The hotel was slightly dirty, the air conditioning in my room blew dirty air that caused my throat to kill in the morning. The bed was so hard that I could not sleep and my hip hurt so much that I didn't stay the whole time, I checked out a day early. The couch in my room seemed like it had been thrown up on and it sticky!

We had a great room as we booked the Riverview suite, and the front desk staff were very polite and nice.
My only complaint would be the service in the restaurant for breakfast. We waited almost 15 minutes after being seated just to get our order taken and then another 10 minutes to get just our drinks. There were 3 girls working in the restaurant at the time. When we finally received our breakfast, it was luke warm at best. Paying almost 40 dollars usd, before tip, for cold scrambled eggs and toast is really unacceptable when there were only 4 tables and 11 people in the whole restaurant when we were there. I would definitely stay there again but will not go back to the restaurant.

Onsite restaurant was lovely and wait staff exceptional. Food was very good but limited choices.
Front desk staff was warm and helpful. We did have an issue with our TV and the maintenance man took care of it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Our only complaint is that our room, 705, was disappointing. The furniture was old and damaged as was the carpet and the light fixtures should be replaced. It is in serious need of redecorating. More storage would have been nice too.
The room itself and the bathroom were immaculate. Hallways were dark and uninviting and the wall had spill stains by the elevator.
I was happy that the hotel was very understanding about my dog being an ESA. Great location and easy ride to the national park.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The view and area of the hotel are not bad. We ate at Jacos across the street the first night and it was great! The beds were HORRIBLE! Felt every spring. I had a wonderful stay and experience here!!! I booked the suite facing the river and it was awesome!!! It was a little small, like similar size to a studio, but it was comfortable. I loved the view and the jacuzzi tub. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice. Shahrika, Brittani, and Steve were all very professional and accommodating. The restaurant (Bella Vista) was wonderful. Jackie was our server and she was very hardworking, kind and attentive. I appreciate her serving us on Easter Sunday. Overall, it was a phenomenal stay. We only stayed over night, but were really happy with the hotel itself. The restaurant was a different story. First, we were seated by a very nice maintenance man who went into the kitchen to find our server. We asked the waitress what would be the best things to order because we had limited time to eat due to a scheduled tour. We ordered her suggestions and the eggs came different than what was ordered. The toast was cold and the servers were nowhere to be found again. We were the only ones in the restauraunt. Stay at the hotel, but go elsewhere for breakfast.

My son had recently suffered an injury and was on crutches. They gave us an accessible room on the first floor and provided ice for him. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant seems nice as is the waterfront venue. Although we were told service would be severely delayed because of a private event. That was inconvenient because we chose the hotel because of the restaurant. That being said we found an amazing restaurant named griffon gastro pub. So we probably ended up better off.

This hotel was like Crown Plaza’s forgotten step-child. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in, stains on the window shades, and an overall musty smell coming from the rug in the bedroom. The shower pressure stung. There were patches on the walls near the top of the windows, clearly fixed in a shotty, quick way rather than the right way. So disappointing. This hotel is also not for people who are hoping to walk to Niagara Falls spots- only drivable. Not in the best area either. The only plus to this hotel was the friendly staff at the front desk. For the price I would have expected more. To the Crown Plaza corporate office: put more of an effort in this hotel, it needs a complete overhaul.
