Everyone of the staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was super that fueled me all day long. They keep their place clean. The area is very walkable, near the tram, métro station, restaurants, coffee shops and stores.

I would like to offer a suggestion to not let guests smoke outside within 20' from the entrance; however there's a table outside & an ashtray or container where people extinguish their cigarettes. I think, that area can be misconstrued as a smoking area.

Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing hotel. All the staff are welcoming and very helpful.
The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. We had a shower in our room, which had bodywash/shampoo in a bottle as well as soap in a bottle by the sink.
The room is cleaned on a daily basis.
The lift is controlled by your room key, which means no unauthorized people can use it.
The hotel is perfectly situated for public transport.
The hotel has a room available to store luggage if your room is not ready,or if you are leaving later after checking out, which reception have access to and give you a baggage tag.
Breakfast is very nice and has a good range of food.
I thoroughly recommend staying here when you visit Berlin

Staff were lovely, location cool for Wall history. Only a lowish rating as we paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1.5 and there was no refund/change despite asking in advance not hotel fault apparently but I dont see how a hotel is at mercy to a booking site. We missed 2 breakfasts but the one we had was excellent- wasted over $350

Perfect place to hang your hat for a night or two. There are no frills. It basically a bed and a bathroom. But the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really good! Not a ton of great options nearby for food but you can find something. Would stay again.

The area has lots of pubs which are very noisy till late in teh night. The room does not have an AC which makes it really very hot during daytime. The facilities are very very basic for the charges

Hotel was fine. Located easy for public transport. Room was small. I thought the height of the shower tray from the floor was high and slippy as you stepped out of the shower, felt an elderly person could easily slip and injure themselves. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was basic but ok. No A/C, so in December ok, but could imagine it to be very hot in the summer.

Great location (you literally step across the Berlin Wall to get in the front door, the hotel is built inside what was previously no-man's land behind the Berlin Wall).

The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful. It's right next to a tram stop and easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It's in the city so you hear background noise at night if your window is open. Usually this is just night traffic which is not heavy.

Very Good Hotel

This was a modern hotel. Room was very clean as was the bathroom and toilet. Room was spacious with adequate storage space as I was only there for 3 days. No tea/coffee facilities in room but didn't need this as I was out most of time.
Breakfast was included in price and was very good. It was buffet style and food was varied and good quality. Staff were friendly and they called me taxi when needeed. Very good value for money. Recommended. I would stay again.

Noise was our only complaint...

Excellent location and complimentary breakfast. Overall, wonderful value. We had a front facing room on a low level, therefore, noises from trams, cars and people were quite loud when we had the window opened. As the room has no air conditioning, I imagine it would be a choice of noise or heat in the summer. Also, we could hear voices from the next room very clearly. Not sure if it was due to thin wall (thus affects all rooms) or thin connecting door (thus only affect rooms with such doors).

Breakfast was amazing, a very big abundant variety to please everyone. Eugn was amazingly helpful answering all questions. Very kind and pleasant staff.

Great Place!

Now that I've had a chance to stay here, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay. It was close to Mauerpark which has cool flea markets and street food on Sundays. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was safe and the staff were friendly.

This hotel met or exceeded every expectation I had (and mine are high). I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Berlin. Clean Hostel with good FREE breakfast!

Our stay at H+ was amazing! I was so impressed that as a hostel, it had hotel quality in terms of cleanliness, decor, and amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and even had a nice memory foam pad. Our bathroom was a dream for a hostel — big, clean, and provided everything we could need. It's location was also nice since we could walk for a few minutes into a large metro area for food. They also served FREE breakfast every morning so that was definitely a plus!

Decent location with annoying additional charges

The hotel was well located in the Mitte district, a 5-8 minute walk from the U station at Bernauer Strabe. The room was comfortable and clean (but it could be a bit bright in the morning, which may be a problem for a few, and we did hear someone snoring at the adjacent room). The offered breakfast was a rip-off (since very good cafes nearby would charge you less than half of that amount for a good alternative breakfast) and additional fees to have wifi in the room and use the television (yes, can you believe that?) is simply annoying nowadays.

This is a hotel not a hostel but is great value and very clean. Easy access to U and S bahn make this an ideal location or a visit to Berlin. Bike rentals are available from hotel for 12 Euros a day. Staff are pleasant and organized.

Noisy place - heard people and the lift all night. Clean and basic.
No chair to sit on.
Staff embarrassed us when we thought we had paid but a payment hadn't been taken and they kept my son's suitcase until I returned, causing a lot of inconvenience. Need to explain the arrangements for taking payment clearly.

Staying in Hotel 4 Youth was a pleasure. Just next to Mauer Park the hotel was situated perfectly. The hotel staff was great and the rooms likewise. All in all a great experience and I certainly wouldnt mind coming back for another stay.

I only stayed for one night, but wish I could have stayed more. Really nice and clean room, with good views of the Mauerpark surroundings. Excelent service and very friendly and helpful staff. I will definetely choose it again when I go back to Berlin.

Great value for money, I strongly recommend it.

My room was quite big. It was quiet and very clean. The shower was fab. The hotel is only 3 underground stations to Alexanderplatz. The closest underground station is only 5 minutes away by foot. There's also a tram stop just in front of the building. It's great value for money, I strongly recommend it.

The hotel is new and everything is in good condition. It is comfortable but without luxury. The location is quite good with U ( two blocks away) and S-Bahn at the door. Our room was on the fifth floor and had an enormous window with a great view over the Bernauerstrasse. Simply fantastic. The breakfast is good but they need to provide trays to help take things to the tables. It is annoying to have to take everything on your bare hands. Forces you to make several trips and stimulates \"traffic jams\".
Good value for the money, absolutely recommended.

Ich hatte das schlechteste Zimmer. Nach vorn raus, direkt am Aufzug. Das schlimmste war, das ab 6 Uhr früh im Nachbarzimmer zwei Damen an zu reden fingen und nicht mehr aufhörte und das so laut, dass selbst meine noise cancelling Kopfhörer nicht dagegen ankamen. Die Zimmer sind viel zu hellhörig.
Der Mann, der mich eingecheckt hat, schien das zum ersten Mal zu machen.
Löblich das inkludierte Frühstück und die Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt gegenüber dem Hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, smooth and quick check-in, nice room, comfortable bed, and to my daughter's delight, a bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast was really nice too. Quite a bit of variety, but not too much. Location was excellent. Tram just outside the door, U-bahn stations within a few minute's walk. Perfect location to reach Max Schmelling Halle, really nice restaurants nearby. We'll be back.

Small room with three single beds but that was all we needed as we only used the room for sleeping. Visited Berlin to go to two Marillion weekend concerts so we had a great time in Berlin! Exciting city! The bathroom was relatively big and nice. So was the breakfast which closed at 11 o’clock in the weekend. Very convenient as we came home late from the concerts.
Very close to a tram and the city center! A little bokse from Bernauer Straße but that’s life when you live in a big city. No problem!
Parking at the hotel is very expensive but we found a cheaper place for the car outside the city center. Used the public transport anyway.

Vi havde værelse ud imod Bernauer Str., der var en del støj fra gaden.
Værelset var varmt pga det dejlige vejr, vi sov med åbent vindue og hørte derfor gade støjen mere.
