I didn’t like it

The only good part of this property it’s close to Niagara.
The property is old poorly maintained, not enough options for breakfast, not worth it at all.

Nice hotel with for the price
Wanda
Staff was not polite at all unable to answer questions. Breakfast was served on dirty counters. Dirty sheets
Mohit
The room was clean but there are few things to mention- there’s no room service if anything goes wrong. We have to do it ourselves, which was kind of a bad thing. Rest everything was good. But the total cost just didn’t justify the rooms.
Deeparth
They had a separate dinning area we had our home cooked meals there we used their microwave.
Balaji
Easy access to the falls. Breakfast could have options, but overall a great place to visit the falls. Recommend for the price.
Dana
The AC worked great. It was a clean room with 3 beds. Hot breakfast offerings of waffles, toast, muffins, juice and coffee.

“Overpriced and Disappointing Stay.”
A very disappointing hotel experience we’ve had, especially after paying $294+ for one night for five people. To make it worse, the price dropped to $190 on the day of arrival, but we couldn’t get any refund because the booking was non-refundable.
The reception wasn’t really welcoming, and although the hallways looked very decent, the room was disappointing. The bed linens didn’t appear clean, and the continental breakfast had bread, waffles, and oatmeal but no Bagels at 9 am .
We booked this hotel in a rush because other hotels were either full or much more expensive that weekend, but it simply wasn’t worth the money. Next time, we’d rather pay a little more and stay at a more reputable hotel. Based on our experience, we would not recommend it.

A great place to visit Niagara Falls. There was a small freezer that wasn't working properly. There were some minor flaws in the upholstery, but I consider it a great price given the location and amenities.
Malinda
The best thing about the room was the air conditioner worked great. The room was okay although the filter in the bathroom vent was pass dirty. It look like mole was growing out of it
I should have taken a picture of it. Staff knew that there were 4 people in the room, had to walk to office everyday to get more towels. They only left two sets after cleaning the room. Breakfast was horrible, no eggs or meat products at all. Bread, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice or coffee. The owner's wife was rude. Myself and some other guests were talking in the lobby, she came out and told us, very harshly, we were to loud. I went one day around 11 to get some coffee and she told me, \"everything was put up and the area was being cleaned\". Not so much what she said but the way she said it. Would luv a refund.

We had some difficulty in the bathroom with the shower and sink plugging up. Asked to have them rectified and was told that someone would come down. No one ever did.. we actually bought our own plunger and open the drains. That's all it took was a simple plunge.

Stayed for one night in family room with 2 adults and 2 kids. Room and washroom is neat. Breakfast don't have more options. But okay that's not an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Aashram Hotel by Niagara River. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. We arrived late, and they made the late check-in process quick and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling.
The complimentary breakfast was good and provided a great start to the day. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and offered excellent value for the price. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again when visiting the Niagara Falls area.

That was ok gor 2 days. They should do better in breakfast, they can put hard boil eggs and another toaster for guest and increase the time for breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Aashram hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the location was very convenient. I especially appreciated Kaminiben & Anshu. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area again.
Pragya
My favorite part was how helpful the staff was. Additionally, extremely satisfied with value for money .
rashida
Great location, 7-10 minutes drive to Niagara Falls State Park. The three beds worked perfectly for my family. And the staff was so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Angelica G
The room was appropriate for the stay. The hotel has a musty smell and only the towels were replaced the next day, the beds were not made.
Michael

IRVING
Lori

Good hotel in a great location near Niagara Falls. The breakfast is simple, and while the hotel is not luxurious, everything is clean and well kept. Good value for the money.

Beds very comfortable. Plenty of breakfast just no meat. If you don’t want to be in town great location.

I loved everything in the hotel. Everything was cool, peace, and it was clean. We came to Niagara falls as a family. My whole family said it was the best hotel. The bedroom was as so cozy as our bedroom. The breakfast was also so good. We loved the cereal, waffle, and the yogurt. Thank you for letting us stay in the hotel, and thank you so much for giving the breakfast.

The property had a clean room, nice staff, the air conditioning worked well, and they had free parking. It was a nice place to stay. I wish they had more for breakfast. It was a lot of muffins, bread, cereal, and waffles.
Soumitra
Simple, but adequate and satisfying breakfast. Plenty of parking. Short drive to the falls.
Sara
It is not a two or three star hotel and its breakfast was bad.
kwangchol
방이 좀 작았지만 친구들이랑 동료들이랑 하루밤 지내기에는 괜찮았어요. 나이아가라폭포와의 거리도 나쁘지 않았어요.
Mary
The picture of the place were nice but when we got there it looked nothing like the pictures. The people in the room above us were constantly stomping around night and day, the person next to us kept slamming their door all the time. The included breakfast was crap. All they had was 1 waffle maker and the line was long it took the whole 2 hours to get to it. No meat, No eggs, No fruit, no yogurt, nothing to drink. Just because the owners are vegetarian doesn't mean everyone is. It was the worst breakfast ever. Only 2 channels on the TV had English stations.
Don't stay there unless you like to be tortured.

Smelled like marijuana immediately walking in. Didn’t even get a foot in the room. When I opened the door I discovered that the room was being used. Beds were not made. Beer cans and towels on the desk. Bathroom light was on I didn’t dare go in afraid to see somebody naked. Front desk was asleep when we arrived my husband had to wake him up. We didn’t stay we risked it and drove 3 hours home.
Annie
Good service and clean.
Julio
Breakfast was lacking protein and options.
Ali
The breakfast did not have any eggs. Neither any scrambled eggs nor any boiled eggs, etc.
Jignesh
Rooms were clean and no bad smell in room or the lobby. Good value for the money
rosalie
The hotel had comfortable beds, a good breakfast, and clean air quality. However, the property feels outdated, and there wasn’t much to do or anything particularly interesting inside the hotel.
Jennifer
Great location. Clean room Super friendly staff. I would go back.
Rita
Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself is very dated. The carpeting is dirty, sticky, could stand a wash. The rooms could use a good painting, and the furniture could use a good wash as well.
The mosquitos are so bad that a bunch of them get in when you come in the building, and we had to kill a few that got into our room.
Our room did not have a “do not disturb sign” so we were not able to put it out so that staff could not enter our room.
It’s a great last resort stop, staff was great, easy to get to after driving for a few hours, and very close to the Niagara Falls, but I do not think I will be staying there again.

Good staff, clean room, fresh breakfast, check in/out very convenient and allow extra time.
Close to falls, 6-7 minutes away by car.
Highly recommended.

There is no sound proofing on the room, we heard everything on the entire floor from opening the door, convo happening and even flushing the washroom and whatever activity they do in the washroom. It’s really hard to sleep. This is not mention the smell of the room and the breakfast room/lobby when we checked in.
Jessica
We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and safe and fantastic this hotel was. I saw great reviews and took a chance and it was great.
Staff were friendly and everything was clean.
The tub from the neighbors was loud in our bathroom but that's not a huge deal.
Comfy beds and pillows!

I felt we got good value for the price point. The room was inexpensive, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complain would be the smell of marijuana coming through the vents from other rooms.
Alexis
Room was extremely dirty, sheets were stained, there was ash everywhere smelled terrible.
I would not recommend this place to anyone

The heating and air conditioning unit is very poorly maintained...filters are cacked with dust. Never cleaned...mold on the baseboards, shower walls and floor corners...carpet smells like dirty laundry

Nice stay.
Hari Reshma
Very clean & wide room. Close to the falls & market.
Leslie L
Nice and very clean place, room very clean. Staff amazing!

Always a pleasure!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Great management. Hospitality focussed, not like the other hotels around. I’m a 38 year veteran in hospitality, this place is great. Location is pretty great too.
Steven
I went there to adopt a dog. Everyone was very nice and the room was clean. If I ever went to the Niagara Falls area again I’d stay here.
Joseline
The location was perfect, the staff was amazing, the room clean, beds comfortable, appliances clean & working; breakfast was great. 2 day stay was perfect to visit the Falls/Canada
Rachel
Simple, fairly clean, quiet, and staff were nice. But could use deep clean.
Brian
Service was great, room wasn't that clean. The floor needs cleaning.
Roman
You definitely get for what you pay for. Regardless, of the stars, I believe somethings just have to be kept up with. Hotel needs some basic attention. Buy new sheets, fix fans in bathrooms, fix/replace furniture (ex. broken chairs). By biggest problem, is when any hotel, regardless of stars, does things just to be cheap. Either don't water down the orange juice and the waffle batter or just don't offer them at all.
Biggest problem, however, is the safety!! There is no attended visible during \"open door\" policy, so, anyone can just walk in. Which did happened, someone just came into use one of the bathrooms, threatened my son and just walked out.. again, there was no one from the hotel attending the front desk (unless you ring the phone). That in my view is unacceptable.. I can deal with cheap, however, once I am inside, I should not have to make sure to walk with my son around the holeway, worrying that someone might insult him or worse.

Friendly staff, clean facility.

Didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area seemed to be fine.
Lia
The room was so clean and neat, the place is very well maintained and had everything we need. A cozy and affordable little spot to stay near the Falls - easy to get to off the highway too. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The complimentary breakfast was cute and nice too, we really enjoyed our stay here! Next time we’re in the area we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Old building so Rooms are bit average and breakfast is not good. I won’t recommend or go again.
Walter
The building is a little older. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it was mostly quiet
Mohammad Khalid
Everything was good and clean. Since they didn't have a tub, it's better to have some slippers there too. Breakfast was only some coffee. Area looked to me unsafe, maybe because I checked in 1 am anyway. Everything else was good.
Garrett
Spotless clean and welcoming
Gregory
For the price, the room was good. It was clean, cool and plenty of towels. The breakfast was good.
Liz
The room is dank. No one is at the front desk. The guests down the hall is smoking pot, keeps going in and out - to other vehicles that pull in - we think this is a drug den. I don't feel safe
