No logramos descansar ya que nos dieron una habitación en el 6to piso y en el 7mo tienen un bar. Se escuchó gente por el pasillo toda la noche, inclusive fumando. Me pareció inseguro.

There’s a club on the 6th floor that goes until 5:00am that’s SO loud. We got no sleep and the club people said the police are called all the time for complaints. We could hear and feel the bass in our room for hours!

Really bad check in, we arrived at 5pm to be told the room was not ready and we would have to wait, many other guests in foyer waited for 2+ hours. Staff shortage apparently. After 1 hour we were given the room which had a poor layout, no kettle and quite a lot of noise from other guests. Maybe suited to a younger market than us 60 year olds. The bed was comfy, the shower good and super close to the main station.

The self-service check-in was tedious, the person available to assist in the process was unfriendly and provided help begrudgingly. Other staff, however, were helpful and friendly. The room was small (not atypical for Europe), but there was somewhat limited closet and drawer space. The location was good if your priority is being close to the main train station. However, there are better locations if you want to walk to destination sites.

The room given to us was smaller than what I booked online. The bath sink was dirty, and we had to clean it before using it. There were no sugar/milk packets by the coffee maker. I booked 2 twin beds Comfort Room, and we were given the Standard Double bed room. The hotel was busy, however, they are required to give me the room that I booked and paid for.

Travelling for decades and that was the worst check in I've ever had. I could tell the staff were trying their best but most rooms weren't ready. Extremely long check in times. Didn't even get our original room booking but I'm with my nearly 80 year old mum. No one replied to my requests on expedia for an accessible bathroom. Getting a room an hour after check in is ridiculous. Had i not kicked up a fuss WHICH I NEVER DO we wouldve had to wait even longer. Over promising and under delivering is abysmal. We got there early 1pm was told the room wasn't ready which is perfectly fine but then got told 3pm. So we waited patiently. 3pm came. Waited in line 305pm got told a few more minutes were needed to finish the room. Went to the back of the line. 320pm got told the room still wasn't ready. Got told could be 20 minutes and to wait in line. This point the line snaked around the lobby almost out of the door waited 20 minutes to the side of the counter as i refused to line up again. Got told it'll be another 20 minute's. I'm autistic. I hate conflict. Ive worked at a hotel and in customer service. I never lose my cool. But I'd been up since 4am and it was almost 4pm and had my elderly mother to consider. Got a room that didn't seem the same at all but just wanted to get mum and myself settled. I'm sure the guys at reception did what they could with the resources they had but someone somewhere completely screwed up and made an absolute mess leaving a lot of upset and angry patrons.

Nice hotel great location steps from Berlin Central station. Friendly staff very accommodating. We tried the first night to eat at the on-site Italian restaurant and after approx.10 minutes of being ignored we got up and left. We tried it a second night and had better luck. The food was good and reasonable, service was fair. Overall the hotel is very solid, would stay again.

Charged for coffee refills, first time for that. Puts the hotel over-budget?
Restaurant was very slow and the staff was quite rude: delivered drinks and dishes with a “you’re welcome”. Probably because I reminded them after 15 min they were going to clean a table in 5min. The pasta was good but still cannot recommend.

Nice clean hotel across the road from the Central Train Station and a Tram line, but it is also within walking distance to most historic sites. My only disappointment was that they advertise the rooms as having a fridge but they are not turned on so I couldn't keep my drinks cold.

Next to train station

Just a short stay due to flight change so the location is perfect (right in front of central station). The staffs are reasonably polite and helpful. The lobby space is a bit crowded, as the ground floor restaurant extend into it.
The room itself is clean, bed is two single bed combined, but not too soft which is good.
The water tap has very high pressure, it sprays all over. People should be warned. It would be much better if there is a kettle in the room. Not everyone drink coffee.

Great modern hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. With the tablet by the bed you should be able to book breakfast. It seems this doesn’t work. The lady at breakfast told me this. They advertise an Apartment Bar but both evenings I went there it appeared to be closed.

Central location

The location was central near the main train station in Berlin. There were lots of restaurants/food stands and stores nearby. The rooms were clean and quiet, we were on the 5th floor and rarely heard any noise disturbance from the street other than the odd sirens.

Very convenient for transport options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked having an empty fridge in the room for our own use. We didn't use it but saw push bikes with hotel name on them so probably available to guests staying at the hotel. Minor inconvenience for us was lack of English tv channels except for sports and news channels.

I was a bit hesitant since a few reviews mentioned that rooms were not clean. But I took a shot and everything was neat when I arrived.

The mini fridge in my room did not work but it was not a big deal for me since I was out in Berlin all the time.

I would stay there again anytime.

Average hotel, there was dried paint in the sink which was a surprise. Bedsheets and pillows were very faintly dusty, which normally wouldn’t be a problem unless you have a sensitivity or allergies to dust.

Otherwise, nothing special. Average hotel for a decent price which is very conveniently right across the Berlin HBF.

Staff were friendly and generally helpful. The breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of items availabile. The room was fairly spacious but the beds were too soft and very uncomfortable. They have a rooftop bar but unfortunately every time we tried to go, there was a private event going on.

Room was extremely clean and fairly spacious. The room had a broken refrigerator and phone. We were instructed to go the attached restaurant to ask for ice where we were given 2 glasses of ice when we asked for a bucket. Phone not working made communicating with the front desk difficult. There was no effort to compensate in any way for the inconveniences.


Location is great! Very short walk to the Berlin hbf station!

Great location just across from the Grand Central Station. The room was comfort and clean. Even the pull out couch bed was comfy, which is a rarity! I loved taking a bath in the huge tub. We asked for extra towels several times and they always arrived promptly. A/C worked well as did both TVs. Only suggestion would be to refill the Nespresso coffee capsules everyday. But other than that it was a very nice stay.

Great location (very short walk from Berlin HBF), check in was swift, the rooms clean and decent size (3 person suite).

Air conditioning faulty on first night (meant loud night with the window open and punters shouting at 4am!). Other room fault being bathroom sink not draining properly. Otherwise, rooms were quite clean (although cleaning seemed to refuse to empty the bin and take any dirty glassware) and it was quiet one our air-con was fixed.

We were refused entry to the in-hotel club after being told we weren’t wearing the right attire and needed a stamp from reception (free entry for hotel guests) - got scrubbed up and went to reception to be told it was a private event and no more hotel guests were allowed in (it wasn’t a private event and it was desolate when we went in and ordered a drink before being told to exit to change) - all felt very disrespectful and slightly embarrassing. Do not advertise your rooftop and bar if residents aren’t actually welcome to use!

Rooms very moderate and clean, hotel right across road from Central station so easy to get to, staff helpful and breakfast was delicious, my only issue is I asked for twin beds and got a double but it was large and my friend and I didn't bother asking for a new room and we found the shower room a bit strange in that it's not a walled bathroom, it's a clear glass shower so your room mate can see everything a bit too much so we used a towel hung over the door to give us a bit of privacy, it was a short stay so we managed just not something we're used

Fantastic Hotel

2minute walk from the HBF train station which made this hotel perfect for getting around. The hotel was super modern with a nice lobby, outside courtyard with bar area, and a Italian restaurant downstairs and a roof terrace/nightclub upstairs. rooms were spacious, bright and clean.
