Pictures in Expedia were deceiving and looked nicer in the pics. In person feels like a motel and not a nice one. Door leaves a stripe on the bottom open where you can hear everything outside and the wind comes in. Area felt like there was a bit of homeless in the area didn’t feel too safe.

The Jacuzzi was broken, no jets, the staff was rude (they give you a piece of paper that says how many are attending the Continental breakfast- I woke up at 6am my daughter slept in. I tried to go to the breakfast to get coffee and they kept insisting that I give them the piece of paper. I finally left without coffee until my daughter got up to join me.
Went to take a shower, grabbed a towel off the rack to dry off and it was covered in ants.

The hotel was good for what we needed it for and was pretty accessible for the most part but could use a little more detail as far as accessibility. My boyfriend is paralyzed and we had an ADA room. However these were the flaws I found; the doors into the lobby could use an automated opening, we asked for the underneath of our bed frame to be removed because my boyfriend couldn’t get in and out of bed because it was too high for him and they didn’t remove it or try to, the shower wouldn’t have been accessible for him if I wasn’t there to move the shower head for him so a detachable shower head would be beneficial for wheelchair users with limited mobility.

We couldn’t use our tub and the bathroom smelled terrible every time you used the water or shower. The hallway leading to our room smelled like urine and the property looked like it was under construction, but it was just not maintained. Very disappointing compared to our other stays at Ramada.

The room was very clean as were the linens on the bed. Other than that, I should have asked for a refund. The bathroom was unfinished, missing tiles and baseboards. The door handle was a bedroom doorknob placed high up on the door. The toilet was dirty when we came in. There was no hot water in the shower which we reported first thing. We were told we had to let it run for 10 minutes first. The water was luke warm at best. We couldn't take showers. Second day we were told that maintenance would fix the hot water problem, that never happened.
I've never come across front desk employees that were less helpful or more rude than the ones working at this Ramada Inn. They had the WORST attitudes, I was appalled. They did nothing to help or resolve our issues. Shame on them. I asked to speak to the manager and the gal wouldn't give me her name. She finally pointed to the wall where the managers name was although I've called twice, it seems as though she is never there.
At night, we didn't feel safe due to the homeless digging through the trash bins in the parking lot.
The hotel offers complementary breakfast, it was minimal. The coffee maker was \"out of service\".
We were so disappointed with this hotel and their choice of staff members. We will never stay here again.

Hot tub doesn’t work, bathroom by the pool is locked. The only plug in the bathroom was right in the corner. You had to tip the huge mirror out to even plug in your hair dryer. But great proximity to sea World.

The room itself was okay, and bed very comfortable.
There was urine in the toilet and from the odor, probably sat for a couple days. Closed the lid to find strands of hair behind it.
Refrigerator had to be unplugged as it created an ittitating tone-like noise. Never used, nonetheless.

The staff was amazing don’t get me wrong but, there were ants in my bathroom, before I even walked into the hotel, someone had broken into someone’s car. So when I left me car I had to park it at a different hotel because I didn’t trust my car to be in the parking lot after that. They gave me a new room after the ants so I guess that was okay but the first experience wasn’t the best. However the hotel was peaceful overall.

I was pleased to find that the rooms were fresh, spacious, and offered the option of no carpets or drapes. The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and breakfast, which was a nice touch. Although the sheets and surfaces were clean, I did notice some areas that required more attention. Upon further inspection, I found that the mattress needed to be vacuumed between guests. It would also be beneficial to offer alternative breakfast beverages, such as orange juice or bottled water. While the staff was friendly, there was a language barrier that made communication somewhat challenging. Some minor issues that can be easily addressed include replacing the bathroom exhaust fan, as the bathroom and bedroom tend to accumulate moisture quickly. Additionally, the floors need to be swept, not just vacuumed, to remove fine dust and dirt. Unfortunately, the towels were stained and had hairs from previous guests, indicating that they need to be replaced. I opted to bring my own towels. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again, as I had a relaxing stay overall.

We were disappointed to be charged $14 for parking. Paying this fee does not provide any guarantee against property damage or vandalism, which makes it hard to understand the value. It’s unclear why guests are expected to pay extra for parking when it’s a basic necessity during a hotel stay.

I was staying in a room down below and it was terrible. I couldn't sleep throughout the night because of all the loud thumping noises upstairs. I saw tiny bugs mites around the shower. The bathroom vent was really old and loud. But the staff was nice and breakfast was wonderful. Not a terrible stay but i wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone traveling here.

Great place to stay. The hotel is 20 minutes from all the places we wanted to go. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt to name a few. The kids liked the pool and the adults enjoyed the spa. I will stay there again if I'm in San Diego.

The old style bed was too hard. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The newer LVP flooring in our room were coming apart (not interlocking) leaving gaps. The breakfast although ample in variety dosen’t come with any meat or any juices. Worst of all, pool noise from rowdy kids went unchecked until 11:00 pm. From 9:30 we tried calling unsuccessfully down to the front desk to complain. 10:00 front desk answered and assured us that they would handle the many complaints of excessive noise. Didn’t happen until finally an hour later. This was on 04/18.

Room was ok, missing a piece of tile on the side of the shower looked like it had mold around the bath tub and they re cocked it after trying to clean it. The air vent in the bathroom was very dirty they need to clean it. Plug in bath tub was broken. Beds a little squeaky when you move but we're comfortable. I didn't take pictures sorry I was just there for a little stay. Parking was a little difficult there was a big charter bus and took up alot of spaces in the front of the building. Would I stay there again unfortunately no. But we all have our own options.

I was really disappointed with this hotel and the only thing nice about it was the lobby which they use in all their marketing materials.

The side of the building is kind of falling apart.

The parking lot is a bit sketchy not to mention the hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until you hand them your credit card for deposit and they charge $14 for parking overnight —and that isn’t mentioned anywhere when booking.

also my hotel room had weird, sticky brown stuff on the bed head, dried snot on a wall in the bathroom, the bathroom had a strange, damp, nasty smell. The curtains are placed in such a way over the air-conditioning that you can’t get the room dark when you’re sleeping and I had to place my bags, shoes, and a water bottle up against the curtain to get some darkness.

the pool is in the middle of the concrete monstrosity that is this hotel and is not cozy and is not a vibe.

I went to target and spent money on cleaning supplies to clean this hotel and I couldn’t wait to check out immediately. I have pictures of the weird liquid and dried snot.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The one star I gave this hotel was purely just for the staff. This was by far my biggest disappointment of any hotel I’ve ever booked on Expedia in my life and I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. I consider myself a reasonable person, but this hotel is bait and switch. I booked a room that had a partition and a door so that my daughter‘s area could be separated from my husband and mine. What we got was a blank, white boring box sharp screws, hanging down from the armoire. Horrible furniture and this was not what I booked. It’s obvious this hotel is owned by slum lords. This so-called breakfast is disgusting. It’s the same thing every day and it’s the bare minimum that they could do this entire hotel is the bare minimum that these owners could do. When I booked a hotel I wasn’t told that we’d have to pay for parking. I was told that it was free NOPE $14 a day for a broken parking lot no security and if you stay out later than 9pm good luck finding a parking space.

Pool was dirty and the filter seemed to be non-functional. There was no signage to indicate it was out of order. Room looked like it has been poorly maintained as there were several areas that had deferred maintenance and even the paint on the walls was not consistent. The closet looked like it was a left over built in unit that was just placed on the floor an not secured. The bed sheets seemed clean but had stains on them. There was a bright exterior light that faced the windows of many of the rooms and the black out curtains were installed too far away to be useful to block the light. It looked like daytime throughout the night. We had to rig the curtain against the window with trash cans and the coffee machine to get a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very limited despite having a large breakfast area. There was a 20-30 minute wait to use the waffle makers since that was the only option for hot food other than instant oatmeal or microwaved hard boiled eggs.

Despite all the negatives about this hotel, the staff was wonderful and very hard working. They were great.

There is a pool and jacuzzi available but the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi jet setting was not working. The continental breakfast is basic and only provide milk and coffee as a beverage. Needed a special card for the breakfast which was soggy waffles, hard boiled eggs, breads and pre packaged cereals. No juice, just water or coffee. Glad we were only there for 1 night, would have changed hotels if we would have needed more than 1 night.

Ice machine out of order, areas of the wall was different color patches, curtains on window block the AC air from blooming in the room instead of up in between the window and curtain, breakfast was very simple and only coffee or tea to drink..
They need to put air freshener.. tv was good with lots of choices to watch.... My top neighbor was walking like a elephant, Boom boom boom.... Woke me up around 4 ish am......
We didn't use the pool...
The place charge $14 for parking but you don't really get a option of places to park.. the street has a couple but they didn't ask me they just gave me a permit and charged me to park...
With all that said I wouldn't stay there again....

Tried calling numerous times before checkin to get information no one ever answered the phone. After 20 minutes in my room, I found bedbugs on my bed. Staff offered another room, I declined and I was told the reservation would be canceled and refunded and I went to another hotel. I called hotels.com for the refund, they also couldn't get ahold of anyone at the front desk when they called to confirm and the Ramada Inn didnt cancel my reservation as they said they would. I still have no resolve from both the Ramada Inn and hotels.com

The staff was nice check-in was simple and easy. The hotel was outdated elevator doors keep on opening and closing and wouldn’t go up or down right away. Our toilet got clogged. We called for maintenance and they told us to come downstairs and come and get a plunger the walls were chipping and peeling. The floors were cracked. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying there again anytime soon.

Sketchy elevators that opened and closed three times before moving. Key cards glitched and wouldn’t open outside gates or room, needing to walk all the way around the complex and ask for an updated key card. I’m not sure how to describe the smell. Rotten crotch maybe? Honestly the entire building smelled bad. When you run the water in the room, the entire room would reek like something rotten. I am also sensitive to mold and this property is in need of some help . I feel bad for the employees who have to work in these conditions. I expected more from a Ramada, I should have known it would be bad from the price. Breakfast consisted of breads cereals yogurt and waffles if you want to wait 30 min for others to make theirs.
I would not stay at this property again
