Fantastic hotel! We stayed in one of the apartment rooms with sofa bed, it had everything we could want- plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, fridge freezer with ice! The two things we’d change are the hand wash by the sink was actually body wash, and as a result had exfoliating grains in it- definitely not hand wash (!) and the pillows were ridiculously soft with no form to them, which did impact our sleep quality a little. Hotel bar is closed on a Sunday/Monday which are the days we stayed so cannot comment on that. Lovely hotel though, I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Berlin- so central!

Hotel was in a great position for SBahn. Situated in the Mitte area near museum island and Berlin Cathedral. Alrxanderplatz was a 15 minute walk.

Hotels offers an online check in/check out which was very easy to use. Staff member on site when we arrived who was very friendly and helpful.

Room was small but immaculate and bed was really comfortable.

We would recommend as a great place to stay. It is close a few of the Christmas markets and near lots of shops, restaurants and coffee bars.

I stayed at Hotel ZOE in Berlin for about a week and was pretty happy with the property. The location is excellent, next to not just plenty of restaurants, stores, etc., but multiple hubs on the Berlin metro. It is very easy to get wherever you need to go from here - I didn't use a taxi in my time and explored a lot of the city. I also found it to be quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep. The room was also relatively spacious and room service did an excellent job every day. I was very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Perfect location for visiting Berlin and few minutes from train station to airport. Room lighting was a bit dark but apartment was perfect for family of four. A bit of noise from neighbors but not really from outside so we had a great night sleep. Lovely views from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great hotel!
Perfect location to get to everywhere.
Rooms dark and quiet and comfy, to allow good sleep. Had to ask for a second pillow but it arrived with the cleaners. Rooms clean and reception lovely. Roof terrace is an added bonus.

Enjoyable stay but some services are lacking

The room itself was nice. Comfortable beds, quiet, plenty towels and soap etc.
The staff were okay but no special effort was made to make us feel welcome. It felt like we were staying in a Premier Inn and were just another number.
The breakfast was very limited yet expensive, and it felt as if we were actively encouraged not to eat there. Similarly the drinks were very expensive and I did not see one person drinking there during our stay- and no one wants to drink in an empty bar.
The roof top bar was closed.
There was no room service, which was disappointing.
That said, the location of the hotel was excellent and everything was nice and clean with great cleaning staff and we were comfortable in our room.
Despite my comments if issues that could be improved, I would consider staying at the hotel again. I think I just felt that for the price paid it may have been more appropriate to include breakfast and I think room service should also be available.

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. Staff were very helpful upon arrival. The area surrounding it is a stones throw from a train station, equally only a 10-15min walk to Alexanderplatz. A short walk from the hotel is the river and lots of cafes/bars/restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop bar which was a hit. Ideal lcoation for a short break!

Wonderful neighborhood with lots of places to explore. Starbucks around the corner. We lucked out with markets on Thursday and Sat!
Rooms are dark, black walls, dim lighting. No wash clothes. Bath products great, beds comfy, nice linens.
You can get dropped off right in front despite the 3 sets of trolley tracks. Not noisy despite the trolley stops out front. Would stay again

It is my second time there and I will be back! It is a modern hotel that is very well configured to supply what you need electronically for connections, etc. and also has a very ergonomic organization to the light switches and there is plenty of room for organizing if you have a fair amount of clothes, etc. The tub was a nice park. The staff is nice, chill, and cool.

So central and close to many spots like Alexander Platz, the TV tower (Fernsehturm), Berlin Cathedral etc. Only one direct S-bahn train to the airport - super easy. Staff were great! They extended our check out by 1 hour and luggage storage is free. Definitely will recommend.

We stayed for four nights, when we arrived we told the staff about the toilet seat being unattached from the toilet, it never got fixed. The bed is uncomfortable as a couple- it’s two single beds and the bed frames are really wide, so to be close to my partner I would have to lie on wood. I would wake up in the night uncomfortable on the wood too. The aesthetics of the hotel were really nice. Also really clean, rooftop bar is beautiful.

Great location!

Amazing location! 5-minute walk from Museum Island. Same distance to the S/U station for easy navigation in the city. Although the room was air conditioned and the unit is set properly by the staff, we did find it difficult to sleep on hots nights. Still a great hotel at a good price,

Good points and not so good ones. Great area, near train line that goes to the airport and good, dark room. Beds comfortable, staff lovely and breakfast good. But the sheets were so scratchy that I had trouble sleeping on them. Probably wouldn’t be an issue in the winter. Also no conditioner in the bathroom, no fridge and not much room for suitcases. If you are not flexible the raised bath would be an issue. If they improved the sheets I’d be back.

We booked 4 nights. After day one we were told there would be no refill of coffee pods. We could buy them, but no refills. If we had booked 4 individual sequential nights, we would have had 4 pods each day. Having booked 4 nights we received 4 coffee pods for 4 days.

This was a major irritation! So if you like coffee every morning and are not willing to pay for a buffet breakfast, don’t book a stay at an Amano Group Hotel if you are a coffee drinker.

Hotel was very modern and clean. Our room was DARK. The lights were very dim. Our windows led out to a balcony that was in a strange roofed courtyard, our view was 3 walls only about 8 foot away. Consequently poor light from here. It was like living in the black hole of callcutta. To use the coffee machine or kettle you had to put them on the floor as there was not a socket close enough otherwise. Location was good

Excellent location for Central Berlin landmarks

Excellent location within walking distance of many central Berlin landmarks, from the Reichstag Building to the Berliner Dom (Cathedral). The ZOE has underground parking (spaces are limited, so book in advance) in the basement and is accessible from the street via a car elevator - size restrictions apply, and a Landrover Discovery Sport was a tight fit! The Comfort room was small but comfortable - there was a safe, but no mini fridge, limited floor space, but modern styling and clean modern shower room and toilet. Front desk staff were very helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights over Easter weekend on a couples citybreak. The best thing about the hotel is its location, very close to Hackescher Markt station, the train goes direct to the airport and we also went to Potsdam for the day. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area and all sights eaaily walkable. The hotel room was quite small, but all we needed, we had a balcony where we sat out one night which we enjoyed. We went to the rooftop bar and the view was fab. We would highly recommend the Hotel Zoe, and also we loved Berlin.

DON'T GET AN ADJOINING ROOM - ACOUSTICS V BAD!

Nice little hotel in a great location. Just had issues with the noise between rooms. We stayed 3 nights in a superior room which had an adjoining door. First night the neighbours came home at 5am. Second night at 2am. They made so much noise and the acoustics between rooms was so bad our sleep was severely distrurbed on both occasions.

Great experience! Highly recommend staying here, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, train station and about 5-10 min walk from Alexanderplaz. The roof top bar is a must to watch the sunset and the staff are very attentive….you won’t go thirsty!
The room was clean, spacious and separate quilts are a great idea!
We were able to leave our luggage safely with the hotel as we had a late flight and there was no time limits.
