Good they're very good

Everything was good beside the swimming pool and the area around it ,pool water was not clean at 9 am in the morning when it opens for guests.
Ka Wah
We had a great time at Ramada in. The room was clean and comfortable, however the air conditioner was a little noisy to sleep with. The water temperature is on cold side in the Swimming pool.
Location is great, very convenient with a good variety of restaurants and shops in close proximity.

Very decent, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Staff was great when we had issues with check in and made everything smooth
Ella
Room was clean, you could see that renovations have been done.
Bianca
Nous avons aimer notre séjour là-bas!
Melissa
The extra fees charged at the property are atrocious. The restaurants are overpriced. The staff is great. The rooms are spacious but despite being “renovated” show a lot of wear and tear particularly in the bathrooms.
Paula
Very nice stay great staff and lovely suite
Stephanie
We stayed 1 night, the French doors in the room had all broken glass, the carpet was extremely soaked outside the bathroom, the wifi kept cutting out, the rooms were EXTREMELY outdated. Resort fees for a hotel that is not a resort nor has the amenities. Gym had no equipment besides 2 bikes and a glider. Only positive was the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely won’t be back.

The hotel is nice and the amenities are adequate. We were just very disappointed when our 3 year old found some unpleasant stuff left behind by the previous patrons, by the side table. We brought it to the managements attention but didn’t get a satisfactory response.
Stacey
It was a good property but our key card stopped working twice during our stay and we had to return to the front desk to get them to fix it. Not sure why this kept happening. Other than that it was good.
Alexandre
Same problem with other hotel, the AC cool system is to old and extremely noisy but the room was perfect
Aksenia

The hotel includes parking and breakfast on the expidia website. When we arrive the front desk told us that parking and breakfast was not included and gave us a coupon for 15% off on the restaurant inside the hotel. I will never book in Ramada again!
Arkan
They charge me every night 24 $ for service they stolen my money bad hotel
Banafsha
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and we had a good overall experience. The only issue was an unpleasant smell in our room. We asked to change rooms, and the staff accommodated our request quickly, but the second room also had a slight odor, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.

Nancy
Great staff , casual rooms and perfectly located near the falls and the outlets

Loved this hotel! Very big rooms and the sofa turns into a bed which was amazing!
The only downfall was it was far away from the falls 10 mins drive. Also, the hotel charged me extra money even though I booked through Expedia. There is no breakfast and parking.

Not happy with the extra charges! When iBook something through Expedia I always look for all taxes and fees included and then had to pay an extra $30. They did nothing about it and I will never stay there again because the girl was rude at the front desk at checkout
Jasmine
Tv and wifi kept going in and out, house keeping was banging on our door and huge language barrier, my room key didnt work on first attempt same with accessing the pool
Sheldon
Super helpful staff. They were super polite and accommodating.

I was given a bill of 104 to be charged with the deposit that they took but in reality they charged me 141 from my bank account absolute scam

The hotel should have at least free breakfast even if just free coffee and tea.
Tim
I would happily consider stopping both here and at a Ramada property again because of this experience.
Pool was a little dated with a couple of loose tiling on steps and a shelf unit between beds was loose but otherwise the staff were great, the facilities were decent and only a few mins walk from both convenience stores and eateries. This was a more budget friendly way of staying near the falls without the cost and noise of bring right there. It was a 2.3mile walk to the falls but had good footpaths the while way

The security was good, the amenities were great especially with the kids reaching out to them. It was a great experience and will like to use them again.
Travis
Thought it was ridiculous of how many other things they charge for. Also who charges for the two water bottles in the room. The amount of ridiculous things they charge you think that it would be complimentary. It is also not near the falls and the restaurant/ breakfast is only open part of the week.
Patricia
Yes the place was most definitely satisfying. Easy to find and convenient.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls, and the staff were generally courteous.
However, I was disappointed to find an additional daily facilities fee for access to amenities such as the gym and swimming pool. This charge was not clearly disclosed during the initial booking process, so it came as an unexpected surprise at check-in. If these facilities require an extra fee, guests should be informed upfront so they can make an informed decision before booking.
Greater transparency regarding all mandatory charges would significantly improve the guest experience.

We request for the crib. They said it will be there. But there was no crib. When we asked once reached at room they said house keeping is not available so will not able to provide
Danielle
The rooms were renovated (not well but renovated) the pool was not very nice and we had multiple issues with our key cards not working (to the pool and our room)… we had brown water in our tub, called for assistance and they were quick and very friendly. All staff were great!

Very comfortable, great staff and very clean and elegant 👌
Jenny
Air conditioner way too loud and TV was not working properly
Rosy
The room layout was the best part, but our window was facing the main road, and it was very, very, very noisy throughout the day and night and very hard for my toddler to go to sleep. They also didn’t have any wine glasses or any cutlery or plates for us to use. The staff was very nice and helpful parking is $20 overnight. It is a little bit further out away from the Falls so I don’t really recommend there are a few Ramada’s way closer to Clifton Hill but this one was the one with the suite which we needed for our families so it was a last-minute booking, but very disappointed with the noise level from the street so we wouldn’t stay again Also the TV doesn’t have any channels it’s antenna cable so there’s one channel that comes in and out luckily we brought our fire stick so we were able to connect but the remotes don’t have a source button so we had to get the maintenance guy to give us the original TV remote to do that which was helpful, but again not ideal.
Leon
Perfect location from the falls and well maintained property. The beds were super comfortable and staff was great.

First off, the room was fantastic. Crazy spacious with little extras that put it far above most rooms in the area.
The staff (specifically the front desk lady) were very helpful and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to.
The air conditioner was a bit weird, but it worked well enough.
100% would stay again.

The place is excellent for spending a few days with the family; it’s quite spacious and clean, and the staff is pleasant. What I didn't like were the extra charges—such as the daily parking fee and the 4% daily surcharge the hotel applies because the package was purchased online via Expedia. I’m not sure exactly what that 4% was for, but I had to leave a $200 deposit, and I ended up being charged $213 in extra fees. If I hadn't had such an amazing time, I would be really angry about that.

Room was clean and very large. Breakfast very expensive and having to pay extra for parking seems unnecessary. Would stay again as the room was great but just know you have to add on 20 bucks for parking per night.

Expedia did not mention about $20 for parking which is a ripoff and $15 for resort maintenance fee. I feel$35-45 is not worth for this type of hotel which is far from the falls.
Charles
Nobody was at front desk and sheets where already stained and staff not oroffesional. I want my refund
Andre
Property was pleasant, however we were not able to shower one whole day because there was no hot water.
$20.00 per day for parking 15 minutes away from the falls was a rip off.

Our room was clean and comfortable with more space than expected. We did not use the restaurant, Starbucks or other amenities.
We would have appreciated fresh coffee.
We would have appreciated the additional taxes and parking to be included in the Expedia booking

The charges are very chaotic. 103 is charged at the time of booking, but 160 is actually charged. Even Wi-Fi is charged. Very bad.

The king suite was very spacious and updated, we did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking. The lobby need a facelift.

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s affordable and close to everything we need. Very friendly and helpful staff. We even got a free upgrade to the presidential suite! Absolutely huge. It was the best anniversary gift. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The room was massive. Basically two full rooms + a nice size bathroom. Felt like a mini apartment. Only things I wish was that breakfast/parking was included in the original price. Not a big deal though, it was a great place to stay!

We (mom & two teens) stayed one night for a track and field meet. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the sitting area and the extra doors between the bedroom and the hallway. The staff were excellent, both the front desk and the maintenance person who came to explain how to use the air conditioner (which worked great!). We did not try the pool or the restaurant.
We were worried by some of the previous negative reviews, so the hotel exceeded expectations. The place is a bit dated but it is clean. You do hear noise if people are talking in the hallway but our stay was quiet overnight. You can hear the highway on that side of the building if you do not have the fan turned on.
The extra fees were $20 for parking, $20 for facility fee, and a 2% tax (less than $5) that applies to all hotels in the Niagara area. The refundable security deposit is standard for any hotel stay. Overall it was excellent value for the cost, and we would stay there again for the same purpose.

The property was in great shape, but they were renovations goin on on ht adjacent property. The restaurant was closed so there was no place to eat breakfast or dinner. No problem for us, but others might have a challenge with that.
The room was spacious, clean and up to date.
Parking was ample and close to the building. There was road noise fromt he QEW that runs just beside the building.

was not aware that we can get breakfast there at the hotel. This was our first time there. Should let people know there is a restaurant.

It’s hard to get into the pool with the card there a trick you have to do to get in. Quite time is extremely late at night. Children are allowed to run the halls yelling in the late night. If you book through here and paid in full your paying restort fees and other fees that are not upfront. Plus digit marketing fees. I was lie to when they requested that I cancel they would refund me which then turned around and said no refunds.
The building is under construction in the other half. Room side was huge, good size. Front doors won’t working a few times they need to be fix to stop the glitching. Staff didn’t seem to like questioning about why to understand all the fees and immediately state to cancel.

Pet friendly hotel.

It was a great location and served our needs for our overnight stay .

I was genuinely impressed by how spotless the room was. Everything was impeccably clean, and the bedsheets were particularly fresh, which significantly enhanced my stay. The room felt well-maintained and cosy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely think about staying here again.
Nicole
We had no hot water in our bathroom and the walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the next room's conversation as well as noise from the highway.. Also we did not realize that we would be charged additional fees such as a resort fee, digital media fee, and parking fee on top of what we paid through Expedia.
Patricia
Great place to stay and close to attractions

Room was clean and spacious. I would have appreciated a water cooler somewhere on the property aside from the gym which was closed when I inquired. A good location being that it was only 10 min from Niagara Falls and about a 20 min easy scenic drive to NFOTL and the outlet mall.

The hotel was nice but there was no water on one of the days of our stay and they never warned us about that during booking, also we noticed there wasn’t hot water during the day so if you wanted to shower with hot water you could really just do it at night! And they charged extra resort fees and $20 additional per day for parking which also wasn’t told to us during booking AND another ~$20per day resort fee which should have been included in the additional fees and taxes during booking!! Otherwise the staff were friendly and hotel was very clean.
