Room was looking a bit tired and well worn, parts missing from shower taps, but still useable with some guidance. Air conditioning did not work at all, aaroom was 26/27°c all night. Asked for towels to be swapped every day at the desk, and they never were. Had to go to the desk every night and get towels. Not very helpful at the desk. Willing to let you stand for 10 minutes while they laughed and joked with bar staff.

The \"family\" room was tiny for a family of four. One of my sons slept in a chair that folded out into an uncomfortable bed, and the other slept on a mattress on the floor. The chair was as so uncomfortable that my one son chose to sleep on the hard floor instead.

Great breakfast and great location to main sights in that area. Close to trams/train station so easy to get around. We walked a lot but you don’t have to walk, it’s well connected. Rooms were comfy, clean and maintained. Staff were polite.

The bathroom was really dirty with mold. I did not bathe because of it. The staff is nice and helpful. This hotel is in a great, convenient and walkable area. Alexanderplatz station is 2 blocks away. I walked to it at 6:30 am and felt safe.

Excellent hotel. We have stayed in a lot of UK Premier Inns so we are used to the standards. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. If you require your room cleaning you have to mention to reception, which was no issue for us. Similarly, for additional tea/coffee you just had to ask.

Location is great for tourists. Central location and easy access to trams, buses and trains at nearby Alexanderplatz station. Hop on hop off buses also stop very closeby, if using those.

We didn't eat here due to other plans made for our short stay, but we used the bar for a couple of drinks. Reasonably priced and nice relaxed atmosphere.

We were able to leave our luggage here on early arrival and for our late departure, which was a great help. I would recommend this hotel to others wanting a clean and comfortable place to stay and easy access to main attractions and public transport.

Good location and clean. Advised on check in would have double bed but actually got separate beds we had to push together. Stayed for 3 nights and received no housekeeping. Only saw a note on departure that housekeeping would only be done on request. Feel that guests should be advised on this upon check in. Happy to reuse towels but would have been nice to have been provided more tea and coffees and a clean cup.

Booked premier plus room with additional features of in room fridge and safe, iron and ironing board and complimentary bottles of water. Safe was licked shut in arrival and despite reporting it to the Reception team it was never fixed for the duration of the stay. There is also a limited dining menu for the bar which at 7:00pm on Saturday evening could only offer pizza or soup because the kitchen was closed. The same occurred on the Sunday evening. Having checked out spent time in the lounge and went to order coffees to be told it would be half an hour wait as the machine was in its cleaning cycle. No alternative offered despite there being two other machines in the breakfast room.
Breakfast had more than adequate offerings and appeared well managed. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom cleaned to a high standard

I had emailed premierr in regarding this and still have yet had no responce so i will leave the review here.

Hi I stayed in your hotel for one night 06.09 til 07.09 in room 976 in the alexanderplatz hotel. While the room was lovely the coffee machine was not working properly and the drainage in the shower was not to standard meaning that after my shower I opened the door and all of the water started flooding over the main floor which had my bag with my clothes in it so I was unable to change my clothes as they were soaked which was very disappointing. My key card also failed on one occasion meaning I had to take an unnecessary trip to reception to reset my card. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

The internet was great and the room was clean. The bar at the hotel was good and offered nice wine at a reasonable price which was even better between 5-7pm as it was happy hour and 30% off all drinks. Staff were friendly. One criticism was the air conditioning. Despite the fact the property said it had it, it seemed this was only available in the summer- the staff recommended we switch it off and open the window to cool the room down from the 28 degrees it had reached at the start of the holiday. This was a minor set back and once we figured out this was the way it got it down to a more reasonable 22 degrees. So, the hotel was generally a bit warm. Having the window open at night wasn’t really an option as the hotel backed onto a busy road with lot of car noise and emergency service sirens throughout the night. So, workable and probably reflected in the cheaper price of this hotel. Wouldn’t let that put anyone off booking this place as the hotel location is great. However best being aware before booking.

If you like walking there’s lots to see in the surrounding area, shops and restaurants. Transport links are good if you prefer
We walked to the Brandenburg Tor and back and then you see all the lovely buildings by the river
Personally I didn’t like walking too much at night
All in all a pleasant stay and we were able to leave our luggage before check in and once we checked out nice reception and bar area to relax in
Staff were all very friendly would visit again

I liked the service at the Hotel Premier Berlin they do a lot to help the guest there.There a few things that they should consider to do to make their hotel more relaxing. First all hotel rooms should have a small fridge for even just bottled water.And when I asked if they could give me a early moring wake up call they said that they do not do that. That was a big surprise to me almost all common hotels offer morning wake calls this would a great thing for the guests something to consider I believe service for the customers is what hotels are all about

Here at the Premier Berlin you get treated very well the staff are very friendly & helpful.when you get here you will notice right away the staff are there ready answer your questions. And check you in no time I have to say this is a fantastic hotel for service & comfort but my ultimate reason for coming to the Premier Berlin is the location it is truly mezzmorizing all the restaurants and shopping stores and cafes all within 3 city blocks of the Premier Berlin hotel and that is in all directions and don't forget the Alexanderplatz commuter shuttle is but 3 blocks away too you are in the core of Berlin right here at the Premier Berlin hotel it has everything you want all right here

I was in a put in an accessible room and overall it was nice but there are some issues that should be addressed. The cleanliness of the accessible equipment was sub-par. It didn’t bother me since I didn’t need it but it really needs to be taken care of.
The location is walking distance to Alexanderplatz and shopping. I had a room on a lower floor and the street noise was noisy until the evening, fine to sleep

This property is conveniently located within several blocks of Alexanderplatz, which gives you access to trains and buses to go anywhere and everywhere in Berlin.
The staff at the front desk were always very helpful.
The breakfast (although a little pricey in my book) was very good.

I made a prepaid booking and was surprised to be charged again for the room when paying the city tax — unclear and frustrating. Still awaiting refund…

The “family room” was very misleading. It was actually just a single room with one double bed and what best described as a “twin bed,” but turned out to be a fold-out armchair. Definitely not what I expected for a family room.

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in Berlin :) Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett , das Zimmer war super und auch sauber bei der Anreise,Betten warensehr bequem :) das einzige was wir nicht toll fanden ,war das in den Tagen nicht einmal das Reinigungspersonal im Zimmer war und die Mülleimer ausgeleert hat oder ähnliches...Aber wir würden immer wieder buchen in diesem Hotel :)

Es war sehr laut. Straßenlärm unvermeidbar, da an einer viel befahrenden Straße...hätte mir 3-fach Verglassung gewünscht.
Parken ab Samstag 19 Uhr kostenfrei direkt am Hotel möglich. Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Meget sentral beliggenhet samtidig som det ikke er for mye støy rundt bygget. Veldig fine rom, god frokost og hyggelige folk som jobber der. Eneste minuset er at vi var nær å måtte betale 261€ i city-tax, men da vi sa ifra innså mannen i resepsjonen å ha regent feil. Ble 12€, markant forskjell
