Great view of the ocean from our room (ground floor of third block up). Hotel was clean and service was great throughout. Food was surprisingly good for the price. Excellent value for money overall. WiFi only available in the public areas which was a little annoying.

Fantastic views over the bay, from the hotel room and from bar and (some of) the restaurant.
Helpful, friendly staff and everything very clean.
Restaurant environment not ideal, always very noisy and busy, regardless of the time you eat.
Entertainment in the evening very cheesy, with one or two exceptions - the African gymnasts were very good.

This mid-range hotel provides a splendid view on the ocean and on port of Mogan. Even if, rooms need some renovation, the overall services are quite good, all meals were superb, good chioce for all needs. Parking is a bit cumbersome, very limited places around, you need a bit of walking.

Perfect place to go if you want to relax and stay at the hotel great 2 pools self service drinks and plenty of sun but if you want a trip with exploring and many things to do I wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely a relax and do nothing other than swim drink and eat type of place which is exactly what I wanted.

Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time!

I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that.
The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from.
I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful.
Overall a good hotel. I would go back.

Over all a very enjoyable stay. Staff are really friendly and the food is very good (lots of food options).

Word of warning - be prepared for a lot of stairs! If you struggle with stairs this hotel may not be right for you.

Very good for kids or couples (I recommend the adult pool!).

Lastly, if you’re looking for an action packed holiday with parties etc, this is not the place for you - but if you’re looking for a relaxing time away this is definitely worth considering.

Relaxed atmosphere every associate of hotel i came into contact with was very helpful and respectful rooms are clean tidy ,little dated but thats not a problem .
My only quibble as the rooms are cliff side all oing up in height which isn't a problem unless lifts stop working ,which to fair happen so much so regular and with me on 3 from the top age 60 it was abit annoying and hard maybe update the lifts themselves ,i know a cost but would improve services to the floors !!! But other than that i'm looking to return shortly ..

Only negative bingo was chaotic numbers called in several different languages but people encouraged to cheer if they had the number so by the time it was announced in English we couldn’t hear and there was no board showing the numbers however it was free entry so no big deal.

The hotel itself is acceptable and clean. The reception is nice, but parking situation is complicated as we show up. Room is dated and has some issues: Door rubs against the floor and snags, air conditioning is just enough to keep the room fresh. Beds are comfortable, good space for our suitcases.

The food always had good elements in it each day, but most food is bland and uninspired, so you have to choose wisely. Lineups for dinner are insanely long starting 8:30 PM.

Where things became complicated is this hotel is in levels in a cliff, so needs to do a lot of stairs, as elevators keep breaking down. I have a knee injury and this made moving around the hotel really hard.

The drinks are self serve and are nothing to write home about. There is a nice espresso machine in the showroom lobby and they serve interesting drinks in the all inclusive there.

The view is what is the true amazement of this place. Awesome views all around the hotel and amazing sunsets.

Would I be back? No, this hotel needs serious improvements on their elevators and the food is really redundant. Make sure also if you come by car to be ready to walk up a steep hill, as there is a large public lot at the bottom of the hill.

It was our long term holiday at this property. Big thanks to the animation team. The guys were brilliant and funny and children were always taken care of in terms of having fun (hello Alfredo 🙂). The restaurant was very good with plenty food to chose from. The bar tenders were so nice and accommodating everyone with big smile and friendliness. The receptionists were friendly too. The only problem in this property are constantly broken elevators, so we must have gone around in most of the times. In general we had a great time, so we will be happy to return to this hotel in the future. Thank you!

very disappointed with the hotel. we stayed for 9 days, the bed linen was never changed, towels too. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception, we had to constantly go to them and ask for clean towels. The furniture in the room is old, the beds are very uncomfortable. The hotel is all inclusive but you have to pay for water, the prices are inflated, we went to a nearest supermarket for water. The choice of food was very poor. There is nothing near the hotel. We will never return

Overall the hotel was good. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic loads of choice and very tasty. Drinks were great and no need to upgrade. Having the bar at the beach was good, you get snacks and drinks included with the all inclusive with buses to take you up and down. Rooms a little dated and could do with an upgrade. As we were in block 6 there was no wifi, had to be in the reception and pool area to get on wifi. Everyday there was a lift broke this meant hundreds of stairs for us to climb, the staff did attempt to fix this.

The hotel is a little dated in some of the rooms however the views are spectacular and definitely make up for it and the stairs.

We loved this resort! The food was delicious, the alcoholic drinks, coffees, and water on tap was brilliant. I may need to install that at home! the beach shuttle and walk was great, and how wonderful to have free food and drinks on the beach! Our favourite end to the day was the live music at the sunset lounge! Great value and highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in a superb position, especially for sunsets.
The staff are excellent and extremely helpful.
The facilities are very good with two pools one of which is adults only.
The rooms are fine but would benefit from more plug sockets.
The other thing to note which had been mentioned many times is that the tiles surround the hotel and pools can be very slippery especially when wet.

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely week in this hotel. The only downside was the parking, you can end up having to park half a mile away due to the small car park out the front, and the hotel charge €20/day to use the hotels parking garage which we felt to be excessive.

Really appreciated the beach club though and as a non drinker I was pleased they had nice alcohol free beer and mocktails. Food was better than most Canarian all inclusive.

Just got back from this hotel, I had booked for 7 days as a solo traveller. To be honest when I booked it it was one of the cheapest options so considering that I can say this is good value. Well trained staff in every department. Good food, spotless, decent drinks, friendly staff always there to help. The rooms are a little bit tired but didn't bother me considering so many other good things. This place is a hit & miss but overall tick most of the boxes. One big miss for me \"No Gym\" but likely there is a complimentary shuttle to Mogan and I've paid 13€ to Gimnasio Municipal and I got a valid pass for two weeks. Not bad...
Another miss point there is no Internet in the rooms and that might be a problem this days.
Overall I had a good and relaxing time and next time I'll bring my family as well.
The sunset bar is a big hit, amazing atmosphere.

Excellent attentive staff, exceptionally clean, good variety of food and no shortage of sunbeds. Shuttle to beach club worked well with excellent facilities on the beach. High cliff location so multiple lifts and steps are required to reach some of the accommodation blocks and facilities. One whole set of lifts was out of action for the duration of our stay but the others were fine. Fabulous views though from the pool area, terrace and rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely return.

Truly loved our stay. Staff were so helpful & friendly. The all inclusive was excellent we never had a bad experience with food there were plenty of choices. We will definitely go again .. the only downside was being put on fourth floor when we both have health issues, which meant there were massive no of steps to climb & lifts to use. I will say though the hotel didn’t know so I can’t blame them for that! We were even given a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary which truly made our day. Overall very impressed!!

A good find in a quiet area

A fabulous holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was very tasty with great choice. Pool towels being provided was very useful and the bud to and from the beach. Entertainment was not to our taste and mostly not in English which was a shame. Pools well looked after and pleasant to sit around. A great time was provided.

Great views of sea and balcony.liked adult Pool. There are a lot of stairs although lift options are available. Buffet food has sufficient variety. However could do more restaurants for variety. Has a nice beach club with great service. Walkable downhill in 10mins. Shuttle service available to and from. There is a charge for using sun beds.
Drinks of limited quality for an all inclusive. Seemed to want to charge for little things - for higher quality juice or premium brands.
No gym. Although available at their sister hotel for a charge.
Pics give the impression of beach as part of hotel - this is a little misleading. Recommend that narrative is updated so that things are clearer.
Has decent evening entertainment and drinks.

Great hotel ! We stayed here for a week, had interconnecting rooms which was perfect for travelling with family. Facilities were excellent, friendly staff , very clean, great choice of food including for myself as vegetarian. Courtesy bus to the beach club and nearby Mogán also great. Amazing views , would definitely go back 😀🏖️

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was all inclusive so food and drinks (alcoholic too) were included. You could pay extra to upgrade to premium drinks but we were fine with the regular one. Shuttle took you down to the beach which was awesome. There was a free restaurant(snack bar) down there too so didn’t have to worry about food.. we walked to the beach one day it didn’t take too long. Hotel was great, pool was busy but not crowded. Good entertainment during the day. Nice sunset bar! View is amazing!! Only downfall is wifi didn’t work in our room. It worked everywhere else thou! Would stay here again:)

We’re visiting this hotel for 2nd time and definitely will come back for more holiday here. We would rate maximum stars for this holiday place as tick all the boxes. The stuff we’re very friendly hard working and big smiles on their faces. The quality of the food and very amazing and they always have variety of selections of everything but this cause us to eat too much resulting gain weight as you can imagine when you have tasty dishes and cake that you couldn’t resist. The room were very clean and very comfortable beds and pillows so as a family couldn’t get better and my daughter wanted to stay there forever. The pools were very hygiene and drinks were all around available so it was easy to have either have a drink or a food at every corner without hassle of walking a lot. Look forward to go back more.

Lovely stay again. Just come back and booked next year already. Lovely food with loads of choice. Snack bar all day. Drinks all day. Only downfall-needs a coffee/water machine in lobby. We left at 7am and there is nowhere to have a drink while waiting or if your up before the breakfast opens at 8am. Other than that stunning.

An amazing place, we enjoyed every moment in this hotel. We were a family with kids and we booked 2 rooms. They have the best staff I have ever met at a hotel. I would like to especially acknowledge Miguel at the reception, such a wonderful person! Great variety of food, gorgeous views of the ocean, great facilities and pool, entertaining shows and activities in the evenings ... there is a shuttle bus to the near beatch
.. drinks are served free all over the day. It felt like heaven!! The only negative side was that the rooms and their bathrooms were old. But all in all for the price we paid on expedia it was a great value for money. We would love to go again!

We arrived on the Sunday , right at the top of a massive hill , beach , port miles away .
Room when you finally find the right floor very dated . Maids wanting to change thread bare towels and sheets 8:00 every morning. Food plenty of choice but always just luke warm. This is when our problems started with the hotel management! on the Wednesday evening my wife became very I’ll with suspect food poisoning. I monitored her symptoms for twenty four hours with no change ( make sure not a bug ) informed hotels. Com , hotel reception. They were not concerned only information was to get her a drink of half cola half lemonade? ! Stay away from the restaurant! So we had no food for days ! No phone calls to our room , nothing! How we managed to get home on the following Sunday is a miracle . There reply so far is that they had nearly 600 residents, we the only ones poorly

The position, being highest hotel in the area makes getting to and from the beach a challenge. They lay on a hourly coach but if you don’t get on one you’re stranded for an hour or walk a mile with your beach stuff.
The beach club title is actually a shop on the beach which is an extension of the all inclusive which is great. But the sun lounger’s are not included and the ticket man comes around and a family of three is 14 euros per day. 3 loungers and 1 parasol.
Hotel could do with a refurb really.
Usual pool issue, get your towels out by 10am late comers will be disappointed.
Food was ok for all inclusive.

Feels like a 3-stars 90s hotel, with ZERO parking

Pros: Friendly Staff, Tasty food

Cons: Old and cheap facilities, elevators kept breaking, beds were terrible and uncomfortable, food was good but not big variety and on the cheap side.

The worst part was there was absolutely no parking space, we had to park our car about 1km down the steep hill in a dirty public open “parking space” and walk down/up hill for 15 minutes in the blistering sun each time with our 2 children. Supposedly there is a paid onsite garage somewhere but it was never available in the 8 whole days we spent there.

Overall quite a disappointing experience and we did not feel we got our money’s worth.

The hotel is really lovely, and very clean! They are out every day cleaning everything. The room is a little dated but my bed was comfortable; the air conditioning didn't work so great but luckily I wasn't baking.

The staff were friendly and the pool and overall vibe was quite chilled. I appeared to be the only solo traveller and I didn't feel intimidated.

Many reviews comment on the food quality: they are wrong, the food was fantastic. They offer several options to choose from and I went mainly for the fish options which were always so well cooker. I can understand that Brits abroad would complain that the pasta and chips are not roasting hot but seriously you're in Spain in 30C, get a salad and some local cuisine down you.

Other users complained about there being too many stairs or the layout being complex: it's 4 blocks of 4 floors that are numbered and the ground is clearly marked. Elevators take you to each block. It's not that difficult tbh. But there were lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues it could be challenging.

I was disappointed to find that there was no gym, sauna, steam, or jacuzzi options. It would have been perfect for my relaxing solo trip if the facilities had these. But I had a great stay.

I recommend the day trip to Puerto Mogan, but otherwise there's nothing to do than drink, eat and sunbath. If that's what you want then perfect!

Good standard

Staff very pleasant and friendly. Not a hotel for those with limited mobility as it has lots of stairs and lifts to get to the rooms at the top of the hotel. Buffet meals all very plentiful and a good range of food to suit most tastes. Rooms very clean and main areas well maintained.

Outstanding service during the Covid outbreak. Consistent cleaning and hygiene standards throughout. Front desk staff dealing with demanding guests with courtesy, patience and clarity. Dining room well organised and food was wonderful. Free bus to beach with a lovely driver and adequate beach facilities. We had a great week before the resorts were forced to begin lockdown and would highly recommend in normal circumstances. Thanks and hope to return.

Property is dated and the rooms really need a total renovation. Bathroom felt very dated and some areas needed a good scrub and lick of paint.
It was nice to have a kettle in the room but no iron available (only to rent).

Room with the ocean view!

Great location, far from crowded beaches of Maspalomas. Beach club was superb with everything what we needed during the stay on the beach- from drinks to good selection of salads, fruits and pastries .
Amazing Ocean view from the room was additional bonus, we ended everyday watching sunset from our balcony. Absolutely breathtaking.
The restaurant served every day variety of food including soups, hot and cold meals, salads, fruits and sweets. I would say something for everyone, quite a big choice.
Hotel had two pools. Main one with bar and heated water. The infinity pool - adults only wasn’t heated ( February) so water wasn’t really warm enough for swimming.
Entertainment was offered every evening, but I rather found this targeting 70 plus age group than people in 40/50ties. Would be really nice to have some DJ once or twice per week instead of clowns and gymnastics.
Room was spacious and cleaned everyday, bathroom was a bit tired.
Overall, we had a lovely week in this hotel. Great value for money. Definitely place to come back. Superb escape from rainy , cold weather.

The bus to beach or to Puerto Mogan was the best bit.
The worst was a room with very restricted view, a kettle that fused the electrics and a bar that when shut at 11pm turned off all the terrace lights.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my partner in February 2020.
The check in process was very quick and easy and the staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly.
The layout of the resort can be complicated at first due to the amount of different lifts and staircases however once you get used to it everything is fine.
The room was very spacious with lots of facilities and an amazing view. The decor of the room is quite dated however for the price I paid this didn’t bother me. My only criticism would be that I booked a double room however the bedroom had two single beds pushed together.
The pool area was very nice with lots of sun loungers available. We did try the adult only pool on our first day however the water was very cold compared to the main pool.
The food in the main restaurant was great and there was plenty of choice each day. The waiters/waitresses were very attentive and always cleared away finished plates within minutes.
We visited the main show bar on two of the nights and although the entertainment wasn’t to our taste, the bar itself was a nice environment.
The sunset bar was my favourite area. There are plenty of comfortable chairs/sofas overlooking the ocean, pool tables, ping pong table and a wide selection of drinks.
Overall I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I thought when I booked this rhat I had made a good choice after reading all the reviews obviously they were made by the staff.
The reception staff were ignorant.
The tea and coffee in my room was never replaced i had to go and ask. The cleaner only came in and made the beds no other cleaning done on a daily basis.
Although a good variety of food in the restraunt it was always yesterdays left overs re heated
this hotel does not warrent a 4star rating

Food not designed for English people, nothing to eat. Very small area for hot food, not big enough for the amount of people. Pool not big enough, adult only pool had limited access for hydration and no toilet facilities and very few beds. Spanish guests all had the best rooms near the pool. Rooms were outdated and air conditioning was inadequate. As an all inclusive this was of very poor quality, food was all cheaply done, most things tasted like they were bought in and reheated and not freshly cooked, drinks were ok but cocktails came from a machine! If you wanted premium drinks you had to pay an extra €9.50 per person per day!

Slightly outdated but overall an amazing value

Apart from the rooms being a bit outdated, the hotel and its amenities were lovely and in a good condition. 2 good size pools and a kids pool, enough sunbeds, excellent water pressure in the showers. The food was tasty and well made, the cocktails were definitely not watered down -if anything the bar staff were overly generous. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, there were many activities led by the animators during the day and evening shows were rather a hit or miss but overall a good time. Great place to stay and value for money. The hotel bus to Taurito is very punctual and comfortable, there's a Princess hotel bar by the beach where you can get your all inclusive drinks and snacks so don't have to spend extra money, as well as can enjoy what's offered by the Aquasports - jetskiing, parasailing etc.
