The Residence offers houses and apartments overlooking the picturesque Port of Houle and the sea, just 150 meters from the port, 400 meters from shops and the town center, and 4 km from Port-Mer beach. Each spacious accommodation provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
Apartments feature kitchenettes equipped with dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, and coffeemakers. They also include separate toilets and either a terrace or garden, most of which are unfenced.

Positive: great location, Cancale was a gem and the hotel conveniently located. Unit was a good size with large grounds overlooking the bay. Quiet.
Negative: mattresses were terrible - hard and big sag on both sides of the double. They charged extra for virtually everything (€5 for WiFi, no soap provided but some on sale for another 5€...). They provided sheets and bath towels but you had to make and strip your own bed, take out the garbage etc. They even came by to inspect that you did all of this before releasing your 400€ deposit. The front desk person was nice but reception hours were very restricted.

First off, the staff, they were all friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault them.
The accommodation was spacious and reasonably priced.
There is a small paved area for each apartment with a table and chairs which is nice to sit and watch the sun set.
It would have been nice to have an oven in the kitchen.
The bed I found quite uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft.
Unfortunately the last two points means it gets 4 instead of 5 out of 5.

Lovely place, but the cleaning....
These properties are really lovely. They have a bit more of an up market feel about them. The location is superb, 10 mins to the town and 15 to the port walking, and both are great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. You can buy discounted tickets for many attractions in the area. The property we stayed at was really well equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. My only problem with it was the military style checkout. You either had to pay 50 euros for a final clean or do it yourself (50 is a lot given the property isn't that big ). So before you leave you have to make an appointment for Them to inspect your cleaning. Given you are meant to be on holiday it's all a bit stressful, worrying about the standard of your cleaning. So I'd recommend staying but just be warned.

Nice accommodation but everything was \"for sale\" even the cleaning supplies or the iron. we had to clean the apartment before leaving or pay a 45 euros cleaning fee. Overall nice stay.

You get what u pay for
The location is great, walkable to the port/town. Plenty of parking. The Hotel--more like an apartment B&B has a strict policy of when you can checkin/checkout. Checkin is from 4-7pm and if you come in late-as we did. You have to call ahead of time and let the staff know so they can put your key in a lockbox. When we checked out you have from 8-10pm to vacant but you have to make an appointment so the front desk can come by to your apartment and check (trash is taken out, sheets/linens are in the laundry bag, cups, plates, items are still there. Afterwards, you take your linen bag to the front and then you can check out.

Bring what you need to cook/clean
This is a difficult place for US travelers. Hotel assumes that you bring much of what you need in the kitchen. They don't supply napkins, paper towels, dish soup, salt & pepper, pool towels, etc. We had to make many trips to the store. Wiifi is available for a fee. The room was quiet and the pool was nice.

Great location and accommodation for Brittany.
Location excellent - quiet but only a 15min walk from the port and town centre areas. Apartments are spotless and very well maintained, as are the pool and grounds. We stayed in a 2 bed 6 person duplex unit. Overall a good size for a family. Bedrooms are fairly small, but fine, but the living areas and bathroom are a good size and well equipped. Cancale is a good base for northern Brittany, with plenty of good beaches, St Malo, Dinan, Mont St Michel all within an hour's drive. Plenty of good restaurants around the port area, especially if you like seafood which is first class, and a good market on Sunday morning near the church in the town centre. We stayed there mid August, and while busy, it was certainly not overcrowded except at Mont St Michel on the other side of the bay in Normandy.

Great hotel, great location - 2 min walk to town, beautifully quite, lovelly rooms, very clean and new and modern. The apartments were great. Few comments as follows.
1) Chose your room carefully. Upstairs room are probably quiter than downstars cos you don't have people moving chairs and stuff across a tile floor (we tried to be quite but its hard). Downstairs have patio's and the balconies on the upstairs rooms are not balcomies they are just big windows (Juliet balconies). So its annoying watching everyone have fun on their patio, when you are stuck in your room. So upstairs is good in some ways (probably quiter) but downstairs better in some ways (you get a good patio)
2) Wifi is 7 Euros an hour which is a total rip off if you ask me. I paid £5 for 20 days mobile internet access on my smartphone. Do the math.
Its a really lovelly place though and would definatly recomend it, partiularly beautiful is the beach between cancale and St Malo on the coastal road. Stunning.

Déçu nous n'y retournerons pas
Dès notre arrivée, l’expérience a malheureusement mal commencé. Nous avons été accueillis par le dirigeant de l’établissement, qui s’est montré particulièrement désagréable dès l’enregistrement. Les documents envoyés par l’hôtel étant arrivés dans mes spams, je n’avais en ma possession que les documents de réservation fournis par Hotels.com, qu’il a refusé de prendre en compte de manière catégorique et peu courtoise. Lors de notre départ, nous l’avons recroisé et il s’est montré tout aussi désagréable avec un autre couple. Cela semble malheureusement être une habitude.
Concernant le logement, il n’est pas mauvais en soi, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus :
Nous avions prévenu que nous venions avec un bébé, pourtant la chambre était trop petite pour y installer un lit parapluie, alors même que le lit parental est un simple 140 cm.
Le wifi est facturé 5 € par jour, ce qui est vraiment regrettable de nos jours.
Aucun kit de nettoyage à disposition (il faut en faire la demande et payer 5 €), alors qu’il est mentionné dans l’annonce. Ce n’est pas très pratique, surtout pour laver un biberon dès le premier jour.
Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne que 15 minutes par heure, ce qui est frustrant.
Un seul vestiaire disponible à la piscine et très peu de casiers, alors que la capacité maximale affichée est de 65 personnes.
Les terrasses sont très rapprochées les unes des autres, ce qui ne permet aucune intimité.
En résumé, rien que pour le comportement du dirigeant, nous ne reviendrons

Nous avions prévenu que nous venions avec un bébé, pourtant la chambre était trop petite pour y installer un lit parapluie, alors même que le lit parental est un simple 140 cm.
Le wifi est facturé 5 € par jour, ce qui est vraiment regrettable de nos jours.
Aucun kit de nettoyage à disposition (il faut en faire la demande et payer 5 €), alors qu’il est mentionné dans l’annonce. Ce n’est pas très pratique, surtout pour laver un biberon dès le premier jour.
Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne que 15 minutes par heure, ce qui est frustrant.
Un seul vestiaire disponible à la piscine et très peu de casiers, alors que la capacité maximale affichée est de 65 personnes.
Les terrasses sont très rapprochées les unes des autres, ce qui ne permet aucune intimité.
En résumé, rien que pour le comportement du dirigeant, nous ne reviendrons

Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist prima. Man steigt über Treppen zum Hafen in ca. 5-10Min. hinunter. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war sauber, wenn auch schon ein wenig verwohnt. Wir hatten ein kleines 4Personen Apartment im Erdgeschoss reserviert und auch bekommen. Im 1. Stock haben diese Apartments keinen Balkon. Die Kinder mochten den Pool. Die einzigen wirklichen Kritikpunkt sind die Betten. Das Doppelbett ist ca.120x190cm und das Schlafsofa, ca.140x200cm, war furchtbar unbequem und knarzte bei jeder Bewegung. Man spürte und hörte jede einzelne Bettfeder. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert!

L'emplacement de ce village de vacances est près du port, du centre ville et d'un super marché. Mais la plus belle plage se trouve à 4km. Nous avons loué une maison de 6 personnes pour notre couple et un petit chien. Je conseille ce genre de logement pour 4 personnes maximum si vous aimez avoir de l'espace.
Nous n'avons pas su profiter de l'espace piscine mais de nombreuses personnes se baignaient même à l'extérieur.
La responsable de ce lotissement est très serviable et à l'écoute.

On habitais à la petite maison avec l'invironnement calme et magnifique. L'hôtel se trouve vers la belle ville \"calcale\".

Sur un week-end de 3 jours, je trouve très regrettable que la prise de la location soit effective seulement à 16h (c'est trop tard et cela coupe l'après midi), dans notre cas cas nous étions arrivé le matin et nous aurions pu obtenir les clés pour 14h cela nous permettait de nous poser et de plus profiter de l'environnement par la suite surtout pour un court séjour comme le notre !

Par contre j'ai peu apprécié les conditions de réservation : ils me demandaient une facture d'hotels.com et une preuve de paiement, ce qui est pratique quand on arrive tard et les mains dans les poches. J'ai perdu une heure à trouver un endroit ou me connecter pour transférer les mails d'hotels.com et de paypal... s'ils ne sont pas capables de gérer les réservations via des sites tiers ils n'ont qu'à arrêter ce type de partenariat.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, pero cobran por cualquier cosa extra, wifi, limpieza, etc. Lo peor es tener que hacer el recuento de objetos del apartamento para confirmar que no falta nada al salir, con lo que si la estancia es corta, pierde algo de tiempo, pues son bastante amplios y con todo incluido (cubiertos, vajilla, etc.). También es necesario dejarlo todo limpio y en perfecto estado antes de irte, o te cobran un servicio de limpieza. El resto está muy bien.
