Noisy location, sirens going off every 5 mins and lots of traffic noise. Beds very low and uncomfortable. Room was damaged and not cleaned well. No bin bags or advice on how to leave trash. Bath had to be filled via a showerhead and took forever. No TV in the living room so we couldn't chill in the evening together as a family. Fridge broken.
Tripped over the rug in the living room day one and trapped a nerve in my back from the fall, spending my entire trip in a wheelchair and not able to see/do much.
Check in difficult - couldn't get in but luckily someone exiting held the door and then the digital room key wouldn't work. Had to call for help which was provided by a friendly staff member but took so long my child had to wee outside while we tried to sort (he's young and couldn't hold it). We weren't the first this happened too as we could see someone else had followed the same instructions before us. Also couldn't enter the property using the room key after a trip to the supermarket, got buzzed in but only the staircase, meaning I had to climb 7 flights of stairs carrying everything after a full day of travelling - not ideal.
On a positive note, it's very close to a U bahn station, supermarket and an amazing doner takeaway.
Overall terrible experience, and I'm so upset as we splurged on this place to celebrate and my injury meant we couldn't even enjoy the trip and it wasn't a comfortable place to rest and try to recover.
