The price was very affordable. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym were great amenities. Some furniture was a little run down and the shower curtain was ripped but still worked. It was clean though. I also like that they have a microwave and mini fridge and free breakfast.

open condom wrapper left next to one of my beds, mold on the walls and sink of both rooms bathrooms, the floor is filthy to the touch wipes up black, no manager for the day when i had to checkout. breakfast tasted spoiled and the hot tub gave my brother in law hives!

Staff has really poor communication skills. Might be a language barrier issue not really sure. Make sure you pay attention to how they use your card as mine got changed 3 extra times at front desk. Had multiple issues with them accepting payment n then questioning the card I'm using and essentially making me feel like I'm a criminal at their own front desk.

The channels suck. The tvs are older. The room kept getting hot so you had to keep the air on. The refrigerator never kept anything really cold. The breakfast is not good at all. They can do so much better. I love the pool and hot tube. I hate how the soap changed and no body wash.

Immediately upon checking in we had trouble opening our door. The key card was unlocking the door mechanism, however the door was sticking. We had to have the front desk lady help us open our door numerous times. Eventually after unlocking the door several times it would finally open. There was tons of water damage and mold all over the ceilings and walls, leaks in the shower, dirty bed sheets, faulty shower head, dirty toilet seat, no complimentary water and a rude front desk worker. The bathroom door didn't even shut, and I don't mean that it was hard to close, it was just completely misaligned. I was also locked out of my room on the second day. On the third day, the janitorial staff left the floor soaked after cleaning, someone could have easily slipped.

I absolutely loved the pool. It’s one of my kids favorite activities and the pool was well kept and clean . Also they had a hot tub! Very centrally located as well so you have easy access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were very well kept and the staff is excellent. Very helpful and very friendly.

It gives the feel of a cheap motel not a hotel

We had a total of 4 room for the weekend and one room had bedbugs. Then after changing rooms the room that they moved the kids to had some white powder all over the bed.
The air conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking onto the floor we woke up to large puddle of water.
Check out was at 11 however the cleaning crew was right outside the door vacuuming at 9am and making alot of noise right outside our doors.
The pool was small and the tiles were dirty.
The whole stay was not good. Just a very dirty hotel.

Hotel smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free facility told staff about my dog at check inn 4 days later they decided to say they weren’t told at check in and added 150 dollars to my stay when I told them we had said at check in he immediately tried to charge my card without my permission. Only good thing came from the cleaning staff would never stay here again

Cons - bathroom door&main door didn’t work properly and would scrape the bottom of the floor making it hard to open n shut them , microwave wasnt cleaned before we got in our room had cheese in it from the previous people , elevator by the lobby & lobby itself could have definitely been cleaner & the head board to our bed was sticky for some reason . Wi-Fi is a pain to connect to .

Pros- nice beds , water pressure in shower is AMAZING , the breakfast is small but delicious. Our room was 220 and my brothers room was down the hall & it was perfect . So overall 6/10 stay I think we just got a okay room :/

Booked a King suite. Very happy with the room. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided.

Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water quality and shower water pressure and temp were great.
We were exhausted after a day a tthe Bristol Renaissance Faire and it was a very comfortable hotel to rest in. It was quite, the AC worked beautifully. Breakfast was adequate and to standard. We will definitely book again next year.

Check in was easy, first was given the wrong room glad someone was not in there, staff was friendly first night 2nd night could have been better. Its Okay For 1 Night If Your Going To Sixflags But Don’t Stay For More Than 1 Night. Staff Were Super Nice And Helpful But The Hotel Is In Terrible Shape. Super Run Down, room was terrible. Water pressure In The Shower Is Terrible, The Toilet Was Clogged Mind You We Were Not In The Room All Day & When We Finally Get Back To The Room Our Toilet Is Overflowing And There Was Water Everywhere. My Wife Went To Ask If They Can Come Fix It And They Gave Us A Plunger And Told Us We Have To Fix It Ourselves Which Was Very Off. Overall It Was Not A Great Experience.

They allowed an early check in and a late check out because we were from out of town and knew we had flown a red eye in. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

Using Expedia was not a problem here - it was paid for because I used Expedia; however, they did print out the right amount for the room that was ordered. I appreciated that. I used Expedia for another room here in Indiana Beach - so far not a good experience. Will tell you more after our stay.

Check in was easy and quick. Hallway carpet was dirty, there were cobwebs on all the lights in the hallways, stairwells were dirty. Room was comfortable bathroom was small. Tub was leaking and toilet flushed very slow. This seems to be an old run down hotel that needs some cleaning and updates. Vending machine prices were quite high.

This place is just DIRTY! From the receptionist area full of empty boxes and dirt right there in plain sight. It looks like they just don’t care! AND THE SMELL!! Just unbelievable!

The hotel was OK. Good enough for our trip. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel was supposed to be smoke free but my mom’s room smelled of cigarettes when I asked if they had a room deodorizer like an ion air purifier she handed my mom a can of Lysol. Our shampoo and body wash toiletries were open and partially used from previous guests. My in laws stayed as well and they had to clean their own room up before getting settled in. Breakfast was standard. The hot tub worked and the pool was standard. During our stay the hall walking to our room smelled of weed and cigarettes. While in the lobby another guest sat at the computer vaping As I don’t blame the hotel for guests lack of respect for others I just wanted to paint a picture of the clientele. It was a bit off putting the family that runs this place too using the already small space in the lobby to hang out I feel that is space isfor the guests to be comfortable. I would stay here again in a pinch but if I could go back in time would have chosen a different place I think.

If i could give this hotel a 0 on a scale of 1-10 i would. It smelled musty, there were items from previous occupants still hanging in closet, cover for fan broken, curtain didnt close, and beds felt like sleeping on concrete slab. I didnt even stay one night. Left for a different hotel at 11:00 pm the first night. Same price but 100% better. Wouldnt recommend this Comfort Inn to ANYONE. Needs a complete renovation. Surprised it passes any inspection. Hardly seems fit to inhabit. 😡

Average hotel with no frills. Pool is very small but hot tub was nice. Staff was friendly. It was snowing when we arrived in the afternoon and no care had been done to the parking lot 18 hours later. The hotel served its purpose as we were just sleeping there while visiting family. The hotel is not top of the line and doesn’t have very many amenities. You get what you pay for. All the staff are friendly. My big complaint was Hair in the drain that grossed me out every time I brush my teeth. And the parking lot was not plowed and we often slipped when heading to the car.

Check in was simple. Took awhile though as the front desk lady was talking to someone on the phone in the back about Christmas shopping. When we got to our room. Our restroom was dirty. There was hair in the sink and on the toilet(we had a dirty towel as well). The pillow cases had blood stains and stained yellow. With the experience we had we decided to not try the breakfast or pool. Front desk was very friendly though.

I had a great time at the hotel during my stay. The location is convenient, because it is close to a shopping mall, attractions and many dining areas. Customers service was excellent.The only issue I had was with my bedroom. The furnitures were not that great, specially the bed I was sleeping at. It felt like it was going to fall down. It certainly needs repair. Also, the sofa and other things in the room appeared old and they were many visible torned spots.

We got there around midnight with 2 kids very tired. Got to room and keys didnt work so back down to desk and had to wait 10 more min till they finished with another complaining customer. Back up to the room to put kids to bed and pull back covers and sheets are all wrinkled with many long black hairs on sheets. Called desk to complain and they asked if we wanted them to come change sheets! Of course we did. We waited another 25 min for someone to come change sheets and they brought disgusting stained sheets so had to wait till they went and got other sheets. As we went to sit on couch and wait we were disgusted to find someones toenails on couch. So disgusting! Front desk did finally change sheets and clean up toenails. Next day went to shower and long hairs all in bathtub so it was obviously not cleaned either. We would have left as soon as we saw sheets in beginning but all hotels in area were booked up for whole weekend. Needless to say we did not stay another night.
