We were very happy about our stay. We loved the hotels location next to many attractions. It felt safe and although it was new years and loud at night we found the hotel well insulated to keep out the noise and keep in the heat. The bed was comfortable and the shower’s were hot.
The hotel staff was very attentive with special mention to Thomas who was very professional and kind.
We ate often at the coffee shop and had new year’s dinner at the restaurant. That would be my only issue was that the 4 course meal was exceptionally attractive but not to my taste. It’s worth mentioning I am a very good cook and, have a very critical palate others in my group were happy and they loved the wine selection.
When I return to Berlin this will be the only place I would stay. Our group of two couples all found the hotel excellent.

Hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the location- so close to the Alexanderplatz stations with easy access to all of Berlin, and tons of food options around as well. The rooms are huge, beds are comfy and staff is helpful and accommodating.
Cannot say enough good things- will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed our five day stay in this historic building. Check in and out is easy and staff is very attentive. The essentials room made for easy access to laundry services and any room essentials from towels to tissue. We had a wonderful Christmas Day dinner in the Luzii restaurant in the same building.

The room as clean and comfortable but the shower and was basin was in the same room so no privacy at all. It was very conveniently located near the centre of Alexandreaplatz. Check in was easy also as we arrived after midnight.

This was a great location to stay in Berlin! Updated room with a nice kitchenette, and staff were on site if needed despite the self-check in, which was easy to use. Super convenient to get around the city from here, and lots within walking distance. The only thing I would say to those looking to stay here is that it was difficult to regulate the temperature, one minute it was freezing and the next we were sweating. Also be aware that the shower is open to the rest of the room and has no curtain, just a thin panel of glass, Something to be aware of if that would make you uncomfortable! Overall, lovely stay here and I would stay here again!

The room was clean, modern, and super comfy! The bed was one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on and the shower pressure was great. They have a bunch of complimentary amenities like extra towels, toilet paper, and laundry machines to use whenever you need. The cafe downstairs is tasty too! Staff was very friendly, though it is more of a self-guided check in experience.

I absolutely loved my room! It was large, had a complete kitchenette, a shower with tremendous water pressure, and a hair dryer that was also powerful. The staff was very kind and helpful; I would definitely stay there again. Being very close to the Alexanderplatz train station was also a plus.

Had a 4 night stay here last week and I have to say it was spot on.
Handy location and easy access to everything in Berlin.

Considering it's a self hotel it was still fab. The room was beautiful and clean. Handy location and easy access to everything in Berlin.

Although my only negative point about the room was that the shower and sink was in the area as the bed and everything else.
This may not be suitable for couples.
(Which is why I've only given the room 4 stars).

But apart from that absolutely fantastic. And I will be back. 😀

The restoom sink was high making it uncomfortable and the shower has no door,getting a draft when showering. We were charge $25 extra for early entry, even when the room was already available. No dresser to place clothing.

Having a free laundry room ,was great. Room itself coud have used a couple more hooks? No luggage rack. Also, the separate controls for A/C and heating were confusing and my initial night was chilly since housekeeping had left all the windows and patio door open while turning off the heat.

Room was spacious and good. But the only problem is there is no room service except for the second night - which is quite disappointing. We had to go find clean towels ourselves and the room phone doesn’t work. There is also no receptionist you can speak to. The parking they provided was also hard to locate the entrance. Google map will take you to a completely different place.

Although we were initially flustered by the humanless check-in, facilitated by the employees at the adjacent coffee shop, we had a fantastic hotel experience here. We had a very spacious corner room with a view of the Berlin TV tower, and the neighborhood is very walkable with some great restaurants and cultural sites. The coffee in the shop downstairs was terrific, the rain shower in the room relaxing, and the free laundry facilities convenient. Highly recommend!

It was good, room nice but nothing to be able to cook which was the main reason to get a kitchenette. No coffee or cream. What bothered me most is that we put the do not disturb sign at the door when we went out because I do not like people in my room but the housekeeper had the nerve to remove the signs and get inside my room to clean it. I know is her job but if I put a sign to not disturb means I do NOT want anyone there.

The room was nice and it did get cleaned on the second day. Fyi, i never saw a staff person. I checked myself in, at a computer at the front desk. No staff. I scanned my own keycard.
I checked out online and again never saw any staff. There was staff in the restaurant but i did not go there.

Room was great. the shower has glass doors and is within the living room. Depending on who you are traveling with, this maybe great or not. Free laundry but the machines are the high energy efficiency household style (not commercial) and so takes over an hour to wash.

Nie istnieje tu coś takiego jak zwyczajowa recepcja, człowiek od początku do końca sam się melduje i wymeldowuje używając do tego celu wyłącznie swojego telefonu, i tym samym telefonem odblokowuje drzwi do pokoju. Pokój przestronny, nowoczesny, super widok na wieżę telewizyjną. Do Alexander Platz 3 minuty spacerem, super miejsce na zwiedzanie Berlina na piechotę. Blisko do dworca kolejowego i przystanków autobusowych. Dwie rzeczy do poprawy: materac + poduszki oraz bardzo niestabilne wifi, poza tym 10/10, bardzo chętnie powrócę tu przy kolejnym wyjeździe do Berlina

Good stay at Lux 11. Great location, close to transport links and some really nice shops, bars and restaurants on the same street and those behind the hotel. Room was comfortable and really appreciated that the hotel kindly gave my disabled son a quiet room with a slightly larger bed. Staff in bar and restaurant very friendly. Would book again if I returned to Berlin.

Terrific location in central Berlin. Walk to Museum Island and Alexanderplatz.
Great variety of restaurants in the vicinity too.
Room is large and clean. Only gripe is that it lacks storage to unpack fully.
The check in system is fully online so not welcoming, however the cafe is very obliging.

If you’re looking for solid accommodations in Mitte, I highly recommend Lux Eleven Mitte. Nice-sized rooms for Europe, full kitchenette (with cooking surface, but alas no pans), free laundry (including free soap, and coat hangers and baskets you may borrow), a lovely cafe opened until 11:30 pm nightly and a full-service restaurant. Wonderful, helpful, all-English-speaking staff. Not luxurious, but very comfortable for an extended stay and 3/10 mile from Alexanderplatz and steps from the Rosa Luxembourg Strasse Ubahn stop. Bike and scooter rentals abound.

Hotel is very well located! Few steps from Alexandre Platz, short walks to museum island and all.
It is cleaned and rooms are cleaned (if you request) every second night. We used the digital keys. Works well but you need to ensure you keep you cell charged. The laundry facility is a great feature!
I will definitely recommend it.

Great size room, really comfortable bed, and the facilities were amazing quality. I went for the value room expecting a small room. It was very spacious, more than enough room for two people. We even had a view of the TV tower from our window. Easy check in via the app and room key via app was also handy, no having to go get a new one if it stops working.

Absolutely loved this place! Check in was all done by phone with electronic keys being activated on the app. Same with check-out, which was very easy. The apartment itself was wonderful and had everything we needed. Modern, clean, and very comfortable. The drinks in the bar were fantastic, the bagels in the cafe were equally good, and all of the staff were lovely!
We walked all around Berlin from here. Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby.
