being a previous maintenance guy I just fixed it instead of waiting or being moved to a different room. Once I fixed them the view of the river was great. Once we settled in some we noticed the robs were not in the room as the details stated. Had to ask the front desk and was told we’ll see if we have any left. 2 were eventually brought to the room. While sitting on the small hard sectional I noticed what looked like a booger on 1 of the pillows. That prompted me to start looking around more. I found cigarette burns on the couch and entertainment stand. Sticky residue on the outside of the entertainment stand and inside by the fridge. Older out of date fixtures throughout the suite and building. Outlets were loose and our chargers hardly worked when plugged in. Closet door latches were missing and doors kept opening. Mattress was too small for the bed frame. You could see parts of the structure underneath. The frame was also very noisy when moving around in the bed. Most of the controls for the jetted tub were faulty and did not work. On/off was the only functioning button on the control panel. Tub stopper was difficult to get to stop the water.
Did not try breakfast due to dinner not being good.

The king size bed was horrible. Only one mattress and a wooden board. It was the worst I ever encountered. For what we paid for the room one would expect a good night sleep. It seems that the staff only vacuums what they can reach and does not move the table. The restaurant has good food but the staff in corner debating on who is working or going home. Staff disappears and you stuck sitting there and not getting the serivce or able to pay the bill. We also had to keep asking for toilet paper, extra towels

Overall my experience during my stay was very good. The restaurant provided plates for a pizza I ordered for delivery, which was over and above. The breakfast buffet was not worth $20+ per person. Pancakes were stale, patty sausage was dry. Recommend Marketside Cafe, the food was excellent. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. I asked for a garbage can for the bathroom. They said they would provide one. They emptied the can in the room, but did not provide a can for the bathroom. In the grand scheme of things, the trash can was a small thing. I would recommend staying here.

We booked a king bed room and ended up with an accessible king room. Although the room had extra space, it was missing some of the amenities we are used to having it a king room like a hand towel bar near the sink. Also, the shower had a shower chair in it which we had to pull out to use. Once we pulled it out, we found pubic hairs from past guests on the shower floor. Also, the shower curtain does not stop the water from running all over the bathroom floor and puddles developed. The bathroom had a light up vanity mirror on the counter but despite being plugged in, did not light up when turning it on. Mattress was about 10 inches shorter than the bed frame which was strange as well. Wish we had gotten the regular King room that we booked.

We live locally and this is the best hotel in our area. We have stayed here several times mainly for the beautiful pool and hot tub area. The work out room is nice as well.I WISH hotels kept pools open later hours or 24 hours at your own risk. Sometimes families over stay their welcome in these areas and other guests miss out on the swimming due to this. Hotels could restrict it to only allow adults to swim 24 hours,no children.I love that the work out area is open 24 hours. We stayed in room 534 and the air was not working. My family and I didn’t sleep well due to the room being extremely warm and the air even on 60 was blowing warm/hot air.We noticed come 5-6am the air was finally cool.We loved the space in our room,we had the kids suite and the extra space along with the 2 queen beds, 2tv’s, and sofa was very nice. One thing I’m suggesting is for housekeeping to move the furniture around when cleaning. We moved the extended sofa and there was a bunch of popcorn under it from the prior guest. We also saw a baby spoon under the dining area.A quick look under any accessible furniture should be done first. This is usually an issue in all hotels I stay at, I kind of look for it and expect it.Overall this hotel is beautiful and we will absolutely be staying here again. No bugs or anything that would stray us away.Pool area is a must see, love the warm cookies on arrival. Not comfortable using room coffee makers so the 24-7 coffee is such a huge treat for us & guests. Loved our stay!
