The property did not have AC which I wasn't aware of, It was hot while we were there and could have used AC. Breakfast was good. I feel like the parking was misrepresented. It said that when I looked at the hotel, the parking was available for a fee. This was fine with me, but when I arrived, I was told there were only 13 spaces and they were full. I had to leave my car on the main street and walk back and forth. I did not like this at all. If you say parking is available, then you should have parking available

This is Ok kind property on budget, needs refurbishing completely. The main issue is no AC or fan, and very difficult to stay when temp is too hot. I didnt get the sleep at all , mainly its too hot and noisy ( near to road)

The hotel is in a superb location, next to the river, outside the city centre. It is important to pay for a room with a river view, in this case, the extra charge is worthwhile. Lastly, the location close to the motorway is very convenient indeed.

Convenient hotel for overnight stay
The hotel suited our purposes well for an overnight stay. It had free car parking and was easy to locate. The staff spoke English which we appreciated. Although the hotel discounts in room was booked out, there was an Italian cafe next door. We had a pleasant dinner there. The room was spacious and even had a fridge. The staff provided excellent service except we thought there were too few of them, particularly in the bar restaurant area.

The sink in the bathroom had poor drainage so I told the hotel and I got my room changed. The new room was okay. The hotel offers very reasonable fare so I cannot complain much. Overall, it was good.

Convenient Located Hotel
Convenient hotel close to public transport and had facilities that we required - car parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast. Close to tram line for easy access into town centre. Near river so if you like walking you can do a leisurely walk into town. The hotel was cleaned sand breakfast very good. The only fault is it was hot a no air con had to have window open so very noisy with traffic. The did however supply a fan on the second night which helped.

Very good hotel ,unfortunately it was hot weather when we were there, and we felt the lack of aircon, in our room ,we were provided with a portable fan which helped considerably. The breckfast was the very best possible. Slightly out of town , but nicely positioned by the river . A short walk to tram or bus, 94 takes you to town.

Nice clean Hotel although it was hot in the afternoon and the hotel does not any fan, airconditioners or coolers. Also as the window of my room was on the mail I could hear the trains and trams go by and worst if I left the window open. Kaputte Möbel, keine Reinigung des Zimmers, durchgelegene Betten, keine Steckdosen, einfach 80er Jahre in ganz schlecht!!!

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten ein Zimmer zu einer viel befahrenen Straße, wodurch es selbst Nachts im Zimmer merklich laut war. Im Zimmer war eline Zwischentür in ein anderes Zimmer, wodurch es ebenfalls zu einer nicht unerheblichen Geräuschbelästigung kam, selbst Parfümgerüche des Nachbarn waren stark zu riechen. Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer ist ausgelaufen und hat sich auf die Tischplatte entleert, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt, auch das Mobiliar ist teilweise ganz schön abgenutzt, der Sessel stark verschlissen. Der gebuchte Parkplatz konnte leider nur einmal genutzt werden, Ansonsten waren wir gezwungen, in einer Seitenstraße zu parken.

Straßenbahn verläuft und noch dazu ein Bahnhof (Güterzüge) ganz nah liegt.
Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden, da es preislich auch ok war.

Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Zimmer war sauber, wenn auch eher klein, was sich speziell im Bad bemerkbar macht. Die Flecken im Teppich auf dem Gang zeigen keine aktuelle Verschmutzung, sondern zeugen ebenfalls davon, dass hier mal wieder renoviert werden könnte.

Für die Veranstaltung in der \"Rinne\" lag das Hotel sehr günstig, da das Gelände fußläufig erreichbar war. Ins Stadtzentrums ist man mit der Team in ca. 30 Minuten. Für eine klassische Stadtreise würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen. Für Radreisende sicher eine Idee, denn der Elberadweg führt direkt hinterm Haus in den Elbauen vorbei. Den Straßenlärm beim Zimmer nach vorn hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster gar nicht. Allerdings wäre dann eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll und nicht nur ein Ventilator. Die Betten fanden wir bequem, aber die Kissen waren eine Katastrophe (große Schaumstoffschnipsel). Alle Angestellten waren sehr nett.

Ich konnte die Unterkunft kurzfristig total unkompliziert buchen. Das Personal war durchweg höflich, das Zimmer sauber und mit Liebe zu Dresden eingerichtet. Lediglich die Wannenfüll- und Brausebatterie war in meinem Bad defekt, dies meldete ich aber am nächsten Tag. Das Frühstücksbufett hat uns mehr als überzeugt. Es war für jeden etwas dabei mit breiter Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Mobiliar im Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen(bei den Sesseln war das Kunstleder gerissen und löste sich im Wohlgefallen auf, die Möbel wirkten abgenutzt). Im Frühstücksrestaurant war es sehr beengt am Buffet und die Auswahl war für den Preis auch nicht wirklich üppig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bei der Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Einchecken war erst nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit möglich, nachdem ich das reklamiert hatte. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Das Zimmer war viel zu warm. Mangels Klimaanlage mußte man zwangsläufig die Fenster öffnen. Durch den Straßenlärm war Schlafen unmöglich. Das Zimmer war unsauber. Wahrscheinlich wird nicht, wie angegeben alle 2 Tage sondern nur alle 2 Wochen gereinigt. Beispiel: Ein Glas klebte auf Flüsssigkeitsresten auf dem Tablett.

Wir waren schon vor einem Jahr in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden allerdings hat der Service bezüglich der Ausstattung nachgelassen im Bad ging der Abzug nicht die Löffel die im Zimmer waren bei der Anreise für Tee und Kaffee waren schmutzig und wurde nicht getauscht zusätzliche Kissen sollten bereit liegen waren Sie aber nicht und bei den Betten wurde nur die Decke aufgeschüttelt aber nicht die Kissen.

De kamer is verouderd en snap niet dat Expedia dit een VIP klassificatie geeft. De omgeving is ongezellig met auto bedrijven links, rechts en overkant. Geen airco en een verschrikkelijke klein badkamer waardoor het ongemakkelijk was om in en uit het bad te stappen om te douchen. Ook geen wasem afzuiger waardoor de hele badkamer in no time nat en benauwd werd en alle wanden en spiegel beslagen. De bedden waren goed dus slapen was ok. Openbaar transport was binnen een paar minute te bereiken met een keuze van 2 trams en een bus om het centrum te bereiken. Geen kamer (VIP) upgrade en ook geen uitleg waarom. de 10 Euro werd niet over gepraat en ook niet aangeboden dus. Wel op de laatste avond hiervoor gevraagd maar voelt niet lekker als daar om gevraagd moet worden.
