Our room had many issues with it. We had a kitchette, the microwave would not close properly so the light was on all the time. There was mold or something else on the walls. It sounded like the shower above us leaked right into our bathroom. We were there for two nights, the maid came in the first day and took the hand towel and our bath towels( which were hanging up for us to use again) and left us one washcloth to presumably dry our hands. The people on the second floor woke us up at midnight when heading into their room and then again at 4am, I know loud guests can't always be controlled but it still ruined our night. The people above us were also smokers and their cigarette ashes were all over our tail gate in the morning. It is disappointing that is allowed to happen.

Staff were friendly , check in and out fast, parking was free and good. Pool was closed 2/4 days. Property advertises an indoor pool and there is only an outdoor pool. Indoor pool was converted into a restaurant. Motel had a free breakfast that was adequate, motel could add fruit and yogurt. Proper serving containers needed so guests are not over pouring or reaching into containers. Room was quiet. Rooms could use updating, thorough cleaning and detailing. In room coffee makers and hand towels would be nice. The motel seemed full each night like it was popular. Motel had an elevator. Rooms had a microwave and small bar fridge however the freezer needed defrosting. AC and fan worked good. Property advertised an airport shuttle with surcharge - Expedia staff and motel staff were not able to direct me to this advertised amenity. It is easy to book a car rental and drive to niagra. But keep in mind the ETA will be longer than what the GPS says. The flying saucer restaurant close to motel was super family friendly with large portions, kids menu, affordable prices and good service. I also recommend in Toronto a restaurant called the mandarin is it the best buffet I have ever had at 25.00 per person and service was over the top they even provided warm wash clothes before and after the meal.

The best thing about this hotel was our interactions with the staff. Anything we asked for they were helpful and pleasant. It is also walkable to some restaurants. If we hadn’t gotten in so late we probably wouldn’t of stayed. It does look like they are working on renovating some of the rooms ours wasn’t one of them. It gives off vibes as somewhere people live not just guest at the hotel.

Front counter was as friendly and personable as a rock. The room smelled like vomit and febreze. The bed sheets looked clean, but had a few "short and curlies" .There were people obviously living in many of the rooms, one had a pile of tires outside the door. There were also a couple guys who were removing the front bumper and headlights from an early 2000s Corolla at 11:30pm with electric impact tools. They then tested the new brighter lights across the parking lot, right at our window. Front counter advised it was a mobile mechanic and didn't do anything about it. The included breakfast was three hot trays , grey sausage rounds, rubber eggs, and some dry potato chunks. Get there early, it's not refilled often. There were drink machines, providing "shots" of coffee and juice. It's a $20 charge if you take any food back to your room. Would highly recommend not staying here.

Les lits propres mais tachés, même chose pour les serviettes. Chambre de bain épouvantable, céramique cassée, pâte à dent craché sur le rideau de douche, sale et pas propre. Balcon, 2 chaises brisées, balcon qui s'effrite et peut tomber sur les voitures, bouteilles de bière remplies de mégots de cigarettes. Staff ok. Piscine ok mais il y avait des gens qui se baignaient tout habillé... Stationnement, épeurant, pleins de va et vient de gars pour la chambre en dessous de nous... On a aperçu des animaux qui se promenaient qui ressemblaient à des rats. Première fois, depuis que je réserve avec expédia que je trouve ça vraiment dégueulasse... Trop fatigué pour appeler et changer d'hôtel

Would not stay again! The property/room was very poorly maintained. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and it leaked at points, also came back to broken glass on the floor which was not from any of my belongings. Bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The lobby and breakfast area did seem redone, so maybe some rooms are better.

We had to change the room because it has not been vacuumed. The receptionist was extraordinarily understanding and helpful.
The new room was better but the fridge was never washed, I think from the beginning of times. The bed sheets were nice and clean, but the rest....so-so.

The toilet seat is turning and the carpet needed a wash it was a bit sticky. Their blankets have stains that’s why the whole time we stayed we didnt use it though the staffs were helpful and friendly but still the place needed a little cleaning for the future customers to enjoy. Planned on staying here my entire visit but in getting checked into first room provided there was multiple people hovering the area of my room, so went to front desk and let them know there were safety concerns, they provided another room. Checking into the now 2nd room, the floors were filthy, curtains were scarce and 2 different colors and sizes with barely covering the window. There was black mold on the walls. The linens on the bed was dirty, gross, so bad I ended up going to office, checked out and went down the road at 130am in the morning to find another place to stay for my vacation. Filth doesn't even cover what this experience was!!! I asked for a refund and of course they kept every dime i paid In the month of March! Had i known this hotel looked liked this i would of NEVER booked in the first place!! I would never suggest this facility to anybody, pure disgust!!

I was very hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews, but since our reservation was non-refundable, we decided to give it a chance. We checked the beds carefully upon arrival and didn’t find any signs of bed bugs. However, on the morning of our last day, we woke up to find our garbage bag torn open and trash scattered all over the kitchen floor. It appeared that something had chewed through the bag overnight, which made us very concerned that there may have been a rodent in the room. We immediately reported it to the hotel staff, and they came to inspect the room and took photos for the hotel manager.

Traveling with two young children, this was a very upsetting and stressful experience. While not everyone may have the same experience, I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and improves its cleanliness and pest control.

We had to go to this motel because we had a fire in our motorhome and we needed a place to stay.
The pool was fun and the food was alright but the room was dirty we had to ask for a new shower curtain and a new front curtain when we arrived because both were extremely awful 😞

There is NOT an indoor pool anymore, so do not stay here if that was what was drawing you in. In late June, the outdoor pool was still a little too cold to actually be able to enjoy. Breakfast was okay (eggs, sausage, things to put through a toaster, yogurt, cereal).

Pros (being generous because some of these are just baseline expectations):
- Inexpensive
- I didn’t see any bugs
- The air conditioner worked
Shower and spa tub had hot water instantly and the water pressure was good in the shower

Cons:
- I asked for extra pillows at the front desk and they said they’d bring some “if it was possible.” I never got any or heard any more about it. Because I was staying more than one night, I bought pillows at Walmart.
- The king sized bed was on a full-size platform, which I discovered when I heard a crunching sound when I sat on the edge of the bed and looked down under it to find out why.
- Under the bed looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time.
- Everything in the room was mismatched, shabby, and outdated.

I asked for a list of restaurants nearby, but they had a restaurant on site and only recommended that. Breakfast was not very good, with lots of signs warning you not to take food to your room or get a $20 fine. The elevator was loud and sort of scary, but the stairs were dark and dirty.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is in need of renovation, as there are visible signs of aging and its former charm has faded. However, the bed was clean and very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.
The TV offered a good selection of channels, and I was able to enjoy watching the FIFA World Cup matches from my room. The microwave and refrigerator were both in good working condition. One downside was that the carpet did not appear to have been properly vacuumed. On the positive side, my room had a beautiful view with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. We also enjoyed spending time at the outdoor pool, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The breakfast was excellent and offered a satisfying options.
Overall, the hotel provides good value for the money. While the property could certainly benefit from renovations, it is a reasonable choice considering the price you pay.

First off I want to say that never large and sweets on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls Ontario is one of the nicest cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in not to mention their staff is on point 24/7 they go out of their way to accommodate any request you require morning noon or night. And on top of the five star hospitality that is consistently shown as I've stayed there a few times the outdoor pool is amazing it is very very clean and I make mention of that because it's very important that the clumsiness of where you stay and this place is always top notch and they have a hot breakfast potatoes eggs sausage Juice coffee cereal for the kids bagels I mean it's endless five stars I would give him six stars I would I would give them as many stars as I could top hotel in Niagara Falls Ontario in this area I would have to say!!

They also have an en suite like bar and restaurant and we ordered garlic bread and another dish that my friend ordered that was steak cut up it was the best steak I've had it was juicy my compliments to the chef he raved about the garlic bread I couldn't give this hotel more stars. Touché!!! Sts

Actual room and dining area were no where close to the pictures in Expedia.
One of the bed in Suite#111 did not even have a fitted bed sheet. Bed mattress was dirty and hard. Window curtain was not adequate to block the entire window in the kitchenette. Light coming in from the window. Pipes in the kitchenette were gurgling periodically all night. Weird smell in the room at night, which seemed to be mostly due to HVAC filters needing replacement. Room bathroom was old - missing tile on wall siding, door had to be pushed hard to close and lock.
Unpleasant experience overall. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were OK. Stayed in #344 and #345. We rented two rooms and they were mediocre. Items were missing from 1 room...microwave, towels and soap. Toilet paper missing from the other room. All beds in both rooms had dirty sheets and crumbs under the flat sheet. Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Wallpaper in both rooms held up by staples. AC in one room was a household AC unit taped into a hole in the wall. The pool was dirty and rusted. No towels. Breakfast was very good. Our 2nd day people did have to wait awhile when they ran out of food. Parking was great and staff were polite.

The room was not what we expected, is was too simple, the living room was converted into a bedroom by placing 2 queen size beds and a twin bed in it. No privacy at all. Then there was 1 single bedroom with 2 more beds that was okay, barely a closet space. The beds were VERY HARD LIKE ROCKS!!!
I guess it was okay because we went by to visit and walk around and not to simply stay in the room but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays or for someone looking for comfortability.

The airconditioners don't work and thermostats are locked. The room gets so hot when it is a hot day. Complained about the ac not working and they sent someone to our room who had no clue what's wrong with the ac and kept arguing that it is not hot. Then they half heartedly changed the room and the ac in that room didn't work either. The ac unit are at least 30years old or older. The rooms are noisy and you hear all the traffic noise in your room. Book it if your only concern is budget and you're a deep sleeper.
