We really enjoyed our two night stay just before christmas. Nice large , clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a large range of choices.

I booked the Suite with king bed. It was delightful and extremely comfortable. The people and service was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Right across the street is one of the Best Thai restaurants I’ve eaten in. You must try the Red curry.

Have stayed at the Classik Hotel Alexander Platz many times.

Felt the warmth of the staff was not quite there this time, with the exception of the bar man who is always welcoming.

Our room was not the best - small and right next to the lift motors which disturbed our sleep and rest.

No complimentary water provided which is very strange for a hotel of this standard.

Did feel a little cold, over commercial and lacked any generosity, which is a shame considering the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance of several points of interest. I was warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco at check-in, which was such a nice touch.

The bar inside the hotel was stylish and inviting, and the service there was excellent, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall, a fantastic experience that made my trip even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very convenient for the trams, trains, restaurants, bars and shops and the area is quiet.
The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very good and we used the hotel bar a couple of times too which was also very good
Our premium room felt a bit on the small side especially the bathroom.
Also we arrived on a very hot day but when we turned the air-conditioning on it tripped the electric for the room. The staff kindly provided a fan and the windows could be opened. We tried it a couple of days later and the same thing happened so just used the fan after that and the weather cooled down so not a big issue.

Simple, clean, comfortable - great service

This simple, clean, comfortable and well located hotel was great for a business trip. Well situated close to S-bahn and U-bahn, shopping, and walking distance to sites. Couldn't recommend it enough. Staff were great. Breakfast was expensive but nice including house made preserves and honey from their roof top bees!

A great hotel in a fabulous central location. We stayed here as a group of 6 and had a lovely stay. Easy to walk to many attractions, including several Christmas markets. Rooms were spacious and well appointed with good showers and generally quiet, although room 302 was lively early with the crows right outside! Our room also didn’t get cleared one day with food and cups being left on the side, even though beds and towels were folded.The bar area was really comfortable with excellent bar staff - notably Tom and Victoria - who made our stay really enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They even made me some fresh ginger tea as I was struggling with a bad cough during my stay.

Hotel was situated in a very convenient location which was quiet and only walking distance to the Berlin TV tower and Alexanderplatz. From Berlin Brandenburg Airport it was only one train ride to Hackescher Markt and then less than 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Room was very spacious, breakfast was pretty decent and checking in/out was easy.

The Classik Hotel is in a wonderful location near Museum Island, near mass transit stops, near restaurants, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I stayed there in November when it is cold out, and gets dark early. It was so nice to come back to a hotel that has a nice bar to get a beer at the end of a day of tourism (or coffee and cake). Good breakfast too. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is a few minutes walk to the Hackescher Market train station and the Museum Island. It literally sits on the site of the 1943 Rosenstraße Protest. The room is small but decent. The area feels safe.

Our standard room was far superior to more expensive rooms at other hotels.
All staff were friendly and welcoming and check in/out process was easy and pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with good choice and of very high quality.
We would definitely recommend and we will be returning on our next trip to Berlin.

The hotel is in a nice shopping area, but it’s surrounded by buildings, so there’s no view from the room—just nearby office buildings that are quite close, making it likely you’ll want to keep the curtains closed. Although Expedia rates it as a 4-star property, based on the amenities and room condition, I would give it closer to 3 stars. The breakfast is nice, but I’d prefer to visit a nearby café instead.

Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay at! The staff were wonderful and the area could not be beat. We were a 3 minute walk to the Hackescher Markt train station and tons of amazing restaurants. The Berlin Cathedral, Museum Island, and TV Tower were about a 15 minute stroll away as well. Perfect, perfect location!

Close to Alexander Plaza railway station. Direct train from airport.
Great hotel, very walkable down to Brandenburg gate, but with tv tower, cathedral and loads of museums right on your doorstep.
My only negative was with the hotel was missing pillow protectors. One pillow had a stain on, so I just didn’t use it. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and the service was excellent! Great position to access all of the tourist areas, some excellent restaurants right on the doorstep. I specifically asked for a room on a high floor which was allocated, perfect, until the lift broke and I had to climb 6 floors. It was fixed quickly however so no harm done. My only negatives would be some difficulty in using the coffee machine, a large drawer had to be pulled out to turn on the power! It didn’t always work and a switch would have been so much easier. No milk other than powdered 😩 and bath towels the size of hand towels! Having said that I would definitely stay there again when I visit Berlin.

Great location. One block either direction took you to the S or U ban, or a bus stop. Very quiet spot. Close to food store and restaurants. This would easily be a $300 night room in US. Would stay again without question.

Nice, quiet boutique hotel. Very close to good transport links - S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams. Walking distance to many sights. Good location. Comfortable hotel and bed. Very good shower. Great cocktails in the bar for pre-dinner drink. About 150m away from a Christmas market - so ideal location for the festive season.

The staff are the highlight of this property. Super helpful and friendly. Gave me lots of good advice on night life options. they are the saving Factor for this hotel.
Gym was also well equiped although the sauna is a additional price which i don't think it's fair.
Now my big problem ! one night my aircon blew up and i had to do the last 2 days with no aircon. and what is worse one day my fan unit blew a disgusting stench into my room which made me have to sleep with the window's open. One of the worst hotel experiences i ever had ! i am still in shock. And the staff could do little to fix the situation so i checked out early.

After staying in hotels in the same price range in other cities and in Berling when I returned for my flight home, Classik Hotel Alexanderplatz stood out as the best. The front desk staff was very efficient and eager to solve any problem (the cleaning staff had forgotten to service my room). The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location is excellent!

Great stay here for three nights. The room was large and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and even catered for gluten free with gluten free bread and muesli. Only bad point about the stay was very small spa with only 3 relaxation bed spaces so had to try several times to get a spot - otherwise perfect and good value for money. Location ideal for a weekend visit to Berlin.

Odaya çıkıp baktığımızda odanın ayırtmış olduğumuz Suite oda olmadığı ve daha alt sınıf bir oda verildiğini öğrendik. Bu koşullarda kalamayacağımızı bizi daha alt katlarda suite bir odaya almalarını istediğimizde otel sistem kaynaklı bir hata oluştuğunu ve ellerinde boş oda olmadığını söylendi. Sabah 10.00 da otele giriş için ödememizi de yapmış olmamıza rağmen teyitli olarak ayırdığımız otel odası bize tahsis edilmedi. Asansörleri çalışmadığı rezervasyon ve teyit esnasında belirtilmemişti. Otel açıkça Hotels.com müşterilerini ikinci plana atmayı tercih etmiş ve siteniz üzerinden ayırtmış olduğumuz suite odasını bize tahsis etmekten imtina etmiştir. Asansörlerin çalışmadığı bilgisi rezervasyon esnasında belirtilseydi zaten bu oteli tercih etmezdim. Otelin bize önerdiği tek suite oda yerine bize tahsis edilen oda ücretinin tahsil edileceği oldu. Ayrıtmış olduğumuz oda sınıfında bir oda verilmediği, 5nci kat en dipte yer alan alt sınıf bir odaya asansörsüz merdiven ile çıkmamız istendiğinden otele girmeden ayrıldık. Henüz karttan çekilen oda ücreti de iade olmadı. Bugüne kadar güvenle kullandığım ve hiçbir sorun yaşamadığım Hotels.com üzerinden ilk defa bu tarz bir sorun yaşadım.
