If you don’t want to stay in central Rotterdam. Ibis style is the place for you. Close to a shopping mall and the Rotterdam ahoy. The hotel itself has young staff that are happy to help

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options and everything was well kept. Parking was a bit pricey, but overall, it wasn’t a big issue. We loved our stay — 10/10 would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

For my conference, it’s perfect location. But far from Rotterdam center. Fortunately the metro is convenient that go to The Hague directly in about an hour. Restaurants and shops close early - it’s Dutch style I guess.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were amazingly helpful, however, the price was €283 which I believe was a total rip off. I was forced to pay it as it was my only option but I won’t be choosing Ibis again in the future due to their greedy habits.

i liked that hotel was new.However, it was still under construction and it was very annoying to be listening to the drills. Also, the. door was shaking all the time as there was like a wind tunnel effect current within the aisle. It did not feel safe.
The water glasses were not changed and the receptionist upon arrival was really rude as she didn't want to give me the key to my room until i pay some kind of tax, which I believe was included in the price. She didn't even give me the chance to speak to anyone in Expedia to clarify the situation. I paid the amount but found the situation extremely embarrassing.

Fine for a few nights
Perfectly fine hotel built in a car park next to Ahoy venue. The walls do move when doors close. The staff seemed over whelmed at breakfast when it was very busy, with a lackmof tables being cleared and food running out. On arrival, reception was unstaffed as she was outside having a cigarette. Room was ok and quiet. Food reasonably priced.

Het is natuurlijk druk ivm evenement maar we kwamen om 14:55 aan en wilde inchecken 15:00 waren we aan de beurt helaas jullie kamer is nog niet klaar als u nog even 15/20 min wilt wachten oké na die tijd weer vragen is onze kamer klaar nee zal nog wel 15/20 min duren toen zijn we naar buiten gegaan en na 45 min kwamen wij terug en was onze kamer nog niet klaar!!! Inmiddels was het 16:30 toen we de kamer op konden. Ook geen drankje koffie aanbieden dat vonden we erg jammer verder kamer prima! Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen inchecken was drama!

Séjour d’une nuit pour un déplacement professionnel. L’hôtel est splendide mais malheureusement pas de parking gratuit donc pour garer votre voiture il faudra vous acquitter de 19,50€. Concernant les chambres, elles sont magnifiques et les les équipements sont top 👍
