The best part about the hotel is the convenience of the location (and the great view). As a solo traveler, the size of the room was fine, and I didn’t mind that only a curtain separated the shower from the rest of the room.

However, what I did mind was the size of the pillows - half the width of a regular pillow and so soft they essentially collapsed as soon as your head touched hit them. The water pressure is also awful - the tap in my bathroom produced only boiling water and the temperature for the shower was either scalding or freezing.

The worst part about the hotel is the fact that guests can do seemingly whatever they like, with no repercussions. I stayed here for 3 nights and every night was kept awake for hours on end by doors slamming, people shouting in the corridors, and rave-like music being blasted from my neighbours above. I don’t think I slept more than 4 hours. Only on one occasion did security come to tell people to be quiet (and that was at 6am - far too late to make a difference).

I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. This hotel looks good, but unfortunately looks can be very deceiving.

We stayed for 3 nights as a long weekend to visit Berlin. The location in Alexanderplatz was idéal for getting around by public transport and was on the same line (S9) as the airport.
This was a busy city hotel, we had rooms on the 34th floor with great views to the east.
Room was tiny but very clean and functional with pod machine, we asked for a kettle and one was delivered. Bed was very hard and not a true double.
Shower was good and easy to use.
Breakfast was very good, busy but you never felt it and hardly waited for anything - good selection and very fresh. Staff very helpful (all except reception on arrival).
We found the food court in the nearby Alexa mall ideal for eating in the evening.
More functional than comfort, but very convenient.

The hotel itself is good, and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.
However, the restaurant deserves a negative star if that were possible. The breakfast was extremely limited (mostly just different types of ham), and the service was very unfriendly. Some of the servers were rude, which completely ruined the dining experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Park Inn Berlin. The top-level room offered an awesome city view, especially the TV Tower, which was absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice, with a good variety and quality. Overall, a great hotel in a perfect location—I would happily stay here again.

This hotel was amazing and extremely convenient, as it’s located in the heart of everything. There are many shops nearby, including department stores and shopping centres, as well as plenty of restaurants and fast-food options. If you visit during Christmas time, there are two Christmas markets—one directly outside the hotel and another just a five-minute walk away.

The hotel also offers many amenities and activities, including a rooftop high swing, which I tried and absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

We love Park Inn because this hotel situated very convenient place, just 1-2mins from Alexanderplatz Station which if you catch faster train such as RB8, only within 30 mins to the airport to the hotel. U2 train entrance is just next to it. This occasion we chose Standard City View room which has great view from our room toward the tower and Christmas Market under the hotel and opposite side of the station. Coffee pod machine in the room but you could request a kettle and teabags at the reception. The reception staffs were very friendly and very efficient. After checked out, the hotel offered us suitcase storage for €2 per luggage (stayed guest only). This is quite reasonable price than other luggage storage facilities near the station. Strongly recommended. We are very sure we’ll be back next time visiting Berlin for sure.

We paid for a superior room with a corner view and were very glad we did. The view of the TV tower and a large part of the city was very good but mared by the close proximity of a new tower block above the Kaufhof department store.

The room was very clean and well laid out. With sufficient storage for our clothing. However the single beds with single quilts were a significant irritation! Particularly as the beds moved apart very easily! As for the items referred to as ‘pillows’ I can say that this is not the first time in Europe I have come across what I would describe as nothing more than a ‘ghost of a pillow!!’Fortunately, when asked, the Housekeeping team agreed to send 4 large pillows to the room.
As for amenities, maybe being old and British colours my opinion but the Nespresso machine was a poor replacement from a simple kettle. The 2 pods of unknown contents and cups too big to fit under machine nozzle indicated the completed failure of the management to provide genuinely useable facilities.
Outside of these issues and apart from the excessive wait for one of the 4 lifts to stop on your floor, the overall amenities operated very well for such a high volume of guests.

The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the centre of Berlin and particularly at this time of year, multiple Christmas markets and shopping centres.

Overall our stay was very good. The hotel was busy, & had a lovely atmosphere. It was clean and the staff were friendly & attentive.
The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom facilities in the rooms. Individual cubicles for toilet & shower in the bedroom, with only a frosted glass door for privacy ..... not much privacy !!

Stayed a week. Definitely mixed experience. Positives: very good location; pretty quiet in room; comfy bed. Negatives: the shower has ever-changing water temp, impossible to regulate. Every time, regardless of time of day; maid service left a bit to be desired. I only requested it twice and they didnt change the sheets, vacuum or restock paper products, etc.; the revolving door out to the plaza was broken for 3 days, meaning you could go through the connect Burger King if they were open or go out the doors on the other side which is a significant pain with luggage and/or in the rain.

No AC in the rooms, though there was a thermostat connected to a radiator under the window. The shower and toilet both had ~1 to 1/2\" gaps in the doors, leading to water leaking out into the room if you're not careful while showering.But the room was clean and quiet (with the window closed), the beds comfortable and the staff pleasant.

Not pleased at all. Got there and had a room with a view with a queen or king size bed. Then they decided to put 2 single beds together in the room.
I complained and then they put a topper on it still with 2 single duvets on it.
Afyer the first night I came back at roughly 3am to find dog poop in the lift.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because of its location to my family, but never have. This particular trip I absolutely needed to be next to Alexander plots for the convenience of my airplane departure, so I booked it here for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. I only needed a small room so the price was right. Staff was amazing with daily room cleaning to boot. Thank you so much for the great day. Would gladly recommend and do it again. Another one of the big draws, is that because you’re so close to the train station it makes it easy to get in and out, but the biggest plus was that you can get a Döner almost any time of the day. Perfect! A+.

We spent two nights at the Park Inn. We had a room for three people, and the pullout couch worked very well. Location is fantastic and so convenient for the trains, any other public transportation, and is walkable to almost anything. Breakfast in the morning was extremely good. Would stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel for several years now for an annual event, and my experience with its staff has been on a steady decline. They are rude, they lie blatantly to your face and have no concept of customer service whatsoever.

The hotel itself is okayish, definitely not a 4 star hotel though. The amenties in the room are quite basic and cleanliness is ok.
My room had the rain shower head not working, so only the hand shower not worked and it had a low mount which made it inconvenient to use. The breakfast is ok, but for a 4 Star hotel, it's lacking and chaotic when it's busy. The only thing that this hotel has going for it, is that its very central location in the heart of Alexanderplatz, but honestly there are plenty of other better hotels around the square. I regretted booking this hotel.

The beds were super comfy and the rooms were modest, but clean. Check in wasn’t smooth: the self check-in kiosk didn’t work, but then I queued for 10-15min while a clerk took a phone call, despite being called forward to the desk.

The restaurant was average really. The soup ordered arrived tepid at best, and the charcuterie type option offered sliced bread because “the kitchen had ran out” - something not shared with us at time of ordering, sadly.

I was very kindly afforded the luxury to have a late checkout on my final day, but the update wasn’t shared with the housekeeping staff who knocked twice in 2h, and because we weren’t able to align in languages or translation, the conversation ended shortly.

one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. room has no figobar, the bathroom is open to the room with the sink right next to the bed, the shower door has a plastic seal at the bottom that you have to hold up in order for the door to close, water leaked outside the shower box and into the room, you can hear A LOT of noise from the other rooms (specially dragging furniture around and slamming doors shut, to the point of constantly shaking your bed), lobby always super crowded, blackout curtains didn't go all the way to the bottom, so a lot of light would come in, ar conditioning wasn't strong enough, the room was supposed to have a king bed, but had 2 single beds pushed together that kept separating if you moved a bit. honestly, the only 2 good things about this hotel are the location and the view, other than that, it is all really bad!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is small, but as I was travelling by myself and not spending a ton of time in the hotel it was perfect for what I needed. The location also ended up being very convenient, as there are lots of public transportation and food options near by.
