I stayed here the night my mom passed recently. I have to return next week to finalize arrangements and the week after for the funeral. this is the hotel I will be staying at. The staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms are huge!!!! I was able to use the business center. So glad I found a place where I can stay when I visit family.

Friendly front desk staff, clean room, good breakfast. Biggest issues were the internet connection was incredibly slow, and the toilet kept clogging when no solid waste was being flushed. We were there 3 nights, and after the 1st night we started going to the lobby restroom.

We’ve stayed here a couple times when visiting our sailor in Great Lake. The rooms are perfect for the families to celebrate and spend time with their loved ones. The breakfast is nice, lots of options. The suites offer the perfect space to cook if your sailor wants a home-cooked meal, or to bring food back and just relax. The location is great, making it easy to go back-and-forth to Base and around the area.

The 2 room suite with kitchen was a good size and met needs for our stay. But the place is pretty grimy. The couch was very dirty, no one wanted to sit on it. And the bathroom towels were stained. All furniture and decor is outdated and not in the best shape, badly needs a remodel. The hotel staff was very kind and courteous.

Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful, courtesy, service with a smile, everyday we were there.The hotel itself had everything we needed. We cooked our sailor his favorite meal....shrimp Alfredo and fried chicken, all utensils were there, perfect. We will definitely stay again, and we highly recommend this hotel

If I could ignore the physical condition of the room, and could just rate the staff, id give 5 stars! Unfortunately, I cannot. Upon arriving to the room, i noticed the tops of the chairs in my room to be utterly destroyed and the covering peeled off about 8 inches down each chair. The sofa bed was broken and fllen in the middle and filthy dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and along the tile of the shower, there was a section where there was black mold and holes in the drywall. We were told the ice maker was making ice but no ice was available. I used the \"gym\" and discover the eliptical was broken, and the display on the other was not working. The tv remote was out of battery and the window sil was so full of dust that I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks. A young lady was trying to paint over the places everywhere on the hallway walls for spot painting. Everything seems old and worn out but the price remained high. Once agin, staff was super nice but it did seem they were working past what they had to work with. If the owners updated the property.

We stayed one night to attend my son's naval graduation! The staff was extremely pleasant as well as knowledgeable about the graduation. They gave me some great tips in preparation for the graduation. They had breakfast available for those leaving early to attend. Rooms were decent. The location to the graduation-PERFECT!!!

Everything about the hotel was great with the exception of the same woman who checked me in as well as checked me out. She was exceptionally rude. Refused to give her name. She said I could mention the team when giving my review. The rest of the team that I came into contact with were perfect in interactions and courteous as well as informative about the area. Bed was comfy and room was clean, although in need of some upgrades. Breakfast was good, although the pancake cooker was broken, there were plenty of other options. Staff was not the friendliest, but accommodations were fair.

I did like that they offered breakfast, hotel is in need of new furniture. The chairs in my suite were some kind of vinyl , they looked pretty rough. Vinyl was peeling , the couch in the living area sunk down so bad and the coffee tables were wobbly.

The windows were old and allowed a lot of road noise. The couch was absolutely terrible. The pull out had dirty sheets on it. The couch itself was covered in stains and dirty so we got an extra sheet to cover it. Dining table chsirs were falling apart. Rooms were overall out dated.

Room was very nice with fireplace that was very unexpected. Only thing I did not expect was 100.00 deposit. Big surprise but breakfast was great and appreciated. Overall nice.

We had a great stay. We were able to bring our yellow lab. No extra charge. The 2-bedroom suite with a full size kitchen was wonderful!! Home away from home.

Check in was easy, rooms were clean, great room amenities and close to restaurants and stores. My only complaint is the mattress in the room was not great. I felt like i was sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress. The mattress in the room does need an upgrade.

The room had two bed rooms and two bathrooms, 3 TVs, a whole kitchen that was stocked with all your kitchen needs. It had a fireplace as well.
My son graduated from Navy boot camp, and for me to be able to cook him a home cooked meal since he had been gone for 9 weeks was absolutely everything to us. We would recommend this establishment to any and all Navy recruit families.

The room was clean and nice and I just told my husband I loved the breakfast options and another top notch thing was that they had a wonderful set up for Navy sailor families to watch the graduation ceremony in a private room. Staff was wonderful as they welcomed us, they provided information for the Navy graduation as for tickets and places to go while our stay in Chicago. Enjoyed a early breakfast on the go. Got orance juice, bacon, yogurt and fruit loops cereal and ate in the car while we headed down to the line to get into the Navy Base for our sons's graduation ceremony. If it wasn't for this early breakfast we would have been weak and not been able to withstand all the waiting while at the ceremony. Thank you!!! The chairs in the room need to be refurbished to make the room a little bit more decent. Blow dryer made a sound maybe it needs a new one! I couldn't get the dishwasher to function. They did not go into our room for room service, our bed wasn't made and they couldn't bring us any additional towels. I did ask for an extra blanket at the front and they provided me with one. Internet worked well! They have a laundry room but did not get a chance to wash anything because I did not have quarters with me $2 for wash, $2 for drying and $2 for soap.
