This room was fine if you plan on only sleeping in there, the rooms are tiny especially if you get a double bed-room. And the hallways are extremely tight! But overall the hotel has a really cool view of manhattan (if you get a room with a view) and the free breakfast is nice.

As we walked into our room, we were taken away by the view of the city. Our room was clean, room temp perfect. Restroom was very clean. The location of the hotel is great. Many restaurants in the area, close to convinience stores, subway around the corner. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

I reserved the king bedroom with no view. The hotel room was very small, but typical New York size. Great for solo travelers or maybe 2 people if you’re comfortable being close and being a foot away from the toilet with a barn door. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping which most hotels don’t do anymore post covid. Complimentary breakfast is an option and there is an onsite restaurant as well. The elevators did lag sometimes but that was the only negative. There is a Whole Foods and a convenience store just around the corner as well as coffee shops, pizza, and the 23rd street subway.

Room was okay for two people, very minimal storage space so just had to live out of the suitcase on the floor. AC/heater is super loud and walls are quite thin. Elevators are a pain, we requested a room on a lower floor to avoid waiting 10-15 minutes for a lift. Fire alarm went off at 5am, thankfully a false alarm but not a pleasant way to wake up. Good gym and location. Staff was very nice.

Stayed on the 10th floor, room was smaller than anticipated, and we were placed right outside the elevators. Staff wasn’t that friendly but did handle requests swiftly. Our shower was clogged and they fixed it same day. Elevators were confusing and spread out so you didn’t know which one to go too, hallway was super narrow. Location was amazing, being so close to trains was a bonus and complimentary breakfast was great, just wish they didn’t serve Eggo waffles. For the price I paid I do wish my room was slightly larger, I couldn’t open my luggage in my room and there wasn’t a closet just hooks.

We stayed in a city view room for four nights and we were captivated by the stunning views! The hotel’s location in Chelsea was ideal, making it very convenient to get around.The staff was helpful and courteous. Although the room was on the smaller side, it met our needs perfectly since we only used it for sleeping. It was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels provided.

Breakfast was included and was quite standard, but it was sufficient to kickstart our mornings. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose to return in the future.

Only positive note we can make was the exceptional view from our room. Unfortunately everything else was comparable to a stay at a motel. The bathroom of our room was dirty with another guest’s unsightly hair. The room was dark with broken light fixtures. Breakfast was so terrible that it left us both with stomach aches from the two bites of it we ate before leaving and going somewhere else. Food was cold and felt so fake. Food service staff was also rude and not accommodating. I was told I’d be hearing back from the manager and I have yet to hear anything. What kind of four star hotel doesn’t have any hand or body creams and charges $6 per hotel of water? Very disappointing. Highly recommend not staying here.

I want to thank those at the desk that helped me in my stay. Had a city view, it was gorgeous. The place was always clean, breakfast was good. The only complaints I could think of was the elevator taking quite a while, and the room being really warm. I did never the less enjoyed my stay.

The wait times for the elevators was horrible! We were on the 16th floor and many times we needed to take the stairs to go down because it would take more then 15 mins for an elevator to come. And with kids and strollers it’s not ideal. Also the room was exceptionally small. We’ve stayed in nyc many times but this was by far the most smallest room we’ve stayed in.

The staff was 5/10, but the room attendant was 10/10. In summary, I don't recommend it. I wasted my money and I'm sure no one will give it back...
