Really clean room and bathroom, no air conditioning but other than that it was great. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking proper meals and the hotel is close to an Aldi for shopping and a bus stop for getting into town. Good shutter on the window to prevent bugs.

A little crowded for 4 adults

We were 2 Couples traveling together .. we saw the photos on hotels.com, and it look as if both rooms were seperate with a bathroom in the hallway... this was not the case... the bathroom is ensuite with the bedroom, so the couple in livingroom had to walk through the bedroom to get to bathroom... this was not good. PLEASE .. in description of your apartment... call this an en suite bathroom.. or make the photos more reliable...then we would have known and not booked it, or booked 2 rooms...

Bad. Its like a college dorm in a parking lot. Tired and needs to be blown up and redone. Sheer curtains only where everyone can look in. Brown and yellow decor like the sixties. Large place outside with just conctrete and cars. with not one seat to sit outside. Nowhere. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting. Old and dirty.

Le studio était propre et bien équipé. L’hôtel n’est pas climatisé donc il fait très chaud dans la chambre en ce moment. Obligé de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Le problème c’est que la résidence loue des des studios long terme à des ouvriers de l’est qui chaque soir se retrouve tardivement dans le parking, boivent et parlent fort. Personne ne leur dit rien malheureusement!

Not that Zen! Staff training required!

Group of friends staying over for a 3 days seminar in town, we chose this residence for its location and mix of inventory in apartments.

The studios are of a good set up. The bathroom and shower is spacious. The mattresses and linen of good quality. The kitchenette is well equipped and allows one to cook with all equipment provided. You can also order food and drinks at the reception. The set up of 14 series is a bit awkward for a twin with a wall separation, Not the best for a couple but ok for friends. Unfortunately the receptionist was not able to do a room change as the hotel was full.
The hotel has no AC and the room was extremely hot. We got to know from other friends staying with our group that we could borrow fans with a 20 euro deposit for each piece.
The residence welcomes short and long term residents. It kind be very noisy with some neighbors especially during weekends. Try to avoid rooms facing the outdoor car park.
Overall the stay was not bad. Unfortunately I had a very bad interaction with the check out receptionist, Despite the fact that I had informed the hotel of a change in one of my booking. I was overcharged. When I tried to discuss with the employee, she was very stubborn, unpolite and unprofessional with me and did not solve the issue.
Staff is overall not well trained and unprofessional. understand that Horeca in France is going through challenges but there is no reason that the customer being treated this way. Unacceptable. Will not return.

No place for a family

The one bedroom was too small that we didn’t have enough place to put our luggage and open them. The main area was also very small with a broken sofa bed. There was no air conditioner and not much circulation. It was hell warm. Not even a decent view. The room that they checked us in for 3 adults and one kid, was barely enough for a couple

This is more like a student Hostel than a Hotel. The room was very bare and plain, no headboard, pictures etc., bathroom was ok, kitchenette basic. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

This is more like a mediocre hostel than a hotel. No ac in the rooms, extra charge for fans and parking even though the gate was broken so lot was not secure. Our last room had holes in the walls, was dirty and my grandchild had to sleep on cushions on the floor because the pullout couch had springs that protruded through the mattress. Wallpaper was ripped away from walls and breakfast was just adequate.

Good for the price

Had a brief stay here for two nights. Check in was quick and easy, and the studio was as described, with pretty much everything you would need for a longer stay. The property was a little far from town on foot, but there was a local bus service nearby, and there were also several supermarkets in the area for stocking up the kitchenette. There were two minor issues; some food had been left behind in the fridge, and there was a sharp piece of broken plastic sticking out from the shower in the bathroom, so the cleanliness and maintenance could have been a little better. Overall though, it was good for the price, I would stay here again

Recommendation for Annecy.

Having read some negative reviews I can truly say our room at Zenitude was clean and well stocked. Admittedly it was on the small side but as we were touring we didn’t mind. There was a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, cutlery, pots and pans for 2 and a small dishwasher under the sink.
The staff were, on the whole, helpful and friendly.
We would stay here again and recommend it for others.
If staying in or near Annecy, I would recommend a visit to the Gorges de Fier.

Misleading hotel photo

The clean comfortable hotel room in the photo is definitely not what you get. This is more like a hostel or long term stay option. Cheaply built, the wear and tear is definitely evident. Although the staff were nice enough...the gated parking lot and the broken security doors in the rear of the building gave you the indication its not the most secure place. Not likely to stay again.

Appartement très bien pour un court séjour. Appartement propre, bien équipé. Le linge de toilette est bien fourni. Le personnel est très accueillant. Toutes les informations pour notre séjour, nous ont été données. Nous avons utilisé le parking extérieur, très proche de l'entrée de l'immeuble (emplacements en nombre assez grand). Bon rapport qualité prix. Je louerai encore pour un prochain séjour à Annecy.

Ça s’est très bien passé les seuls défauts, je dirais que c’est la douche un peu petite au niveau du passage des portes mais ça va et ce serait un + de remplacer la cafetière part une cafetière à dosettes.
La prise de la lampe de chevet ne m’inspirait pas confiance alors j’ai préféré la laisser débranché.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten ein eher ungewöhnliches Appartement mit zwei schmalen, durchgehenden Räumen. Alles war ordentlich, die Betten bequem und für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend – kein Luxus, aber solide. Besonders positiv: die großzügige Tiefgarage mit sehr gutem Platz für die Motorräder. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit Auto und E-Bikes angereist und wählten bewusst das etwas außerhalb von der Altstadt gelegene Hotel. Mit den E-Bikes waren wir in kurzer Zeit in der Altstadt und am See. Als Zwischenstation auf dem Weg in den Süden für 2 Tage sehr zu empfehlen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Einziges Manko war die stinkende Dusche. Den Abfluss musste man abdecken.

Résidence hôtel de standard sans charme

Résidence hôtel situé sur les hauteurs d'Annecy que l'on peut rejoindre avec le bus numéro 2. C'est une résidence absolument sans charme, pratique car pas trop cher mais aucune décoration, c'est une ambiance froide. On se recroirait presque dans une colonie de vacances ! Un grand lit confortable qui occupe une grande partie de la chambre. Un espace cuisine pratique avec très peu de vaisselle. Une salle de bain correcte. Un parking extérieur à 3 € la nuit. Sur un côté de l'hôtel, il y a un générateur de la résidence senior d'à côté qui fait du bruit en permanence. Pas de balcon. Petite vue sur les montagnes. Le petit-déjeuner est à 12,90 € mais on ne l'a pas testé. L'endroit où on va pour être annecy et ne pas payer trop cher mais il ne faut pas en attendre autre chose.

El primer cuarto olia mal, el segundo también. Pedimos un ventilador y nos pidieron dar un deposito en efectivo que no teniamos. Ofrecimos dejar nuestros IDs, celulares, llaves de coche y nada fue solución.
En la mañana abrieron sin tocar la puerta, no pidieron disculpas y nunca volvieron al cuarto para limpiarlo. Definitivamente no me volveria a quedar ahí

Nous avons passé une nuit seulement dans cet appart hôtel sur les hauteurs d'Annecy. Le lieu est calme, un parking extérieur fermé est proposé moyennant 3 euros. La ville d'Annecy est très proche. Pas de clim. Chien accepté. Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais copieux.

Rummeligt og trygt

Selve lejligheden var stor og rummelig. Man kunne godt se sydvest havde nogle år på bagen og både jeg og min kone blev sendt tilbage på kollegieværelset. Når det er sagt manglede der ikke noget for selve lejligheden. Kom dog bag på os arvede var så langt ned til byen og at vi måtte tage bilen derned

Pas de climatisation dans cette etablissement qui se targue d´un 3 etoile en plei e canicule...malgré la mise a disposition d´un ventilateur...pas bien vu l´annonce sinon jamais de la vie je pense un hebergement sans climatisation!!!!
Et petit dejeuner sans plus avec des mouches présentes !!

Lousy place. No aircondition, had to leave 90 euros in cash to have some fans in the room. Dirty floors in the kitchen. Almost no toilet paper. Receptionists were not very interested in our wellbeing, very impersonal. Maybe this works in April and September/oktober. Expensive breakfast that we declined. Far from the city center as well. Better to use some more money to stay in the center and actually have a nice stay. Didn’t feel quite safe either with lots of people probably having long term stays, drinking etc.

Bonjour, en global très bien. Chambre est tres propre, bien rangée avec super lit. Le staff est très sympa, accueillant, a l’écoute. Seul dommage- pas de climatisation, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Sinon un très bon séjour. Dommage que le parking est payant mais c’était a cote Merci. Cordialement, Didier.
