We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent.
If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay

We had a fabulous time at Circus Apartments. We loved the location, Erchys downstairs makes delicious coffees and breakfast / lunch foods, the ‘buffet’ of candy and snacks available anytime was a real treat and the communication from the concierge on any topic was excellent!

excellent location within easy walking distance of underground, trams & buses. Plenty of restaurants within a few mins walk. Professional & friendly staff.

Lovely balcony, well decorated. Good breakfasts

The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable, not that we were inside to sit on it.
The duvet on the double bed is too small. I am sure we could have asked for a second if we had wanted.
The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom had tampons, but no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. I would have liked them to be provided.

Great apartment for traveling with a toddler!

We loved this property! The location was convenient to two train stations and many tram and bus stops. We were near a grocery and a few parks as well. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, felt safe, and was very walkable.
Our toddler slept in a crib in a small room between the bedroom and main living space, and it was great to have a door between our sleeping spaces. The apartment (Muller) was lovely, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms all had blackout window shades. Mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. We did not utilize the patio, as we visited in December, but it was a nice space.
Would happily stay here again if we return to Berlin!

We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a 2-bedroom Apartment at the Circus Apartments. It was exactly what we expected - clean, spacious and a little bit quirky. Location was good - close to lots of cafes, restaurants and transport. Also walkable to attractions like Alexanderplatz, the Television Tower, Museum Island and Unter den Linden.

The onsite concierge (Tamara & Yannick) were very friendly and welcoming. Great laundry facilities onsite. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This is the place to stay! Like a wonderful clean happy family home - like having your own hip apartment in one of the best areas of the city, and one that totally reflects the vibe. The Cafe attached is a HUGE plus as well. A five star experience.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Circus apartments in November. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable and really quiet despite being easily accessible to a huge range of bars and restaurants in both Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg neighbourhoods. The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. My partner was celebrating her birthday in Berlin and they even included some extra touches like a bouquet of flowers. Coffee shop on the ground floor was great too. Lots of public transport services within a 10-minute walk. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment near city center Berlin. Close to a grocery store. Both bathrooms were a good size. The living/dining area is huge and has a great view and balcony. Lots of sites and things to do within walking distance. We found several great restaurants and cafes close by, too!

A true home away from home.
Fabulous apartment - clean comfortable and contemporary. Great wifi and cable TV.
Front of house team were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. On site laundry facilities and a modern kitchen with every convenience to prepare a home meal.
The cherry on the top was the adjacent cafe that serves wonderful food and excellent coffees.

Great place to stay

Room was super clean and very spacious. Location was really good and close to many restaurants and shops. Tram and train is close by as well. It is located on quiet street so you will not be bothered by noise at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment with patio that looked out on to an attractive landscaped internal courtyard.
The apartment decoration was tasteful “circus” and the ambiance welcoming.
The local area is upmarket with many and varied eating options within walking distance as is the local metro. A great place to stay.

I have stayed in many different apartments in different cities across Europe on various mini-breaks and I can, without fear of contradiction from anyone in my family, quite categorically state that this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect! The location is close enough to trams and public transport to get around but far enough from everything to be lovely and quiet. Our apartment was beautiful, clean and perfect and the staff were unfailingly helpful. I will DEFINITELY return!

Central, cool and cozy.

The location, the decor, the service...it’s all perfect.
Ideal for a couples break to Berlin. The rooms are finished to the highest standard and have everything you could want.
Situated in the cool Mitte district, with countless bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It’s also 15 mins walk to most main attractions and only 5mins to two tube stations.
We arrived late and the concierge are amazingly helpful to work around us and keek to offer tips for our stay.
If you’re lucky enough to find it’s available, just book it now.

Overall, good space and comfort ratio for an apartment hotel. Great location in Mitte while still being on a quiet side street. The kitchen is equipped with the basics - I was missing a baking dish but was able to get one from the front desk without a problem. The bed is...a typical German bed. Never the most comfortable but not bad considering other hotels. Overall though, you won't be dissapointed with the design of the space - extremely comfortable and home like. It felt like an oasis among the hub bub of Berlin. The design is well thought through and more than spacious for a short term or long term stay. Wifi is strong and the staff is friendly. This is definitely worth a look if you are wanting a more homelike option than a typical hotel.

A wonderful stay

Our family of four stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. These are fairly new apartments, they look nice, and everything works well. The people at the front desk are all very friendly and efficient. The location is terrific: 5 minutes walk from two different subway (U-bhan) stations, a grocery store and lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. We stayed in Wagner, it had two decent size bedrooms, two full large bathrooms, and a huge living room/dining room/kitchen space with a lot of sunlight because of the big windows/French doors on both sides. The apartment was also pretty quiet, though there was some construction work going on outside: I would suggest an apartment on one of the upper floors. Having the washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent in the basement was also helpful. All in all, a wonderful apartment at a reasonable cost, strongly recommended.

First trip to Berlin, and this was a great place to stay. Nice neighbourhood, and a very high quality and spacious apartment with huge sliding windows. A tip for Berlin - public transport is fantastic and very cheap, and pretty much everywhere in the city feels a good place to be, so actually it doesn't really matter at all wherever you chose to stay.

Highly recommend Circus Apartments!

We were delighted with Circus Apartments. Our \"room\" was a one-bedroom apartment in a modern building, very spacious, with a huge bathroom, king-sized bed, heated towel rack, kitchen. For the price, far more to offer than a hotel. It is a bit of a walk to the Mitte, but it's in a safe neighborhood with restaurants nearby, and very quiet.

Joanna on front desk was particularly helpful and sorted our transfer and booked a great restaurant called lokal for our first night. We also asked them to put water and milk in our fridge. The cafe downstairs is nice but we preferred local cafe fleury for breakfast. We will return for sure

The absolute best apartment we have ever stayed in! Everything brand new and the service top class. Family of five, two adults and three kids easily stayed in a 4-person apartment with an extra bed. We have been to Berlin a couple of times prior to this visit, and the location is far the best we have tried. Highly recommended!

I m a very fussy traveler especially when it comes to accommodation I always wanted to stay in a service apartment that could meet my criteria. after much research and read many reviews..I finally found a good service apartment: named circus apartment in Berlin

we arrived extremely early and the Steve(the person on duty for that day) was so kind to check us in and take us to our 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely comfy and complete with everything you need.
if you are looking for a place to stay where you can feel as if you are at home..than try out circus apartment
the customer service extremely fantastic. There are two staffs that I would like to thank you very much : Ivi and steve. for being so helpful and attentive with our needs

Amazing apartments in central Berlin!!!

Circus Apartments is a great Hotel/Apt in the Mitte neighborhood of Berlin. They have 21 units each named after the 21 most common German last names. I stayed in the Mustermann which was a spacious one bedroom apartment. It came with a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, balcony, bathroom, and bedroom. Everything was modern and actually seemed brand new. The building doesn't have a sign stating it is Circus Apts but when you come across the quaint Kitchen Cafe you'll know you're there. A desk in the cafe serves as the lobby and there will always be someone to greet and offer you a welcome drink when you arrive. My favorite part of staying at Circus Apts is waking up in the morning and being able to go just downstairs to a friendly smile and a cup of coffee. The staff is usually busy setting up a breakfast buffet of fruits, yogurts, and many other things. You can choose to sit inside or if the weather is nice there are a few tables set up on the sidewalk. They even provide blankets on the seats for the chilly mornings before the sun shine makes it's way around the buildings. Transportation is also very close by, I was able to make my way to the busier parts of central berlin within 10-15 minutes with the M1 or M12 tram 2 blocks away, and the Rosenthaler Platz station on the U Bahn is only 3-4 blocks away. There's also plenty of stores and restaurants and bars in the area if you do not wish to go far. All in all I had a great stay and will be back.

Excellent stay at the ground floor apartment, which was very spacious and had high ceilings. All was of quality overall, that’s why I give it 5 stars. My only negative remarks: if you don’t wake up early already, you might hear noises (trolleys, dishware) caused by the cafe whilst they prepare breakfast. Also: the fridge bar could have included more items, though most of the competition gives you an empty minibar. I’m not sure cooking essentials like salt and oil were in the kitchen (I didn’t cook).
Personal is very welcoming.
