The staff was lovely. The lobby was nice and clean. Our room was clean but the bathroom was very outdated. We were on the second floor of the courtyard which was lovely exept there is no elevator there and we had a stroller and lots of luggage, so that was a pain. I stayed a few years ago and the pool and hot tub were great to have. However this time the pool didn’t look maintained very well, there was green stuff on the edges, a used bandaid and toilet paper around the pool. I love that there is a McDonald’s on one side and a grocery store on the other. It’s a 30 minute walk to the falls. However, unlike a few years ago it’s quite unsafe to walk around there. On our way to the falls at 10:30am we saw many homeless people and one man being resuscitated on the sidewalk. On our way back we saw a nice man we had seen earlier and he basically told us that people don’t care if we have strollers or kids and that people will hunt us down and beat us up. I was there with my boyfriend and kids so none of that was great for them to see. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel, you just have to make sure you drive to the falls and park down there or take a Lyft.

If I have to rate this place because of the staff, they would all get 5 ⭐️. They were really helpful but oh my lord I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because the chemicals the swimming pool had was so strong but so strong i couldn’t even sleep my eyes was burning my room was smelling straight up chlorine and we called front desk to see if we could be removed and they did. The room we got was so much better but we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or any of the hotel provided. The RK, bar, the golf was everything by the pool and we couldn’t be around it. Last thing if you come over and stayed at this hotel DO NOT once again DO NOT stay around the pool.

Advertised as two queen beds — mattress tags say Full XL.

We booked a room listed as two queen beds. The mattresses are Full XL: 54\" wide versus a queen's 60\" (see attached photo of the mattress tag). That's 10% narrower, and it's noticeable with two adults in the bed. I raised this at checkout and showed the photos; the front desk attendant said they'd pass the feedback to management but didn't know if anything could be done, and no adjustment or compensation was offered.

Everything else was about what we expected for the price and location — we had noise from the adjoining room and hallways (a baseball tournament had the hotel full of families), but that's a fair trade at this rate and I don't hold it against them.

The bed size, though, is a listing accuracy issue, not a preference. The rooms should e advertised as Full XL.

We could barely get signal in our rooms We stayed here for 9 nights and around the 5th night we lost internet to the TV, we called front desk and they sent someone who needed to call a higher up to get it working - they never got it working! Hotel is dated BUT very clean, pool is a huge plus, restaurant is very good, laundry room on site that was nice also and the arcade which is small but enough to occupy for an hr or two. Overall, we would probably stay here again if they worked the internet issues out. Location was just outside of all the chaos but a very very short drive to everything.

The booking was made with breakfast included, however we had to buy breakfast at the restaurant and 2 days later when we were checking out the staff member asked if we would like our breakfast vouchers. That is very disappointing, dishonest and disrespectful to us as guests.
Our room was not cleaned as any guest room should be cleaned. I had to call reception to get body wash on the first day. The second day I had to request toilet paper, body wash and bathroom floor mat.
The jetted bath was not cleaned. How are these establishments able to get away with this. The carpet in the room around the coffee table is a hazard as it is uneven and creates tripping.
The booking also said the hotel had a shuttle service, not true, as we were told that has been stopped a long time ago.

I have requested my deposit and was told could take up to ten days for the money to go into my account. The holding deposit should be almost immediately as it is not a refund, just a release of the deposit.

I do hope by raising these issues and our experience something is done about it.

I would not stay there again & certainly not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing stay – Zero housekeeping -Not a safe or welcoming environment for families.
We chose this hotel because it features a nice pool and great playgrounds for children, but unfortunately, the overall environment and poor service ruined our family stay.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk check-in experience was incredibly cold and unwelcoming. This lack of hospitality continued at breakfast, where the staff were consistently unfriendly.
We requested room cleaning, they refilled soap, toilet paper and towels, but the beds were left unmade and the carpets were covered in crumbs. It looked like no one even entered.
The biggest issue, however, was safety. Despite having great kids' amenities, the property—both inside and outside—was consistently full of intoxicated men. It created an environment where my children felt unsafe, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a family-friendly hotel.

To top it off, on our last morning, we asked for our breakfast to-go. They packed it with a single, tiny cup of coffee. When we asked for a second cup, the staff refused and told us we would have to pay extra. Their explanation was that \"it is more expensive to eat in the restaurant, which is why refills are only free if you sit down.\" Charging a departing guest for a basic refill after a disappointing stay felt incredibly petty and rigid.

We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to other families.

I look forward to swimming a few laps at the beginning of my day but at this location the pool was always full of families enjoying the amenities. The pub located at the hotel is very convenient.

Regarding booking the room: I was attending a wedding and the Bride had reserved a number of rooms. I called directly and ask for a room but was told there were none available however on Hotels.com there were plenty, all at exceptionally high price. For what I paid for 2 nights I could of stayed somewhere else for a week.

We had a courtyard room and yet it was one of my most quiet hotel experiences. Plenty of safety measures for the pool so we felt confident letting our little one play on the playground and mini golf without hovering. Heavy doors separate the courtyard and rest of hotel so I never felt afraid of my child bolting into something dangerous. Poolside bar was closed but the restaurant food was amazing. Front desk staff was consistently helpful without being intrusive.

Hot tub was HOT. Genuinely the first time I had to head a warning about not staying in too long. My back felt 10 years younger after a couple soaks.
