It is an older hotel and off the beaten path…I was just traveling through…
The hotel was in the middle of renovating and I was given a high room where it had already had been upgraded…it was very nice, comfortable and clean…I got an excellent nights sleep…
The only staff I met was the front desk clerk…she was a delightful lady.

Staff - Good, very polite and patient.
Air conditioning - Okay

Hotel is close to many things however it’s dated. Rooms are quite run down, carpet was sticky, very dim lights. Beds were comfortable certainly get the minimum staying here. We stayed in non smoking and our room smelled of smoke and there was food left in microwave. We were moved rooms once we called to report it seemed the room had not been cleaned properly. It seems rooms available when booking with a 3rd party are limited. As I would have expected them to want to impress us after how we started our 3 day stay however it was not the case. Upon check out was also treated not as a regular customer in my opinion as it was said that we had already squared away with a 3rd party.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. My daughter and I went there for Thanksgiving. We did have to drive however to go down to the Falls, but parking at the hotel was included in our stay which most other hotels it was not it was very quiet. There was not a lot of people there and they had a nice pool and Hot Tub. It was small but it was a good size. I would definitely go back again.

The room was dark and dingy. the lights between the bed did not have a knob to turn them on and the lamp shades were old, cracked and dirty. the only other light that worked was a lamp in the corner. The shade was the same, old and dirty. The beds were horrible. the bedding looked like it was 50 years old along with the pillows. The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok as it was clean. This place looked good from the outside and the lobby looked nice as well but the rooms need a major update!!!! For the price that hotels charge per night this was disgusting!!! Will not return to this Hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were small but that is just not my preference. It was quiet even though on a main road.
