The room significantly smelled like smoke!!! The carpet, bedding, mattress, etc! The bathroom was cleaned with a dirty musty rag that almost smelled as bad as the smoke!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!
Amanda
It was a great stay. We were only there for one night, but I would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

Parking was easy.

Older property, but kept quite clean! People in the neighboring room was LOUD but the motel staff were able to step in and rectify everything. Only concern about the room itself is the pillows could use a refresh. Otherwise no complaints.

Kindness and service was about the best I’ve ever seen and much appreciated. Others have notes this and it’s true.

It was ok, for the price it worked just fine for one night. I booked the wrong day but was still accommodated.

Very poor service
Arrived after check in and were let into a room to wait 1 hour for someone to arrive to check us in/
During the time we realize the rooms were very uncapped and dirty people walking in out of rooms that look like locals over there
We decided to leave a check in another hotel. I lost our money for this one.

Not so much enjoyable..
Unfortunately I can't say many good things about this hotel. The only two things good are the gentleman at the reception and the price compared to other hotels. First of all the smell of moist welcomes you to your room. The other thing is this hotel is right on the main road which feels like all the cars using that road are in your room. There is no noise isolation on the premises, so all the main road noise is in your room. Also you can hear other rooms clearly, even the conversations. The bathroom is too small and the hairdryer doesn't work. Same random people are always wandering around the hotel and never leave. That feels totally insecure. But if you don't mind about these details you can definitely stay here, I don't want to act like this is hell, not at all. I have to mention that the whole US side of Niagara Falls is really not as good as I expected so this facility is. US side looks more like New Jersey type of place. So if price looks good to you, please stay here, you don't have to be scared..

The rooms were very dated but very clean. It was quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Ok for one night only
The shower kept going from burning hot to cold while using it. The ac didn't work. The fan in the bathroom blows out really hot air. It was ok for one night but never for more than that.

We needed some place just to crash not a fancy one and we found this, I expected worse when I read the reviews but turned out it’s better. My room was dated but clean. The water pressure in the shower was the best. The location is great, close to everything. The owner was very accommodating. For the price, it’s a bargain
Gopinadh
The hotel is okay for a short stay — the front desk staff were polite, and check-in was quick. The room was basic but clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable.

We have some issues with the TV service and internet connection. The property looks good, some painting repairs especially around the bad room.
In general is a very good place, very cheap offer and good service.

Oldie but adequate
Need mid sized hand towels, not just washclothes andshower towels(could use new towels as they are getting worn out). Adjoining wall room was making loud noise and banging walls at all hours while we tried to sleep. It sounded like a WWE wrestler match at 2-3 AM every night. Room was clean, comfirtable, sheets & linens were good. No safety concerns in the area, only less than 15 minutes to THE FALLS area and easy to get too. Lots of shopping and food within a mile or 2. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful, in addition to providing visitors guide and making recommendations about visiting Niagra State Park, the activities and parking suggestions. This place is an old school Motel that was all we needed for a few days in the Niagra area and affordable.
Nikhil
The room was ok for a family to stay. Hygiene was ok. Had issues with hot water in the bathroom. It was fixed by the staff when notified. Staff were good and helpful. Place was a little noisy considering its on the highway side. Please note that there is only one floor and people were coming in and out to the rooms in the midnight which creates a little discomfort if you are sound sensitive.

Bad experience
The room smells bad, the A/C don't work well, the towels were stained, the bathroom wasn't in good conditions, the hotel did not offer ice, we picked this place by the reviews in the app but we think it are fake. Very disappointing.
Joshua
It was awesome staff is very nice rooms are clean it's a great place
Lao
Property had better reviews than most of the other motels/inn in that area at that price range but still was not worth the cost. Property is outdated. Sink didn’t drain well and drawers were dirty.

For what I wanted it was good, shower and sleep. Place does need a thorough cleaning from corner to corner not just changing sheets. Fridge and TV was connected to an outlet that needed something to hold plug in. Also fridge needs to be cleaned as well.

The front desk lady was friendly. However, you can connect their WiFi but no internet service or extremely slow and nothing worked. The front desk restarted their router many times and still not working. Bed sheet has blood stains. Remote control has no battery. Sound insulation is terrible and the next room party from 11pm to 2 am until I went to their door requested them to lower their noises. Overall, spent $175 for a night and my family almost can not sleep till after 2 am. I will never come back.
Deleepkumar
Very bad WiFi connection and bad smell.
Steve
Office manager didn't speak English, the room needs updates to A/C and electric outlets, towels were threadbare, no ice machine, very few amenities. The beds were uncomfortable.
Dolly
We (family of 6; 1 senior, 3 adults and 2 kids) stayed there for one night. We had booked two family rooms. Each room had two double beds, comfortable for a night's stay and good sleep. The owner of the place, Yash, had called up on the day of check-in to confirm our reservation. Budget-friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation option for families in a tourist prominent place. Rooms were exactly as in photos and had all the described amenities.
Jonathan
Clean and very friendly staff.

It was very easy to check in and check out. Staff was courteous

5/5 wife review. 4/5 husband
I loved the room size, great A/C, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and that the freezer on the mini fridge actually froze my ice pack overnight! Miracles do happen! My husband got stuck on the fact that there was no ice machine or coffee machine (room or office) and no juice or breakfast.
My family favorite detail: toilet and shower in a separate room from the sink. Yes! So great for getting ready and maintaining privacy! I also totally love the parking outside the room. Loading/unloading is a snap!
Overall Ratings: 5 from me. 4 from him.

Good service terrible room.
Great customer service. Attendant left a key for us to access the room off hours due to us arriving late to the hotel. Unfortunately the room was in horrable maintnance condition. Was not good maintnance and upkeep wise. Untop of that my wife and i are not smokers and the room smell like a smokers paradise. Could not get a good night sleep due to the smell.
Maria
Room was clean, owner was nice, but it was extremely noisy. We drove 10 hours to get there and we weren’t able to get some rest. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Wai Ling
The wash basin is outside the washroom, totally not convenient and poor hygiene standard
very noisy, can hear the next door taking shower, open and shut the door, talking, etc. couldn't sleep well

Overall was ok experience… only problem was the old carpet inside the room was so smelly and dirty:(. I suggest to use some room freshener to make it better. I couldn’t sleep whole night because of bad smell. Otherwise the rest was no problem.

Room 123 ,the bath tub got a hole that was sealed but it looked dirty , the bathroom walls paint got bubbles in it and ready to peel off , the air conditioning will be on and off every few minutes. Someone left a bag of green onion and a bag of dried bamboo shoot in the fridge and it was noisy when people next room turn on bathroom shower water.
Jana
The hotel itself is nothing spectacular HOWEVER the staff is AMAZING. The rooms are outdated but EXTREMELY CLEAN. I will stay here again just for the friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Anne Marie
About what you'd expect for a bargain motel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good storage options and enough electrical outlets. It looked pretty clean in spite of a musty odor. The beds were nice. Being right on a busy road means it can't help being a bit noisy all night.
Francis Nampiaparambil
Affordable and good
Shawn
It's not in the best part of town. However, the rooms are clean, and well updated for the price. The biggest problem is the WiFi does not work at all. That might have only been a problem when I was there. Plus, it's only a 12 minute drive away from the falls. It's a good deal since you can be nearby without paying so much to be close. Again, though, you're not in the most wonderful part of town. I would go again just for the price and location near the falls. What really makes it great are the staff, they are very friendly and helpful, which keeps it from falling into a sketchy motel.
Asim
Host was courteous; however, the room had smell; asked the host and he sprayed air freshner. Iron did not work. Wifi/Internet was pathetic.

I booked this very quick and was very pleased with my stay. From the time I checked in the owner was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were really clean, as soon as I walked in I could smell the cleanliness. The room is old and does need some updating, but overall would recommend.
