I stayed in room 311 and it was a great experience. My spouse and I lodged in a cramped Parisian room for the week prior, so Adina was a breath of fresh air. I truly appreciate having a dining table and couch/lounge area seperate from the bedroom. Plus the WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER! Felt like home. I wish I had booked an extra evening or two here.

Clean and spacious hotel room with modern, well-equipped kitchenette. Large tiled bathroom with rain shower head & heated towel rack . Courtyard view. Blackout drapes. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Excellent staff; very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location; near train station on the central route. Immediate area has a wide range of dining options and a great vibe. Hotel has breakfast options though we didn’t use it or the onsite bar. Would highly recommend this “apartment-style” hotel room for short or long term stays. Hope to be back again.

Hotel isn't as good as it was when we last visited:
- Sofa was done in and the cushions really needed replaced.
- Airconditioning/heating in the livingroom didn't work properly; to start with it didn't function at all, after reporting it it still did crazy scrolling through settings on its own but at least seemed to cool the room.
- its pretty random when they open the bar; meant to be all but Sunday i think but they didn't open Saturday. Not that you'd use it as it's lost all personality and was dead.
- Housekeeping is meant to be every 3 days but they didn't for 5 until we chased them up. then they came early and left us with about twice as many towels as we should have had; every surface stacked with them.

The area itself is still a great base and the restaurants/bars/transport plentiful plus a good couple of supermarkets nearby.

Really nice room with the kitchenette. The room was super clean and well stocked. The motel location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Berlin, especially if you are not bringing a car, as it is right off the subway exit. Everything you could possibly need is right next-door. There is a grocery store, and more restaurants than you could possibly visit within an easy walk.

We enjoyed the stay. The Apartment hotel is close to the transportation with supermarket and restaurants nearby.
The only disappointment was that we had to move from a one bed room apartment to a studio for the third and fourth day of our stay bc of the problems in their water system l, though they refund us the difference. Other than that, we were happy with our stay!

Rooms were apartments with one bedroom of twin beds/one bath or two bedrooms with queen beds and 2 baths. Pull out couch in 2 bedroom and extra cot in one bedroom. Loved washer/dryer but needed guidance for machine selections. Hotel was located by 2 train stations, grocery store and drug store. Very convenient! Pricey but very nice accommodations.

It’s a nice hotel, but I’m giving it a poor rating because they ignored a maintenance request & they openly admitted their mistake when I checked out. Made no accommodation for their own mistake; should’ve offered to discount 1night from bill. Cannot recommend staying there.

Great centrally located hotel in a lively area of the city. Quiet, good sized rooms. Clean and modern hotel, breakfast overpriced so visited the bakery on the corner instead. Enjoyed happy hour, shame it doesn't extend to a Sunday evening.

Great comfy and friendly hotel in a great location

This hotel was very friendly, the staff were very happy to help and were a great assistance to us after we had to make sudden travel changes.
The room was exactly what we had hoped for. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had and I had to check my partners suitcase before leaving for pillows as she enjoyed them that much.
We didn't eat there.
Location was perfect, train station was next to hotel, 5 minute walk and you on museum island.
We will be staying again

A perfect place from which to explore Berlin!

My second stay was just as wonderful as the first. You will love the comfort of this excellent hotel, as well as the super convenient location right by the S-Bahn and numerous trams. The Hackescher Markt area of Mitte offers up so many amenities. Everyone at the front desk is helpful and gracious. I will definitely return to this Adina!

Ideally situated to visit Berlin and join any of the tours - also great access to all transport links. The hotel rooms have everything you could possibly need from ironing board & iron to hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave and starter packs of filter coffee, teabags, milk, washing up liquid, etc. Absolutely no negatives - would highly recommend as the perfect place to stay!

Certainly staying again! I prefer to live like a local when traveling. I thoroughly enjoyed being in a hotel that allowed me to wash my own clothes, buy groceries, cook my own food and chill on a my own private balcony. This hotel is the essence of Berlin! The location cant be beat; 3stations and numerous trams within walking distance, hundreds of eateries and a short walk to the Museums. I highly recommend the Adina for the self sufficient traveler that doesnt need Fluff and Special Treatment. If you want white glove...go elsewhere. If you want a charming, safe stay with friendly enough staff and a room that feels like home...book this place asap.

The spacious 1 bedroom suites are a good value, and the location in Hackescher Markt is great for sightseeing and dining out. It's also great to have a washer and dryer after 2 weeks traveling. The breakfast is decent. However, our experience was undermined a bit by the balcony, which was unusable due to pigeon droppings and other debris. Also we were assigned a 2nd floor room, which looked right at a high rise apartment building and was a little noisy. Request an upper floor if available.

The property was too expensive for the services provided. We paid $800 USD per night. The prices were twice for around the Marathon days. Some basic items were missing - for example, conditioner. For that expense, I would have preferred that I didn't go to a local store to buy it. The toilet flush button is at an odd place. I had to close the lid to flush it - inconvenient.

I have stayed at adina for many times over the years. The location cannot be beaten: close to shopping museums n restaurants n a block away from a n u bahns n trams. I stayed here onn3 separate occasions during the month. The first room was not cleaned properly resulting in me wiping down surfaces n an odor to it. The second n the third stay rooms are fine. Unfortunately the hotel has seen better days n need to be renovated with holes in upholstery n carpets (with damp smell). Unlike the Frankfurt n Hamburg adina hotels they r more updated n clean. It’s still a great hotel but needs freshen up desperately.

More a service apartment than a hotel. There is no room service and we were told upfront that cleaning is normally done every 3 days. The best feature of this hotel was its location, with a drugstore/mini grocery and a train station right behind. Hackescher Markt is a great place for for shopping and dining out. Lots of restaurants with good food and reasonable prices. Museum Island is a comfortable 8 minute walk from here.

Hotel is generally good and in a great location. Right next to S-Bahn and very close to Mitte - endless dining options, bars and shopping. Rooms were tired though - scuffs and marks from previous guests not attended to, bathroom shower recess was full of mould. Disappointing that the property is let down by such easy fixes.

I used to love this hotel but every time I come back prices have gone up and value has gone down. This time, I ended up paying about 4x what this place used to be and after 15 years it is dated to the point where I doubt it should really have 4 stars. It’s still one of the best locations in town, so I will probably come back but hope for better rates and some updates to the rooms.

I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so high - it's average at best. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the floor wasn't very clean. It is in a nice area, just don't expect too much from the hotel itself.

Lovely accommodation nestled in Hackescher Markt.

We stayed in a studio apartment for 3 nights and are so happy that we did. From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the decor in the studio was slick and chic, the size of the was fantastic fantastic, the beds were extremely comfy and you could not hear a pin drop it was so quiet having the studio at the back. You cannot fault the location it is central to everything. I would definitely stay here again if ever retuning back to Berlin.

We were fortunate to find Adina in the Hackescher Market area. Right next to public transportation and a very busy commercial and dining district. Walkable to most of the major attractions in central Berlin. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff very helpful. A good experience. Recommended.

Location is excellent. The room is OK. The carpet is quite gross. I don’t think it was ever vacuumed. The toilet flush was covered right behind the toilet seat cover. So, I had to teach the toilet seat cover for each flush. Bad design, isn’t it? Housekeeping is every 3rd day, and a subpar work at that. Tissues were not refilled. I had to buy my own at a local grocery store. Half-ass effort of making the beds. No washer/dryer in the facility which was advertised as available at the time I made a reservation. For the price paid, I expected better.
