I stayed at Eurostars Berlin and couldn’t have asked for a better location — it’s close to everything, making it so easy to explore the city on foot and by train. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with spacious, comfortable rooms that made it a relaxing base during my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Being able to step outside and have shops, restaurants, and major sights all within walking distance was a huge plus. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin.

Lovely central location to explore the main sights in Berlin. Minutes walk from the main station and a short stroll to the river. Rooms are big, bed is huge, large bathroom, cleaned daily, can’t fault it really. Would choose it again for another stay in Berlin

The Front desk staff is the best. They are very helpful. polite and super nice. The location is just next to the train station, or you can just walk, it is only 15–20-minute walk to many attractions. I love free ice cool water and free small fruits at the front desk, every time we come back from walking around town, we grab it, and it is so refreshing and feel really appreciate how the hotel care about these little things.

Our only real issue with our room, was that the bed is on wheels. So when you sit up to watch TV, the bed rolls away from the head board 😂

Other than that, no issues! Great location to the SBahn (you can't hear it) and lots of dining otions with in a 7-10min walk

Nice hotel, good location.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the station and plenty of eateries.
The breakfast was great, and the staff throughout were perfect.

I’m disappointed with Hotels.com though. I filter hotel results to advise me of there being a restaurant onsite. There is only a small bar menu. Why put there’s a restaurant when there isn’t? I ended up having to eat out. I liked the hotel, but I wont be staying here again due to this requirement.

Right off Friedrichstraße it was easy to access public transportation, including buses, trams, subway and intercity rail. For the most part, historic sites were very walkable from this hotel. Plenty of great restaurants in the area as well as shopping.

Hotel was really easy to find & close to train station.
We arrived 4 hours ahead of check-in, and, as the room was ready, we were given the key.
Room was clean.Bed was very spacious & comfortable, pillows were great too.
Hair dryer, towels, shower gels etc provided, as was ironing board, stocked mini bar/fridge ( not sure of prices as we didn't have any).
Kettle & sachets of teas coffee and sugar..


Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location for exploring Berlin by
foot or train.
Can't comment about food as we chose to eat out.

*Location (10/10): The hotel is located right next to Friedrichstrasse subway station. It’s in the middle of Mitte, the city center and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. You have plenty of shopping and dining options very close. As far as locations go, it does not get much better than this.

*Room (8/10): We had a triple room for us and our kid and it was spacious and renovated. The room had crystal walls facing the hall, which brought in plenty of natural light. There were 2 beds. The large one was huge and both had comfortable mattresses. It had a large bathroom with a bath tub and toiletries (including toothpaste). The room also had a fridge with plenty of drinks and snacks (at a cost) but no microwave. The only negative thing about the room was the TV. It was internet TV (live channels, streaming) but you could not watch almost anything in a decent quality or without freezing. Other than that, wi-fi worked fine on our devices.

*Facilities (8/10): We used the swimming pool every day of our 3 day-stay. The hotel has a nice pool on the 8th floor with nice views of the city. The only problem was the water temperature. It was 27°C which by the end of March was still quite cold.

*Breakfast (10/10): The breakfast buffet was impressive. It had everything you might want for breakfast, both cold and hot foods.

* Staff (9/10): The staff was nice and kept our luggage on our last day before leaving for the airport.

We had an issue with the room at check-in and the staff was very efficient in sorting this out and offering another room, even before the official check-in time. All staff are super friendly and welcoming and really take their time to welcome you and answer any question. Nice and refreshing water is available on arrival. Good choice at breakfast. Swimming pool, although small for the size of the hotel, is very nice and clean. Very well located for transport and tours. Nothing to complain about. Excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

Services not good and not kid friendly

We asked for a room not facing the lobby to avoid noise having a kid of 3 years and room was supposed to have king size bed. When arrived at the hotel the room was facing the lobby and the bed had two singles bed joined together which is not good when the kid sleep in your same bed and however not as per booking description . We asked for change and another room facing the lobby was given and it was smaller then the previous again not as per booking descriptio. At least this time the bed was king size.They also offer to change the room with a facing outside the day after but every time I asked they were full and no change was ever done.yet rooms facing the lobby you have no natural light as you always have to keep curtains closed unless you want everyone to look at you. Also you cannot open windows and have fresh air. Clean was good though we find a few paper clips on the floor and under the bed it was not clean. There were only towels for two people despite the booking was for 2 adults and a kid. Probably kids don’t count as we asked for additional towers which were given but every time there was the cleaning they were removed. Unfortunately our kid made a spot on the bed sheets the first night and the day after we put the marker asking them to be changed but once back in the hotel in the evening they were not. In general the hotel is nice even most of the rooms are facing the lobby but the service was not at the same level and didn’t look very kid friendly.

Housekeeping service was not good. The housekeeper didn't clean the room well, for example, they didn't clean the used cups/glasses in the room everyday, didn't keep refilling the daily coffee drinks and the necessary toilet paper/box tissue after we used up. Hope the management can pay attention to these and make improvements. Thank you!

Great quality central Berlin hotel

Super central location and great quality, especially considering the central location. Nice modern clean spacious rooms, comfy beds. Aircon was fab in hot weather. Son loved view of rail tracks and station, we couldn’t hear trains much but if that bothers you, request rooms facing another side. Tasty breakfast. Pool small but clean and fun for kids, no blackout times for kids to use the pool. Lovely reception and breakfast staff. Only minus was that room was not cleaned properly during our stay: not cleaned at all on first day, on third day didn’t clean bathroom, items from tea tray did not get replaced, floors never got hoovered or wiped. Pool and fitness area didn’t get tidied or towels refilled during the day.

This was the only hotel, out of 3, where the air conditioning could keep up. They just don’t cool to American standards. There were amenities we did not have at other hotels which are standard in the US. Bring your own wash cloth. They are not provided. They are considered a personal item.
So close to the U, S and DB train systems. Great shopping close by and many good options.

This hotel is great. It mght seem pricey for some budgets, but I can tell you that it’s worth paying the extra buck. The location is priceless: it’s super near the central station. The actual station near the hotel takes you all the way to the airport and you can connect pretty much anywhere in Berlin in less than 20 minutes. The station near the hotel has a bunch of restaurants, fast food, small minimarkets/supermarkets. I was very happy with this hotel booking.

Exceptional service! Chema and all the beautiful multilingual staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Gorgeous clean swimming pool and every corner of the room was spotless clean. Centrally located in Berlin and close to historical sites and plenty of restaurants and shops. Super Service

The rooms are comfortable and if you get a room facing the atrium it is quiet. They are clean and the beds and pillows are like new. Many extras are provided like dental care and shaving kits. Robes and slippers are also in the rooms. The best part of the visit is the welcoming and helpful staff that manage the hotel. They will treat you like family as soon as you enter the hotel. This hotel is in a great location just down the street from Berlin Friedrichstraße Station. They offer a wide array of items at their breakfast. Overall our stay was excellent and Hotel Eurostars is now one of our favorite hotel chains.

Eurostars Berlin is a convenient location, short walk from Friedrichstrasse station, and walking distance to most popular tourist landmarks. Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Lots of options around for meals or snacks. Check in was somewhat cumbersome, as they scan your passport (this was unusual for us as no other hotel booked in this 20 night trip asked for this). Then they wanted info filled out on an iPad that did not work properly. Again unusual. Outside of that would recommend this hotel for its location and value.

Hotel is centrally located, clean, modern, great breakfast, professional staff, most of them speak German, English and Spanish. Walkable to the museums, Berlin cathedral, Brandenburg Tor. Shopping nearby, galleries Lafayette. Mall of Berlin about 25 mins walking. Public transportation next to hotel, Uber very convenient. App works great in Berlin.

How can a hotel be this badly maintained?

Pro’s: Excellent location next to the Friedrichstraße station. Quiet room with the view to the inner courtyard. Wifi worked and was relatively quick. Spacious room and bathroom.

Con’s: I have never stayed in a hotel room - let alone in a hotel which claims to have 5* - that’d be so filthy. Almost everything was dirty. After I cleaned the “sticky-dirty” handle of the water kettle, the towel was black. The floor under and behind bed (the bed is on wheels and moves at night) was thick with crumbs, hair etc. The bed side table was all sticky with grease. The bed was hastily made and there were hair of previous customers between sheets.
Furthermore, in four nights, I didn’t manage to make the AC work. The coffee/tea station was never replenished.
In the floor corridor, the light was always flickering, suggesting problems in the electricity work. But it seemed to bother no one.
At this price, there are many better options in the area.

Friendly staff, great location, rooms are airy and not congested. Beds are comfortable. We had a great stay. Breakfast options are great. Relaxing time at the sauna. Swimming pool looked good. We didn't use though.
The surroundings are great too. Shopping options are great. Great restaurants in the vicinity.
Overall an excellent property!

Carla at the front desk was very helpful. This property was very clean, fresh linen, clean bathrooms, breathable rooms. I would rate it as the best part of our holidays and stay.

Nice hotel

Liked everything about this hotel. Staff, room and breakfast buffet were wonderful. The hotel is not close to any historical sites. So be prepared to do a lot of walking or ubers.

Great stay. We booked this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room itself was sizeable and comfortable and it could not be faulted. There was minimal noise from the nearby train station which did not impact any sleep.

*didn’t like service of front desk because I down graded my room from Jr. Suit to regular room but they didn’t gave me refund after 7 people involved in process and didn’t understand why (no answer from them) they blame on each other.

Beautiful hotel, convenient to all attractions and easily located. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly. the only disappointment is that they do not accommodate late check outs - i felt uncomfortable leaving my belongings at the front desk and truly feel that they could of accommodated the small request. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great hotel but a few niggles

The hotel was very nice new and well cleaned and kept , the staff were outstanding helpful and friendly , the facilities were great but the pool was closed which was frustrating and looked forward to using it especially when it was raining outside and during the week running up to Christmas ! Come on Euro stars get your maintenance sorted out on this .other bad point was there was no English speaking or movie channels on the t v ? Genuinely we had a nice time and would return .

The location is really good, however the wifi did not work during our entire stay, it was super slow and unstable, so bad that we could not load webpage. The hallway light was on for the first two nights cuz we could not turn it off, even after we took out the card. It was very difficult to sleep especially with jet lag. After we complained about light, Wi-Fi and phone not working in our room, they put us in a bigger room, but wifi still not working.
First day after cleaning lady left, I found a rope thing in my room. The second day I found a sponge by the sink that also belongs to the cleaning lady. I could not get shower gel, hand soap was placed on the wall of the standing shower.
The staff were nice but not very helpful to address the issues.
The hotel almost ruined my vacation, good thing Berlin was just a short stop.

Great location and spacious room.

The hotel is located right across from the train station and walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions. My colleagues and I agreed to stay at the same hotel for our next visit.
