overall, this property was great. The room was big spacious and clean the front desk simply average the food and beverage was excellent the girl who waited on us with beautiful nails, gorgeous, make up what I have and an excellent server. She was the only one on staff when we utilize the restaurant. I was quite surprised by her excellent and service.

Stayed there for a long mother daughter weekend. Absolutely wonderful stay! Everyone was warm and welcoming, the location was perfect and the hotel was lovely - especially enjoyed the aromatherapy in the hotel halls and room - the place just smelled so nice!
We were sorry to have to leave and can't wait to go back for our next trip!

Staff was great - kind and friendly on check in. There are no ice machines on the floors so you have to call guest services each time you need ice - but they were accommodating and brought it up to our room. The beds are not comfortable - hard and my back was killing me after the first night - but clean and lots of pillows and clean sheets. Over all a very nice hotel. Parking is $38 per night.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past two years and have always had great experiences, which is why this most recent stay was so disappointing.

My fiancée was feeling sick and unable to leave the room, so I ordered food through Uber Eats for us. The front desk called to let me know the delivery had arrived, and I went downstairs immediately to pick it up. After grabbing the food and walking toward the elevator, I overheard the front desk employee speaking very negatively about me. The comments were completely unprofessional and especially surprising considering I had done nothing more than pick up my order.

Up until this incident, I had always enjoyed staying here and had a positive impression of the staff. Unfortunately, this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and significantly impacted what was otherwise a pleasant stay. I hope management addresses this, as guests should be treated with respect whether they’re standing at the front desk or walking away from it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Legacy Resort in San Diego and would most definitely stay there again. I had a spa day and it was amazing. Halston was informative and accommodating. The experience was relaxing. I also ate at the restaurant, Theresa’s, onsite for breakfast and dinner - it was worth the money each time.
This resort is located in an error where I felt safe.

The property was beautiful inside and outside. Staff was very friendly especially one particular server in the restaurant. I honestly can’t remember her name, but she had short blonde hair and was always so smiley and made sure we were taken care of. The only thing that was disappointing is that we couldn’t get inside the lobby with the globe according to the front desk.. which was a bummer since we wanted to go check it out. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Staff we very friendly and accommodating! Although, upon arrival our room was not entirely clean. There trash bin was full, toilet was dirty, & dirty towels on the floor. We also were missing towels & the blow dryer. After speaking with the front desk those we all taken care of but just seemed weird we were told our room was ready.

The Legacy Resort is a very nice hotel. It is by far one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed. I did not hear anyone next door or in the hallway the entire four nights.

The rooms have everything I like in a hotel room - a large dresser to hold your clothes, two end tables with drawers and outlets, a coffee machine that makes good coffee, a large bathroom counter that holds all your stuff, nice large bathrobes, and a large comfortable bed.

The lobby is very pretty and they nice provide cold lemon water as you enter.

The staff is exceptionally friendly as well. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything.

I can’t believe i haven’t discovered this place until now. I spent my Anniversary here and we had an absolutely Amazing time. The beds are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the spa and Staff are amazing!!!!! Can’t recommend it enough enough. Will absolutely be back. Stop reading, start booking. I got a great deal and they really know how to treat people here. 10/10, S-Tier!!!! (Gamer Advisory: i’ve discovered Consoles won’t be able to connect to their TV’s. Q.Q)

Great Italian restaurant, clean towels every day, only problem was the coffee maker didn’t work. No, I was too busy while there to bring it to their attention, but when I finally left I reported it. They were very thankful for that.

Great resort. Super friendly 24/7 front desk. All workers were extremely kind and friendly. Everything was super clean. The entire hotel smelled really good. Paid parking was kinda upsetting. My only other gripe (which actually isn’t a gripe because I don’t stay at hotels to go to the gym), is that the gym didn’t have any weights that I could find. Just cardio machines. Other than those 2 things, this was a great stay. I was there for 6 nights.

Stayed for a night. My fiancé and I were attending a concert and booked a room here. The staff were very helpful when checking in. They communicated with me everything that I needed to know. They were very friendly. The room was clean and really nice. It was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend and stay here again next time I’m in San Diego.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the staff experience. My husband and I walked in and out several times during our stay, and although we smiled and tried to be friendly, we were consistently ignored.

We were also surprised by the $38 per day parking fee, though we could somewhat understand the reasoning behind it. The rooms themselves were beautiful, but it was disappointing that the balcony light remained on all night for “security reasons.”

We had breakfast at the restaurant one morning, and the food was amazing. However, our waiter seemed very uninterested in interacting with us. We tried to engage in conversation, but he barely responded and only gave uncomfortable smiles, which made the experience awkward.

I’m someone who values good customer service and believes in giving the same energy and kindness I receive. In a hotel of this caliber, I truly expected much more in that regard.

The only negative thing was that the advertisement stated that parking was included and I paid $38 per night which it seems to me deceiving. The hotel itself is very nice. The room is spacious. Location wise it is surrounded by a lot of other hotels but not close to restaurants/shops. The down side to this hotel is there is a lack of facilities. The restaurant closes at 9pm. And on the saturday when we wanted afternoon food the restaurant was closed for a private event. There is no coffee shop within the hotel. Its a very sterile environment. Cannot fault the rooms but dont come here for an overall \"experience\".
