Room 325 terribly squeaky bed that made noises with every turn. Bathtub faucet FELL off. Intermittent internet probably bc it was so far away from office. Side door to the hotel was UNLOCKED and would NOT close tight the first 2 nights. No Elevator and put on the 3rd floor Hard to believe there was not one room with double beds

Our room was disgusting, apparently there was a leak on an upper floor there was patch job by couch and bathroom ceiling with drywall mud everywhere…. Attempted the pull out sofa found hair on it and dirt! Not to mention the shower did not look to be throughly cleaned there was hair in it

The elevator broke down and was unable to be repaired until Monday.Tge staff did not contact me. I am handicapped and was on the 3rd floor. I had to call and request to be moved to the ground floor due to being unable to climb 3 flights of stairs. The 1st female front desk stated they would have a room available after 330 and would call me and let me know it was ready. She did not call. I called at 330 and spoke to her male colleague who advised that the previous front desk clerk had not told him about my situation, however housekeeping had just let him know. The male front desk was very helpful and apologetic. He offered to assist with bringing down my bags but another hotel guest helped me downstairs. I was very upset that his colleague had left her shift and not made sure to relay my information.
The next morning, Sunday, I requested a 1 hour late departure from the female front desk clerk and was advised she had to get the okay from the head housekeeper. She came back on the phone and told me housekeeping said no. I was extremely upset, especially after the lack of assistance the previous day and felt that a 1 hour delayed departure should have been easy to accommodate.
Over all excluding my intial check in, and the assistance from the male front desk which was great, my experience at this facility was absolutely terrible and I do not plan on utilizing these accommodations in the future!!!

This hotel is in need of updates to bring back a clean and fresh feeling. Curtains were ripped, bed was unstable, light fixtures were rusty, bathroom calking was falling apart and moldy, finger prints on the wall, and limited hot breakfast items. Staff was great, plenty of towels, sheets were clean, welcome area of hotel was nice and welcoming, plenty of parking. Hotel was tired and in need of updates to bring back top guest experience.

We would’ve changed hotels had not all the others been booked up when we were in town for a kids sporting event.

The room strongly smelled of mildew but we just kept it because half my family had the sniffles and couldn’t smell. It was dark in the room, which made you wonder how dirty it was during the day. The lobby always smelled of smoke because people would smoke out front and the staff would leave the door open so it would always blow through - morning and night people were smoking out front. Gross.

The side door was propped open w a stick which means anyone could get into the hallways at any time of night. Use the deadbolt!

The sink porcelain was cracked in the basin. Paint was chipping off the toilet.

The only reason it got 2 stars instead of one is because everything worked and there were no bugs.

Will never stay here again.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had in years. The place was definitely in need of repair, the microwave was broken, the coffee maker was broken, the bathroom floor was so slippery that you scared acrossed it from some sort of wax or oil. The air conditioning was not adjustable so you either had to turn it on or off. The carpet had recently been shampooed and was damp and smelled terrible. I was woken up several times during the night by barking dogs in the hotel . If it hadn't been the end of a very long day of driving I would have kept on the road for another place but they're also would not have been a refund.

It was our 10 year anniversary and wanted the jetted whirlpool which i reserved. We got a regular bathtub that didn’t even drain properly. the front desk just said he needed to call someone for technical issues. thee technical issue was that room didn’t exist and said unavailable. The front desk didn’t bother to tell us that but i overheard him on the phone when he was speaking about it being unavailable. My husband went down to see what happened to our room we booked and the guy said they have been telling expedia the property does not have a room with a whirlpool. Bar of soap where the sink is was used same with the toilet paper. There were nasty smeared hand prints all over the tv screen the phone was gross and sticky.

Overall a big let down for it being part of the Radisson or Choice brand.

Hardly anyone available during the night whether sleeping or all together not present on the premise.

Multiple issues with the reservation and payments. Doesn't seem like those working the desk know how to do a reservation properly.

Cops sit in parking lot and in the middle of street, why? Smell of mold. Bugs, no change so you can use laundry facilities, curtains torn and valances falling off, screens torn. Trashy place. We pulled into parking lot and an employee comes out telling us we can't park there it was employee parking. NO signs, nothing. We simply parked next to the vehicle already parked there.

No one was at the check-in. Had to ring the bell and wait. Check in desk was very dark like 40 W bulb dark and so was the lobby. Lobby smelled like pot yes marijuana. No security on staff. Front desk staff was cordial and very pleasant. housekeeping staff was very pleasant and clean the property well Security was nonexistent and maintenance is doing quite frankly a lousy job. Saw two fights in the parking lot and only stayed 20 hours.

Questionable people present , Me & my family don't smoke and this hotel doesn't hold guests or ppl who work here to a high standard especially when its a non smoking hotel and there are signs. Both guest and staff can be witnessed not following policies ( especially smoking on the premises ) The 2nd floor reeks of smoke in the evenings/nights and your forced to walk through smoke because people are smoking in the only two doorways that allow you to go in and out. Whats the point of a no smoking sign if it isn't being upheld.
You can easily overhear gossip, inappropriate conversations both in the halls and at the front desk. I will be staying elsewhere when traveling.

The hotel itself provides a quiet environment. It also sits away from the city and is in a fairly quieter part of town.

The stay would have been pleasant however there were people smoking cigarettes as well as weeid throughout the evening and nights in the front entrance as well as the back. I don't know about you but who wants to walk through smoke to get inside the hotel. The whole back entrance all the way to the bathrooms smelled of weeid.

Breakfast is hit or miss, but I would look into improving it. Half done potatoes, raw eggs and cold sausage isn't appetizing.

You ask for housekeeping it doesn't necessarily get done.

Always a pleasant atmosphere during the morning shift. Depending who is on during the second half of the shift it can be hit or miss.
However I've yet to come into or receive pleasantries during the over night shift. I understand night shift isn't for everyone but everyone you come in contact with should feel welcomed as a guest and that isn't the common factor on that particular shift.

The rooms was fine except for the bathroom shower. The plumbing wasn’t attached correctly through the shower wall and was sort of free floating. It worked but it was a delicate balance. The breakfast was average. Good waffles, coffee and juice but the eggs both days were like rubber and inedible!

It was okay, could be better

During the day and evening hours the level of service is unmatched compared to some of the surrounding hotels/motels , however during the nights it's like a totally different atmosphere and hotel comparing it to the daylight and evening hours. The person at the desk at night is either sleeping or complaining about doing their job.

Housekeeping is friendly. Plenty of things to do nearby.

guest services during the overnight shift are less than friendly and welcoming. It is a struggle when it comes to your reservation as it appears the person at the desk isn't fully comprehending what needs to be done and are not really motivated to come from behind the desk when something is needed.

The hotel sits in a peaceful area of York Pa. Plenty of food and shopping businesses within walking & driving distance. The hotel is a bit dated but you can tell that whoever is running the hotel is trying.

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel is a bit dated. There's plenty of establishments within both walking and driving distance. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful.

Breakfast can use some improvement especially everything isn't prepared or out for breakfast. Seems like just enough is being done however it isn't enough and before 7am there is more than one item completely out.
