Worst experience of my life , never ever park the car , not secure and safe , from the parking lot my car get stolen , even I park the car front where the reception at night time sit and proper vision thorough the mirror , still my car get stolen from parking . Staff was sleeping . Stay in good hotel where the parking is safe and secure . Looks like staying at hotel Niagara Falls not safe now . Police need to do more awareness because this the place where people comes to visit from different countries. Feel very sad .

Daily breakfast was ok. Room 127 (Suite) was terrible. Bedspreads had cigarette burns. Room smelled of Urine. Entry door had huge gap allowing cold air to enter. Black mold in bathroom. Front exterior had sparrow poop on windowsills due to nesting in roof area. Sink in bathroom faucet dripped. Microwave missing glass turntable. Stovetop severely stained.. Table in main bedroom area had floppy legs. Parking was fine. No handrail in bathtub. Dark red room rug was filthy and had marks in several spots. Gum? Linen service was terrible. Only 1 facecloth, no hand towels. Room was not noisy and property seemed quiet.

It was absolutely disgusting.. we walked into our room with it being very clear that no cleaning had been done. There was hair on the shower walls, dirt on the floor, dirty bedding, somwthing goopy on the shower ledges, splatter marks from who knows what on almost every wall and even a pimple patch stuck to the wall. Piles of hair under the bathroom sink hidden behind the garbage can. Visible dried spills on the table tops, microwave was repulsive, jewelry from previous people.. the manager argued with me over all of it even with me showing proof with photos i had taken right after we walked in. He wouldn't do anything but give us another gross room or we could leave yet we live 2 hours away and it was near 10pm and we were with our two young children. The listing photos are not accurate and look like they were made with AI after seeing it in person. There was also a bed in the lobby with someone sleeping in it when we were trying to leave.. The manager would only argue with me, never an apology or anything at all to make up for any of this.

Hotel was great for what we needed. Parking was free. Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Rooms were good. A little dated could use an updated paint job but clean and bright. Great room for the price.

Elevator door kept opening and closing every 45 seconds all night. No phone it room to call front desk.
Access door to lobby locked and not unlocked on time.
No ID requested at check in or validation of reservation #. Breakfast not available on time. Air condition barely worked and was very noisy, but at least it blocked out noise of elevator.

Our first room wasn’t the best there were quite a few things wrong with the room and because of some of the issues we went to the front desk and asked to be moved into another room which they did without any issues. The second room was way better than the first one. Plus you get a breakfast included with your stay.

Room had lots of cockroaches, when ask for refund they refuse with some lame excuses, also they blamed the guest for cooking and leaving stuff behind as if they are not supposed to keep it clean after every check out. I stayed for two nights , and they told me they were going to refund me for the second night plus a free upgrade. When called Expedia to request the refund as they told me to , they refuse it.

The pictures of the rooms online are very deceiving. It looks like they were from years ago when everything was newer and less used. Shocking to see the actual room after check-in. There is so much potential for this place if they just put a little bit of money into it. The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities (hot plate, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, working tv and good internet that also allowed you to connect to Prime Video and Netflix without hassle and played everything without buffering).

However thats the only positives. Everything was dirty. It looked as if the room wasnt cleaned at all. Crumbs on the counters and beds. Random scotch tape all over the walls? The carpets appear to be from 40 years ago and they are so stained everywhere and so run down I didn't want to take my shoes off. I always check the bed and sheets and there were brown stains all over them. I slept on top of the comforter in my clothes without a pillow fearful of what I may catch. Heavy wear and tear on all the doors, furniture and carpets. The bathroom was falling apart. Furniture is extremely outdated - I didnt even attempt to sit on the couch. Fridge was absolutely disgusting inside. I left my food and drinks in shopping bags so they wouldnt touch anything. It wasn't noisy outside or overnight, but the floors and walls between the rooms is poorly insulated and you can hear the people below/beside you move, turn the shower on, turn the tv on, etc.

I stay here every weekend, I have had a great stay overall each time, except once where the experience could have been better but we all know perfection is almost never a 100%. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made the experience great each time I visit. Everything felt convenient and welcoming, and it’s definitely a place I would consider coming to, well I already do lol.

That said, housekeeping could use some improvement. A bit more attention to cleanliness and detail would elevate the stay from great to truly exceptional.

Dust above the bed hanging from the ceiling, black mold in the caulking (tub). Soap scum in the tub, and hairs that didnt belong to me. Curtains were so thin, the lights were coming through, and partial used rolls of toilet paper to be used if the roll on yhe roller was used up. The door did not meet the door frame, so light was coming in from there. Over all the room was nasty.

We got there they still have the big sign indoor and outdoor pools but they’ve filled in the indoor pool and hot tub to put in a restaurant. It’s March and very cold so obviously the pool isn’t open for the season.
We got the family suite we loved that it had a full size refrigerator and microwave and stove… lots of cupboards… but as I was checking to see if it included pot and pans cutlery (no it doesn’t bring your own. The king is actually 2 singles and very firm. The room could’ve been a little cleaner but for the price it wasn’t too bad…. But honestly if we were staying more than the night I probably would’ve gotten my own cleaner to clean the shower the way I like and to know it was actually disinfected. We also love that we could close the door and have adult conversation. Bottom line if you’re looking for a Hilton then this is not the hotel for you. We went for breakfast near the end so the hot food meh… the bagels ect were good as you put them through yourself. And it was included !

The room was very small and outdated, the breakfast was mediocre with the usuall powdered eggs, sausage, hash browns, one style of bread for toast, one kind on bagel and two choices for cerial, and small coffees from a machine. The room was very noisy because the person above us walked like they had on cement shoes, the toilet ran off and on all night , the window in the room was filthy like it had been cleaned with a floor mop after cleaning the driveway with it. But the place was cheep and they don't charge for parking. I still will not book this place again

For the price, it wasn't bad, but it definitely could have been cleaner! I found a used bar of soap in the shower, the microwave, the bathroom sink, and kitchen cabinets were dirty. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the money, but I still prefer to stay in cleaner places.

Everything was wrong. First room we were goven had used tissues, and a monster can and cigarette butt on floor. I complained and was offered another room, i went in and it hadnt been cleaned from the previous guest, mind u this was after 8pm, and house keeping gone for the day. Then they upgraded us to a family suite, whiched seemd good but then startes noticing mold around the doors, no handles on the sliding doors, and later in the evening when the kids were playing we found mouse poop in the couch and in cupboards, we had no phone in our room and twice went to talk to find someone at the front desk, and there was nobody there and nobody answering the phone they have in the lobby, We had no faceclothes even after requesting some, i asked for housekeeping and they made 1 bed, and vaccuumed the couch and left my other bed which sheets were falling off, unmade. We sufferes theu because what choice did we have by that point. Then i went for water in the middle of the night, only to find a mouse on the counter. Absolutely horrible experience and would NOT recommend to anybody, nor will i ever stay there again.

I stayed there 3 months ago, in a room in the main building which was great value. This time I stayed in a room in the outer motel-type building. Heater was poorly placed and inadequate; bathroom light turned off after about 5 minutes and could not be turned back on; curtain inadequate to eliminate glare from bright outside lights. Modern lighting and microwave, and full sized fridge, were not enough to overcome other shortcomings. 2 poor nights' sleep.

NEVER EVER stay here. Room Fridge DOES NOT WORK. Telephone DOES NOT WORK. NO tea/coffee machine in room. Whole property is full of snow—NOT shovelled.. Room cleaning is NOT DONE. 3-4 nails are coming out of carpet. I showed all to front desk. Unprofessional staff. Breakfast NO GOOD. Coffee makes you puke. Elevator & other common areas NOT vacuumed for months. Hence Only 6.4 rating.
I am not making it up. I stayed in room 247 from Jan 28-30, 2026. I WILL NEVER RETURN. There are so many hotels in Niagara Falls.

Best value hotel in Niagara Falls! Friendly accommodating staff and big room with microwave and fridge and a smart TV (you have to set it up yourself by connecting to the Wifi). Wonderful breakfast with sausage, eggs, home fries, bread, tea, coffee and juice. Easily accessible by bus or if you drive, there’s plenty of parking and it’s free. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Niagara Falls. Highly recommended.

There is no heat in the rooms except a small 6 inch plug in heater. It was -15 outside and the wind came through the air conditioner which had not been blocked off. The young girl at the desk came with bot tape and taped off the AC and gave me another blanket. Motel is very old and tired. I do not recommend it. Should have realized about the cold when the receptionist was wearing a winter coat at the desk.

Honestly, the room my family and I were staying in looked like in the movies where people would do drugs, make drugs, or doing anything criminal. Thats how bad our government oom looked. The beds looked horrible, it looked like there would be bed bugs but thankfully we didn’t encounter any. The walls, the carpeted floors, the general odour of the room was so dirty and filthy. The people do not maintain any of these rooms. The kitchen was so dirty. The stove had stains, the microwave didn't even have that spinning plate thing so I couldnt even heat up my food. The tables and chair were dusty. The bathroom was so dirty. Basically the whole had looked like it has not been cleaned in years. The only nice thing about our stay was the free breakfast so.

The room did not match the pictures, room was in much worse condition then advertised. The jetted tub didnt work and the water was murky. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, no doormat for wiping shoes, curtains were thin enough to see through and we could hear everything that was going on outside. It sounded like there was an animal under the jetted tub, we heard scrathing all night and chattering. The pillows were very thin and old.

I couldnt use my bathroom for 2 days because the toilet was clogged. The manager came in with a snake and did something to the toilet and got poo everywhere.It was on the floor all over the toilet.The side of the tub big poos, inside of the tub, so I asked the manager if we could have compensation.And he told me that he would extend my stay for a couple of days, and then when it came time to extend the stay, he told me that he had no room that the room was already bucked.What else happened

Our stay was bordering on Poor, because the bathtub and sink in the bathroom had no stopper plug. This means you can only shower. There was no hair dryer. The room had hardwood flooring, which looked pretty worn down in some areas. There was no floor mat at the entrance, for you to wipe your shoes. Therefore, I trekked into our room, the melting snow and sand spread all over the snow covered parking spaces, and steps to the second level and outside corridors. This made our room floor quite messy. There was a little broom, but no dustpan. The heater was noisy. Breakfast (included) was OK, but they ran out of sausages, (GUESTS had to wait for a fresh batch to be cooked), and then the remaining supply of home fries and scrambled eggs also ran out. Guests had to wait for these as well. This was at 9:35 am before breakfast services were to end at 10:30 am. Insufficient was given to the supply of items for the guests.
