For Niagara Falls, this hotel was in a safe location. It was close to restaurants and shopping necessities. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neatly kept. I believe some rooms were recently updated. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. You could make waffles and toast. There were bagels, cereal and some sweet roll things.

Our experience was excellent with everything of stay. Clean room and lobby, electronics were working, comfy beds and sofa bed(with extra blanket, and bedsheet and pillow), clean linen, gentle staff, smooth check in, complementary breakfast with vegetarian friendly option(waffals, bagels, cereals, bread toast, fruits, yoghurt) and parking. The guy desk was nice and helpful.
Traveled 4 adult 2 kid age 2 and 5.

For the price ($350 CDN), it did not meet our expectations. Bathrooms are old, outdated, and dirty. Elevator was borderline safe, shaking & rattling each time we used it. Breakfast was not appetizing, we decided to go out & grab breakfast elsewhere. Beds were comfortable - that’s the only plus.

this hotel was very dirty specially the elevator and hallway. room was okay but bathroom were dirty. it was 4th of july weekend friday was off but they close the breakfast at 9 am atleast on weekends and public holidays breakfast should be atleast till 10 am. the clock in the room had wrong time it was showing 8 am so i thought i still have one hour for breakfast but when i went downstairs for brain it was over. also at checking it took so long there were two guys but only one was checking in and other one was on the phone while i was waiting for check in. They couldn’t find the reservation for the customer in front of me that took very long and after that customer had too many questions. terrible experience check in.

The only lady working was lovely, but you could tell it’s understaffed. Room wasn’t clean, missing soaps, bedding was visibly dirty from the previous guests. Bed wasn’t made, lamp was missing a prong so unusable. Carpets were damp and sticky. Stairwell has an aweful smell. Had no other choice but to stay and complaining to the lone worker, doing her best, wasn’t going to help anyone.

The hotel looks run down. Person at the front desk seemed like he did EVERY job. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash during every use. Breakfast was chaos, cramped trying to get food, items running out and no where to sit. My credit card was charged for 3 nights although we only stayed for 2. Yes a refund has been issued yet it will take over a week to reverse charges.

The evening lady was very nice but I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed with maintaining so many duties. The lobby was nice looking. Breakfast was great. Elevator creaked as it went up, which scared the kids a bit. There cleanliness of the room was mediocre. There was hair in the bathroom floor and a blood streak on the blanket. Walking distance for many food joints

I walked in to 1 bed having a dirty top cover and the hand towels left in the bathroom were used. The staff quickly addressed both issues.
The shower walls were dirty but I scrubbed it down myself since we didn’t see it until preparing for bedtime.
Hospitality only changed linen and emptied trash bins during our 4 day stay. We had to make our own beds.

We stayed here for two nights and it was so uncomfortable. I felt the rooms were barely cleaned, soap dispensers were out at the sink and in the shower, the lamp shade was covered in some kind of liquid stain (water, coffee, urine...no idea). Each bed had three pillows, I grabbed one out of the closet meant for the couch bed, but it also looked like it was covered in some kind of liquid stain, since this is a pet friendly hotel it makes me wonder what kind of liquid stain it was. Everything just seemed gross, I think this was my last straw attempting to stay at a LaQuinta Inn.

First and foremost, the staff was super helpful and polite. Breakfast seemed good, but we didn't get to try it. The elevator was sketchy. Because I was accompanied by an animal, I was given, what I assume, was a "pet-friendly" room. It was dingy and dirty on the walls and baseboards. The a/c didn't work well and the vent was disgusting. I was scared to walk barefoot. The beds were too stiff as well.

The area around the property is deceiving. Like the rest of Niagara Falls, NY, it's sketchy once you drive around.

Overall, it was was fine for a one night stay.

To start there was no notification that there was a $150 additional charge hold places on card until I get receipt at checkout. Once enter room go to pull out sofa bed and it had a huge urination stain. Then TV would not pick up any service. Immediately go ant let front desk know and all I got was sorry let me take a note. In morning go to desk and no note was even left.

The jacuzzi was filthy. I wanted to get in but just couldn't. There were not eggs in the breakfast pan. Sad, I wanted to eat some. Not sure if they just ran out or in between cooking another batch.

The rooms weren’t cleaned well. When we arrived there was someone’s half eaten ice cream in the fridge and hair all over the tub in the bathroom. There weren’t any sheets on the pull out sofa. And the sheets on the one bed were stained. A sign in the bathroom says they would change the sheets and towels every day, they did not.
We were charged an early check in fee after calling to see if our room was ready yet (at 2pm) and were told yes and we could gladly check in-no mention of an early check in fee, we would have just waited.
Breakfast was terrible, there wasn’t even water to drink at breakfast. The men refilling the food didn’t have hairnets on. Missing lots of basic things to make breakfast at least half okay.
The pool had some beach balls and water squirters which were fun. However, the blue paint on the bottom of the pool rubbed off all over our feet. And there was chipping paint everywhere on the pool.
The hotel is in need of serious updates. However the location is great. We will never stay there again.

It was a fine room. The pull out couch had used sheets folded up in it, and the spare pillow had hair and makeup all over it, but the staff traded us out. It was very busy with lots of tourists snd only 1 person working the desk, so it took around 40 minutes to get the clean bedding. The price was cheaper than many other hotels in this area.

Small hotel with a good breakfast. The location is convenient, about 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls and close to several restaurants. The hotel being pet-friendly is definitely a plus for many travelers.

The only issue we had was related to pet allergies. My son is allergic to pets, and he slept on the sofa bed in our room. We suspect previous guests may have had pets on it, and it may not have been cleaned or disinfected thoroughly. The blankets also may not have been cleaned properly. By morning, my son woke up with his face covered in an allergic reaction. Thankfully, I always carry allergy medication because we have a pet at home. We moved him to the regular bed the next night, and he was completely fine.

Overall, the stay was okay, but I would recommend better cleaning of sofa beds and pet-related areas, especially for guests with allergies.

The staff were wonderful! Very friendly. Very helpful.
The room was clean. And the beds were comfortable.
The shower was nice. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
The bathroom sink had body wash & lotion.
The breakfast was nice. I even enjoyed the coffee at breakfast.
Plenty of free parking.
Pet friendly. I have to bring my service dog. But we saw other dogs too.
Overall it was nice location too. About 10 minutes drive to the border of Canada, by the rainbow bridge, near Niagara Falls.

The hotel was just fine for our needs- arriving for only two days with our young children for our oldest's graduation last weekend. The property appeared clean, but in the rooms there were some sheets with marks on them, lots of dust in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was fine, and my 7 year-old enjoyed the pool- it was smaller, which is great for kids to play safely. They were very conservative with the towels, the lotion was empty, and there were only two kleenex tissues. The woman at the desk was very short (I don't require personality), but there was absolutely no warmth whatsoever for our evening check-in after a long drive. Other than those things, we liked the location, amenities, and it was basic and standard for a short stay!

Worst stay in many years. Check in clerk was busy with other employee giving her cash and ignoring us. After over 5 minutes I asked him if we should go and return later. Just finished 10 hour drive. We travel here several times a year to visit family. Just thought would try a different hotel. Entire wing of hotel smelled like weed every day. Room smelled like cigarettes. Dog in next room would be howling and barking every morning from 7-8. Last night here the room across hallway playing LOUD music and had several guests the would frequently be in hallway making noise and music playing until after 3am. Called front desk and she didn’t want to do anything until I explained that my next call would be police. She was reluctant to help. Guess we will go back to other hotels used previously.

To start off, it wasn’t very welcoming when we came in. Our hotel room in the middle of winter was set at 64° which was not nice to walk into. We found a weird bug on the pillow. Which the front desk called a stink bug. When we had breakfast the next morning, everything was cold no hot coffee. The waffles was very sour. And there wasn’t much else to choose from but cold cereals. Nothing was edible. Would not recommend.
