Stayed here 1 night for a concert. I arrived to charlotte much earlier than expected and the staff was able to get me into a room early so I could rest after long travel. I was so grateful. The room was clean and a decent size for just myself. Room service was 10/10. I had a steak omelet and cheese grits. Valet was good as well only want to mention that I was only able to request my vehicle from my phone once. After that I had to go downstairs and request it in person which was a very minor inconvenience because it was cold during my stay. Not sure what was going on with that but it’s not a deal breaker. This hotel is on the pricier side. It’s in a nice area. I will absolutely stay here again.

We found a dirty glass under the console which was never picked up during our stay. There was a hole in my sheets and my pillow case was frayed and torn. Not a good experience.

My room was spotless… My minions smelled very fresh… The shower was very clean and water pressurewas good as well. The staff was very attentive. The valet service was awesome. I like that I could call for my car from my room from the app and it be ready when I got downstairs. They were very helpful with removing or placing items in my car. They opened the door for me and everything. I will definitely be staying again.

The rooms were very nice. However the layout seems for fitting for solo occupancy or a small intimate couple. Even though the glass is frosted you are still able to kinda see through into the shower and toilet areas. I would not stay if in that room if it were my daughter and myself.

My overall experience at the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark was okay, but there were several inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected. The shower water temperature was extremely hot and would not cool down, which made it difficult to use comfortably. Connecting my phone to the TV for streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube was also a challenge.
There was no microwave in the room — only one available downstairs — which was inconvenient. I was also unexpectedly charged for parking, even though my reservation listed free parking as included. I’m currently disputing those charges with my credit card company. Additionally, the comforter appeared slightly dirty, and the in-room refrigerator was very small, only suitable for drinks rather than storing leftovers.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. However, considering the overall experience and the room rate, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price.

Booking Hyatt had me over the top excited because the pictures online sold me it’s was my husbands birthday we wanted The tub and view but upon checking in we realized that we were in the third floor terrible view further inspection the room we realized no tub trip ruined went downstairs to ask about just switching to a tub room was willing to pay extra was meet with no resolution so overall I rate my stay a one star very disappointed and on top of that I’m a club member
