Room was very comfortable. Just had to figure out a few things by myself. How to get clean towels and toilet paper. There are no maids and no one to talk to, but on the first floor when you come in there are draws with clean towels .just had to figure it out by myself. Other than that is it in a good location to get around, would highly recommend it.

The TV stopped recieveing local channels after a couple days. I sent a message to the NUMA number in What's app and only go AI canned responses. No person ever showed up to fix it. We were able to watch some TV, but its all app based via the internet connection. So you need subscritptions to which ever service you want to watch (Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc). And NO F1 app. What's the problem?
The Quilt on the bed was much too warm. We baked even after I turned down the room temp. Opening a window helped a little but then the room heater and colder air just fought against each other. The BED needs 3 layers. a sheet, a moderate blanket and a moderate quilt. all three should equal your current quilt. Then people cna adjust the warmth to their individual liking.
The cheap little K cup coffee maker in the room is OK, but the coffee you have is terrible. How about some nice nespresso viruto machines with great coffee choices (in the rooms).
The room was clean and otherwise great. The code door lock system worked ok, but people kept sneaking in either of the doors. They need to close faster for security.

Getting to the hotel was easy - it's only a hundred metres from the Weinmeisterstrasse stop on the U-Bahn. Access to the hotel and to our room was easy using the PIN code provided. The room was a good size with a good bathroom, and everything was clean, tidy and quiet. This is a great location for anyone staying in Berlin for a few nights. It's a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and everything in Berlin is easily accessible.

An excellent place to stay in Berlin. The room is spacious and clean. The check-in instructions were easy. It is very close to the Musume Island by 10 mins walk and S and U lines are steps away. The central station is 2 stops by S line. There are a lot of restaurants around and Alexanderplatz is in walking distance or one stop by S line. It is highly recommended.

Loved the idea of this hotel, very easy to check in and out, everything we needed like towels, coffee, etc can be found in the main lobby. Room was spacious and TV was huge. Laundry in the location was super helpful and its in a very convenient area surrounded by things to do and restaurants. I will be staying with Numa from now on, loved it!

We opted for a larger room which was perfect, simple and clean. The toilet was in a sperate small room (with door) from the bathroom where the walk-in shower and bathroom sink were.
There was a mini-fridge to keep our left-overs fresh, and a HUGE television that we watched some of the Women's World Cup on.
The interior is completely newly built, and very secure. The glass elevator made it easy to move our luggage around.
\"Breakfast\" if you order it, is delivered in a box to your door. Simple fare; some yogurt, muesli and an orange juice. Don't expect a Continental Breakfast; this is just a simple breakfast in a box. The room had a Nespresso machine and a hot water kettle with both coffee and tea provided.
While you stay, no daily cleaning; like renting an apartment.
Location is PERFECT. This is right in the very lively Mitte area which we found to be very occupied by younger folks. The Weinmeister U-Bahn station is RIGHT THERE.
Parking? Forget it. We parked at the Parkhaus Rathauspassagen (15 min walk) 24-hour, $20/day. Cash only at the card machine.

The luggage lockers are way too small, and the hotel offers no alternative solution. The staff on site doesn’t speak English and is extremely rude. If you try calling customer support for help, don’t bother, they’re completely useless. The staff is incompetent. Major construction is going on all along the street, and it’s not mentioned anywhere by the hotel.
Avoid this place like the plague.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the location—lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. There was an issue with the handwashing sink not working properly. Management was responsive and tried to fix it the next day, but unfortunately it couldn’t be resolved in our timeframe. They offered to move us to another room or give us a 10% refund, which we felt was a fair solution. Overall, a good stay with helpful staff.

wow! what a lovely hotel. very clean and very comfy. the rooms are rooms like i’ve never stayed in before - every detail they have thought of. i would definitely recommend. if i could recommend another thing, pre book your uber to the airport if it is an awkward time as we got caught short and couldn’t get uber.

We stayed in Berlin for a weekend in this hotel again. Very nice service. It is the center of Mitte. Two steps and you are everywhere worth seeing. If you came by car, you can park it at Alexanderplatz in the underground car park (8 min walk). The huge TV on the wall made you not want to leave the room. However, there are too many attractions in the city to sit in front of the TV during the day and especially in the evenings. But at the end it was nice to come back knowing that a great bed was waiting for us. It's a really nice place.

Very central Hotel in Mitte with good transport links and walking distance to many things.
The hotel is new, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.
We had a courtyard room thinking it would be quieter than the main street side but there were people sat drinking until the early hours over the weekend and there was noise again from 5/6am on the Monday morning . The Main Street at the front was closed to traffic so this was probably quieter.

Good hotel but not great. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, good shower and bathroom facilities and great TV.
No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but a nice cafe next door. Water provide only 1 night of our 3 night stay. No bedside lamp on 1 side of the bed. Not much in the way of food available inside but good selection of restaurants cafes and shops nearby. Easy transport.

The location is great, the place is clean, the rooms are small but the only problem I had is that there were no mini fridges in the rooms and also there were no coffee machines, I could live without coffee machines but not without a mini fridge that's a big no for me. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars only.

Second time staying here and would recommend to anyone for any length of trip! Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and very quiet/comfortable. Really good location, lots of boutique shops, amazing food and bars and close to public transport.

The hotel is in a great location and has a metro station just around the corner. I loved my room, it was pretty spacious and bright, as well as comfortable. The only reason that I’m not giving this hotel the best rating is the check in process, where I almost got double charged for my room, but luckily noticed the mistake on time, as well as that I didn’t get any housekeeping even though I was staying for 4 nights and followed the hotel’s instructions on how to request for it. Still, I’d recommend it for its convenient location and beautiful rooms.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a central and trendy area of Berlin. We had the most beautiful, well thought out signature room which added the feeling of luxury and Berlin culture to our experience.
If I had anything to say against the hotel was the fact that the bed was extremely hard … but for a 4 night stay …I’m nitpicking!! We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family….thank you to all the amazing staff…!!

Great location, sleek room with comfortable bedding. Minimalist in design, could use more than one trash can and one more pics of furniture to accommodate two suitcases and the contents- while maintaining the modernity of the design. We checked in on Tuesday and checked out on Saturday, our room was only cleaned once. We left a sign requesting cleaning. I’m not sure why our room was not cleaned. Regardless, the staff was very nice and the location was well worth it.

It was a strange hotel while the staff/. Reception was great. The rooms seem to be cleaned every other day. It lead the towels to get a little stinky. The hotel did come in handy in a pinch and made our visit really nice. It is in a great location to see the sites we wanted to see

We order the suite room which was more expensive, The bed mattress was terrible and tuff, me & my wife couldn't sleep the all night on that bed and both started the next day with back pains, we have contact the front desk and ask to move to another room and was told the hotel is fully booked and if we want we can check out, we did so and book another hotel and after we made the pre payment to th new hotel , the front desk person who confirm to us to check out said she is sorry but its not her call to confirm it and we cant get any refund for the remaining nights, we have asked to speak urgent with the hotel manager that was not there and for 3 days we tried to reach him with no reply, only after 4 days we manage to get an email from the hotel manager saying we will not get any refund and we should leave the hotel (he didn't care that his front desk manager confirm to us to check out), I never saw such a behaviour, they just dont care about their guest and know most of them will arrive for one time and will never get back to this hotel, what a shame!

The location of this property and the aesthetic of the lobby and reception area is the best part of this property. The issues are small and fixable if the hotel owner chooses to fix them. When we arrived at the room, we were disappointed to find that there was no interesting artwork as shown in the photos online. There was also no fold-away luggage rack in the room, but there was plenty of space to have included one. The safe was tiny and could not even fit a 13\" laptop. There are black-out curtains, but not sheers so we were not able to let light in without exposing ourselves to the neighbors in the buildings next to us. The comforter barely fit the bed so if you laid at the edges of the bed, you were not covered. And on the day of our checkout, we were locked out of our room 30 minutes prior to the specified check-out time. But to end on a high note, the towels were the huge bath size, they provided nice cozy slippers for us during our stay and the air conditioner worked great!

Overall the hotel is disappointing. Attracted by the good review in many portals, I book it for three nights and I was completely disappointed at the moment you step in, because this hotel does not deserve a 8+ review.
Small room, annoying bulky bed, no privacy with open curtains, so you have to close al the curtains and turn on the lights. No reception, no service, no door for the bathroom, no closet. Good wifi and TV. Location is good. There are way better hotels in that price category and location.

A well located and comfortable hotel. Definitely worth booking if a low price is available. Original hotel but a few design flaws such as no shelf in the shower and only limited hanging space for clothes. The main entrance to the hotel was locked late at night meaning guests needed to use a side entrance which didn't feel totally safe. A good standard of customer service and friendly welcome to the hotel was lacking. Sometimes it's the small things that count.

Best location - a modern hip hotel built up in a part-preserved, now rebuilt older part of central Berlin, a few streets away from the Alexanderplatz, the East Berlin steppe that resembles Beijing. Direct at a U-Bahn Station, lots of shops, funky galleries and a good choice of restaurants within steps of the hotel. The hotel itself is a model of a very modern Berlin hotel - some rooms have iMacs as TVs, service perfect and super nice. Stayed for the third time. BTW it's cheaper to park on the street and (not) pay the 10 € fine per day if you have to - at that level, the parking fines have not been pursued for cars with foreign plates.

It was nice but not comfortable. It was quiet which i appreciated. Shower was awful and no shelves to put your toiletries/ soap or shampoo. The bed was literally hard as a rock- hardly slept at all the three nights i was there.
I did like the sitting areas downstairs and how close it was to the subway and major sites. They offered breakfast for a fee but it should really be included as a courtesy.

I loved the atmosphere and the look about the hotel. It's in a great location for us as well. I visit Berlin five times a year, due to family. We've never used ebookers before or this hotel. We will definitely be using them again in November. The only thing I would say is it could do with a kettle or more breakfast options.
