Night staff is friendly and wonderful. Morning person could work on her demeanor. When someone asks for late check out and you abruptly interrupt them and suggest the check out time as a late check out time, its kind of rude. Then you answer a call so you think you dont have to have anymore interactions. This is the 2nd time, same person.

Clean room this time! Theres 2 girls that work the desk the younger one in the morning doesnt have much of a clue of whats going on or her job capabilities. Ive stayed here a couple times and once i wanted to check in early she made me wait 3 hours \"to clean the room\" only to get into a bed thay had a giant fresh blood stain. The other girl in the evening is extremely accommodating, nice, i personaly think she goes above and beyond and is just so refreshing. Whoever the morning gal is you should consider re-training in hospitality and perhaps honesty. Because the room i waited for i can assure you was not cleaned. The sheets were simply turned.

I flew into town for a funeral and upon checking into my room I found a full trash can which included an old banana peel.
There was no hot water in the shower. I ran it for 10 minutes and it never got hot. I turn the knob thinking I had it wrong and it got colder so I knew I had it correct initially.
I also had a terrible cold and there was only 2 sheets of tissue left with no back up. So I had to use toilet paper, less than ideal.
I told all this to the front desk when checking out and she said she’d inform the manager, but I never heard back. I honestly think I should get some kind of compensation.

Definitely room for improvement

The hotel was under construction during our stay with no notification beforehand. Shortly after checking into our rooms a bloody napkin was discovered on the floor in plain sight and hair all over the bed. We were then moved to a second room which still had hair all over the bed. Our vehicle also had something poured all over it during the night.

I personally would never stay at this place again. They should have it list on line that they were under construction and gave us the opportunity to say we wanted to go there or not. They had construction going on there through out the whole hotel and they had many people working on the hotel til late nights. The food was ok but the lights went out in the room they was serving the food in because the dining room was under construction so some people could not eat hot food. it was unsafe for your kids because many men was working and I have girls 12 and 14 years old. it was hell for these two days not to mention we had hair in the bathroom around the toilet and in the corners on the floor of the bathroom tub was not clean and when you look out the window all you see is hotel furniture and and garbage and men working outside the hotel but the pool area was the greatest thing there but it was outside

I wish we knew they were under construction. We rode up to painters and workers and construction zone. I have to make sure that we get a room that doesn't smell like a pet pissed in the room. You can smell a pet in the room.

Originally it seemed like a decent place. Day two noticed bugs flying in the ceiling. Called down to the front desk no one answered.

For two of my five day stay, there was a soccer team there. Literally lined up right in front of me and took all the food. The coach said something several times to them. Day two got up around 7 went down there, same thing no oatmeal. I Came back at 8 and 9 hoping there would be some made. I asked the cook at nine and she said she wasn’t making anymore. I’m saying all this to say… if there is a team maybe designate a time for them to get breakfast.

Oh yeah, my room was never cleaned and I had to ask for my own towels.

There is construction going on and they are painting the outside so it looks a little run down from the outside but once you are inside it is completely different. I love how convenient it was. I loved the free breakfast. The room was okay, but the walls were very thin so it made it hard to try to sleep because of the noise. I also found old receipts behind one of the chairs in the room so that made me realize that they do not clean that good. Overall, the breakfast and pool were my favorite part of my stay. The bed made clunky noises. There was no room to eat breakfast. The pool closes early and opens late. The parking was very limited due to construction. The one open treadmill was broken. The $50 fee was not what I expected and was not warned about in the reservation. The hair in my shower was not my favorite. The hallway was hot and smelly.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The view was interesting of Six Flags. The temperature was comfortable and easily adjusted in the room. Check in was fast even with the line. The fitness room was small but full of equipment. The ice machine was great and the bottle filler was helpful. What we could get to for breakfast was tasty and hot. It wasn’t a bad stay, unfortunately we are just comparing it to our very recent stay at Hampton Inn in Kenosha and that was perfection; Sours it for other locations.

Nobody disclosed the hotel was being renovated. .. Construction staging area outside our window- very noisy. We requested connecting rooms over a month prior to our stay. After 2 phone calls, was told the best they could do was 2 rooms on same floor... 509 and 513. When we arrived, they gave us 513 and 112. Huge inconvenience to be 4 floors apart as we were travelling with young children. On top of that, the room on the 5th floor was newly renovated while the room on 1st floor was dated, old and very stained carpeting and stunk like cigarette smoke. I never expected such low quality from a Hampton Inn.

Every cushion in the lobby was stained and there was really not anywhere to sit. That was clean. Also leave breakfast mediocre area for breakfast which is the lobby area again was in extremely poor conditions

The staff was very friendly, from the first greeting to checkout. Every interaction was pleasant and professional.

Rooms were clean, carpet was clean, no complaints here.

The main lobby was a bit noisy since there was a party with a lot of kids but that's not something that is the staff's fault.

Our room did not even have a toliet paper holder. Parking area is one big pot hole. Breakfast area needs to be rearranged. People waiting for waffle block whole area.

Very old, and unclean smelling and looking. Our bedsheets must not have been changed before we arrive because they had both hair and makeup on them. Staff was quick to rectify issues by providing additional sheets that we had to change on our own. But cleanliness is absolutely a 0/10. Odors in the hallways and you room. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a clean stay.

Check in was easy. The room was humid. The door was hard to open and close. There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it worse when someone took a shower. The shower faucet kept dripping making it not eco-friendly.
Breakfast was good and check out was easy.
The pool and lounge chairs were great.
You are close to restaurant, fast food and a gas station.

The no lamp room 101

The room that was issued to us was nice and all. But the room only had 2 lamps that worked at night the lamps that hung right by the bed didn't work at all. The room was very dark. We told the hotel personnel they came in to check the issue out and he just said well i guess they don't work. Well we just stayed there cause it was close to where my niece graduation took place.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with hot and cold items. The breakfast did change up everyday which was nice. The only complaint I have was during the 6 nights we were there, housekeeping only came in once. We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper everyday. Otherwise, it was great.

The hotel is under construction and the room had duct tape on the mirrors and a missing handle to the outdoor balcony area (which let hot air in). The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and when we told the front desk, we were told we did it on purpose and were charged a fee. While the hotel corrected it after we complained it wasnt a very relaxing situation.
