During the time of my visit, my car was broken into and my computer was stolen. The staff could not be bothered to call the police, and were incredibly unhelpful in dealing with the situation. The police asked me stay an additional few days on the property, but the hotel refused to offer a discount, or help with rebooking the accomodation. I ended up having to pay for over 500€ for 2 people, even though I was only 1 person, in order to stay at the request of the police. The food at the resort too was only British and German food. Thus, horribly greasy and fried. Very limited healthly options.

In short, the stay was positive and I would go again - but there were a few things that were below expectation, especially for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, great overall.

Negatives:

No air conditioning: even tho we visited in Nov, still struggled with the hot & humid air - thankfully the staff were able to provide a fan upon request which partially helped.
Sewage smell: an unpleasant smell was present in the toilet/bathroom especially throughout the first 2 days.
Cockroach: live cockroach creeping around near bags/hangers.
Pool: the pool didn't look clean at the bottom.
Entertainment: the presented entertainment was average/mediocre at best and mostly in Spanish.
Cleanliness: cleanliness can be greatly improved, especially inside the shower.
TV: programs were pretty bad and mostly in spanish

Positives:

Great location
Great bar (especially if all-inclusive)
Great food and service
Wonderful scenery and decoration
Plenty of space to sit and lay around the pool
Other amenities were fine in the room
The mattress was really great and firm. Sufficient pillows available with suitable sizes.

Well worth the money paid for. Food choices very basic for all inclusive but enough to have a go at. Drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, were bang on. Staff at the bars were sound, receptionists also (bar one man). Wouldn’t bring my family, much more of a friend’s few days away, as limited for kids.

The hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking to spend some time in/ around Peurto De La Cruz. While not directly in the centre, it is within easy walking distance.

As a basic hotel it has everything you need - clean lobby are and clean bedrooms which were satisfactory. However the hotel is quite worn down and in all honesty I have never had a worse hotel breakfast. Even the \"fresh\" tomatoes and cucumber were inedible let alone the rest of the food on offer.

Staff were okay and attentive, although if you require car parking, don't expect there to be much room in the tiny off road car park across from the hotel. And with a lot of shops cafes and bars on that street, street parking is very slim.

We had a spacious sea view room, the bathroom was a nice size too. We were more than happy with the room. We were half board, but was disappointed with the choice of food. The dining room was like a works canteen. The staff worked hard clearing plates and rushing around, it was done on a budget and it showed. Would recommend eating out and about, it’s worth it, we found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. The pool was freezing so we didn’t go for a swim, which was a shame. But we always managed to get a sun lounger, even though the hotel was packed. The reception was very welcoming and friendly.

The photos make this hotel look better than it actually is, for example the pool area is very small for the size of hotel, which I imagine is a bigger problem in peak periods. The hotel is looking a little tired in some areas, though you can see the company is making improvements when/where possible. That said the hotel was clean and tidy, staff were helpful, and I felt I got value for money. I’d give it 6.5 out of 10

We arrived late, and because we informed the hotel, they saved us a cold dinner, not much, but it filled a hole!! Also asked for 2 rooms close to each other, got them next door, whch was also good, roo.s were ones that had recently been renovated, so looked clean and fresh. All in all a lovely relaxing week, would defunately stay again

We arrived late and we were provided with a packed lunch (the only positive)
We were sent to our rooms which are dated, dirty and loud.
The first thing was sewing needles on the bedroom carpet. We sat down and opened the packed lunch to find mouldy fruit and soaked wet paper bags. I took them back to reception where they took the bag, laughed and apologied and didnt get offered any alternative. So off to bed I went. Hungry.
The pool area is nice however this annoyed us as you can purchase inftables in the shop on the hote.. however BEWARE... These are NOT aloud to be used in the pool! Every family we spoke to were shocked at this.. being a family hotel, you are not alloud any form of toy/ ball/ sinking diving toys in the pool AT ALL and the life guard is VERY strict about this! You are not alloud any food on the loungers, this is a 1st for me. We got a sea view room which unfortuantley you do not get the sun at all (not in May anyway) The pool was signed to close at 6pm however quite a few nights this was closed early. The animation team tried hard with extremely limited resources.
You can rent to gold clubs/ tennis rackets which to be honest are just completely dangerous- I took photos of the damaged golf glubs we were given. And there must be only 1 set. We went for tennis rackets one day and nobody had been in the court all day, but because they had paid the deposit and took the rackets we could not play. Night time entertainment for kidsis in another hotel

10 minute walk to the beach. Room not available on arrival transferred to sister hotel so was unhappy about this as I felt we lost a day messing about transferring back the next day. We were upgraded to all inclusive as compensation. Also given a sea view room with lovely view but room was small and could do with a bit of an update. Room was very clean though.

Just 2 niggles really
1) Its a mistake to mix full inclus with B&B customers because if you're socializing with other customers it means B&b customers pay a quite expensive price for drinks and food around the pool & other facilities also makes for awkward moments when wanting buy a drink for someone else.
2) I think Blue sea don't really want B&B customers because the impression i got when i checked in was \"heres your room key ,now go & get on with your stay don't bother us again till you leave \" just because youre B&B wrist,nobody asked me if i wanted anything or interested what i was doing till i checked out !I stayed at a neiboring hotel 2 years ago was a goodwelcome ,pity blue sea are too big to care !

Great pools and food, terrible WiFi

This hotel is one of three across the street from one another, and you can use the great swimming pools (3 outdoor, 1 indoor/warmed water) and restaurants/bars at any of them. The dinner and breakfast buffets are great, quality hot foods (dinner better than breakfast). Drinks besides water are not free with dinner, and they will watch you like a hawk if you try. The music in the lobbies is comically 80s and what I imagine older Europeans listen to in terms of American old-school singers, like very hokey. Speaking of which, hotel staff does NOT speak English, so if you’re an American or Brit it’s a struggle. Dutch and German are more common, some Italian and Portuguese, and the Canadian dialect of Spanish (drop the S).

The location near La Paz is walkable to the beach promenade down the hill, and is about a 2.5 hour bus ride on Line 343 to the Sur airport (a little less to Norte) (Sidenote: bus is always late Toward the airport due to traffic so plan accordingly (I and 3 other passengers almost missed flight). The hotel has great activities for day trips albeit a little pricey. I did not like that the WiFi at the hotel lobby is the most frustrating, slow, and dropped connections on the planet, and don’t bother to buy the room one because it is even worse. I missed a work meeting after 21 minutes of frustration with hotel WiFi. Don’t think you will get any work done. At the airport or from home, bring your own portable WiFi or an international data plan.

Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our 8 day stay.
The room was comfortable. Meals we’re ok. The Animation Team is great! Our 6 year old son had a ball at mini disco! We loved all the activities sponsored by the hotel. The best thing is that you can use the facilities at the 2 sister hotels, which are right across the street! Good location. We would stay again when we are in Tenerife:-)

Nice quiet area for a solo traveler getaway

Nice pool which has plenty of areas which get the sun all day. Plenty of choice at buffet breakfast from cooked to continental. Not too far from the town of Puerto de La Cruz, nice walk to town with beautiful scenery all around. Reception staff a little abrupt when I asked for my passport back as they took it for about half an hour when I checked in.

I asked the cleaning lady about how often do they change the sheets and she answered me every 4 days, I stayed 8 nights and never changed the sheets, not even once - do not recommend this hotel at all, ohh and I got the half pension, means breakfast and dinner - the food is not good at all

Worst experience ever

Pretty much our worst experience with a hotel ever. We weren't given the room we had booked and paid for. There is no gym etc as indicated. There is no free parking. Actually no parking at all you have to park in adjacent streets. Hotel staff are very rude and unaccomodating. I don't understand how this hotel has a 4 star rating. I would have been disappointed with this hotel if I had booked it as a 3 star.

Overall first feeling was wondering how this hotel was rated 4 star. As week went on the feeling grew. The corridor to our room was very tired looking. The room itself was the same with a strong smell of smoke. Nice enough ensuite. Breakfast after 2nd morning was predictable as was dinner. Hotel catered mostly for a German clientele and made no effort to include anyone else. No facilities on site other than pool and outside bar. There were in sister hotels but one had to find out for themselves. Area was good for walker's. Plenty of walking tours. Public transport system exceptional. Overall view is while the town is a lovely spot full of nice places to eat and drink this hotel was to far out from the main center with a difficult walk home. I thought it did not live up to 4 star billing and would in my opinion be a poor 3 star.

Extremely Disappointing in virtually every aspect

Having just spent a week at this hotel, I struggle to find anything to recommend about it.
From the start, the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly with barely a smile upon check-in.
Our first impression of our sea view room was extremely disappointing as the view was obstructed by the ugly hotel over the road. Further, the double bed was simply 2 singles pushed together that both had hard and uncomfortable mattresses, the room facilities were very poor with not even a kettle provided, nevermind complimentary tea or coffee supplies which I would expect as standard in any hotel with atleast 2 stars. Reception did not even have an iron in the hotel for guest use. The food in the buffet looked better than it tasted and after having just 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner there, we chose to eat every meal outside the hotel despite having paid for half-board. The decor of the room and hotel in general were very tired and in need of updating urgently. The one positive thing I can find is that the housekeeping staff kept the hotel clean and were polite for the most part. The behaviour of the staff on Reception was very unprofessional and I witnessed several occasions where they treated guests without courtesy and as nuisance. If I had any confidence in the attitude or willingness of the staff to address any of these issues I would have made a formal complaint but I decided to instead leave my impressions online. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Old hotel that gets cleaned but needs renovation

-This is definitely an old hotel, that urgently needs renovation. The rooms are cleaned, but there are stains and holes and frayed carpets everywhere. Bathroom was renovated some time, so that was in better shape.

-There was a in principle nice swimming pool but it reeked like toilets or sewage, so that it was no pleasure at all.

- The rooms do not have Wifi and the Wifi in the Lobby is slow and unreliable.

- For getting towels for the swimming pool you had to deposit 10 Euros for the whole stay. Would you have liked to have the towel washed, it would have cost 1Euro per washing (what a cheap place!)

- The hotel was cheap, but it was not worth more either.

- I had a nice view of the ocean.

Nice hotel than it says in the reviews

I'm glad that I did not listen to the reviews. The hotel was nice Might not be 4 star but certainly 3 star. Well worth for the price we paid. I requested a sea view did not get one in the first day but when i spoke to the receptionist she kindly arranged one for the next day.
The room was clean, and was cleaned every day.
We stayed half board: The food was ok. The menu changed every night. The temperatures were ok was not bad as reviews say.
The waiting staff was friendly and very helpful.
How ever I have to say the reception staff need to Improve apart form the receptionist (She was always helpful) that helped me change the room others were not that bothered about customers.
The guy who does tours helped us to book a good tour to mount Tide. The lovely lady who worked in the mini mart was really help full better than the other in reception.
The hotel really need new carpets and TV's. But all that aside I enjoyed my stay. It was a lovely short break.

Room was surprisingly large but traffic from busy street was annoying.Housekeeping very thorough.Buffet selection was adequate and food taste was average.Reception staff did not go out of the way to utter pleasantries nor were they offensive.Upon our arrival we decided to get a drink at the bar where posted closing time was 7pm.We are 11 minutes prior but were told it was closed and to go elsewhere.Dining room staff were polite and helpful.Hotel was convenient for our purposes and we do not regret our choice

Hotel in the quiet area above Puerto de la Cruz.

The Paz is a quiet area located a good 15 minute walk above the main town of Puerto. The taxis are very cheap so thats not really a problem and there are some good restaurants up there.

The hotel is very basic and requires a complete make-over. There are holes in the carpets and the decor in general is very dated.

Rooms have old TVs and fridges. Our fridge was not working, we reported it on our first day - It wasn't changed for 4 days.

The furniture is old, Tv was 20 years old, the towels never been changed in 8 days, inside the fridge was the same temperature as in the room, wi-fi poor signal even that we paid 6 euro extra per day.It has a nice pool, is quiet and clean, the food was ok.Per total was ok considering that was very cheap...just they have to change the nr of stars.

Ok but wouldn't go back

My husband and I stayed here for a week in August with our 7 year old. Our room and bathroom were clean however the door to our balcony didn't lock and our safe broke after 2 days with passports and money trapped inside. It took a couple of hours to get it sorted as the staff didn't speak much English. The beds were comfortable enough but there was really loud music most nights coming from the hotel opposite, the music was awful and despite complaining our hotel could not/did not do anything about it. The carpets in the entire hotel are old and torn.

There was generally a lot of choice for food at meal times and we didn't find the food area too over crowded but the plates and cutlery were often dirty and there was a funny smell each time you walking to the dining area. The drinks are all self-service in tiny cups.

We found the pool at the hotel Bonanza across the road better than the one at Interpalace so we used this one. There was more space around the pool which was important if you want to keep an eye on your child in the pool.

The evening entertainment was awful, not our thing but plenty of other guests seemed to enjoy it.

The wifi in the reception is really poor which was frustrating.

we were half board which meant we were treated rather badly, as this hotel centers on all inclusive,which meant we were unable to get a snack at lunch time in the hotel with out having to pay for a full lunch which we did not want.forced to go out to find a snack. when asking staff about this they were not very helpful,and very rude.

Great food, and clean, but otherwise mediocre

I like to have a hot shower after a day out hiking, and two out of my seven showers were cold. Not impressed! Also, my room keycard was wrongly programmed and wouldn't let me in on the second day. The sliding door to the balcony had a latch which didn't close properly. The (paid-for) in-room WiFi kept cutting out.

It's a big hotel, and the staff were sometimes indifferent. On different nights the restaurant staff had different ideas about how and when they were charging for drinks (I was on half-board while it seems that almost everyone else was on all-inclusive) and this led to some awkwardness.

However, the food was really, really good. Loads of choice, nicely cooked and beautifully presented. Absolutely wonderful. And the kitchen and restaurant were spotless, as was the cutlery and crockery. My room was nice and clean too.

We stayed at the Interpalace hotel as a base for walking in northern Tenerife. The hotel is generally clean, but rather tired. The room was spacious, and had a fridge, which was a bonus for making packed lunches. The room was only cleaned when we put the cleaning sign outside, which was surprising as I expected the room to be cleaned every day. It wasn't really a problem, although it might annoy some people. A bonus was the view to Mount Teide, which was lovely (we were on the 5th floor).
We went half board because it was a cheap deal. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner is extensive, although the food is bland, badly cooked (except for the freshly cooked fish), stale (in terms of croissants at breakfast) and disappointing. However, there was plenty of food and the timings of the meals worked well with our trips out around the island.
There is no parking (as advertised on some websites), however there is ample parking on the nearby streets.
The 'entertainment' (which we were not interested in, but unfortunately could not help but hear), is dire, far too loud and could be heard from our room.

Nice hotel with Excellent staff

This hotel is good value for money, staff is very friendly and happy, the hotel is a bit dated and I won't say is a 4⭐️ but all the same my 3 children, my husband and I felt very happy because they have a a great team.

I recommend to stay in the south of the island instead of the north if you are a family with small children, the beaches are better and where the water parks are. Sadly this hotel is in the North.

Good hotel, but perhaps \"over-starred\". It depends on a Hotel Bus to get you in to town, otherwise it is a long hilly walk or taxi. The facilities are ok, but not much to do at night in regards to organised entertainment. Relaxing holiday, but hotel is a little overrated.

Had a great stay at the hotel, hotel was a bit tired but who spends all their time sat in their room and the reception area. The air conditioning was not working in our first hotel but the reception staff room moved us for more comfort. The reception staff were very good and extremely helpful. Food was ok, lots of choice but gets repeated a lot so by the end of the week you can be a bit fed up with it. Was hot and plenty.

Only thing is the soft drinks were not available til 10.30am which was slightly annoying and the Bar staff were not very friendly.

But would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again... the town is a lovely walk with plenty to see and do and must definitely be explored :-)

Set in La Paz which is a relaxed and quiet area of El Puerto with good restaurants, supermarket and transport (on bus route 101,102 to rest of Island). Close to the Botanical gardens and shopping centre. Hotel is basic for 4 star but good value and clean. Staff helpful I found. Pool safe for kids with lifeguard. Well ordered breakfast with good service. Beach is long walk with lots of steps as La Paz is high up on cliff above Puerto or short free bus ride. Lots of parking on road if you have hire car in La Paz, but very difficult to park in Puerto (always has been). I love the area and have stayed in various hotels in Puerto over 10 year period. I prefer the North of the Island as its cooler and more comfortable to sleep than the South. I take trips to the South for hot sunny beaches or Aquaparks etc.

Reasonable hotel.

Good range of food for all inclusive, and unusual \"help yourself\" alcoholic drinks.

I don't like cluster hotels as you end up with too many people at the best pool or bar. As such seats and sun beds were difficult to get.

Poor location at top of hill on outskirts made better by free courtesy bus (53 seater coach so easy to get on) but this didn't run at weekends (Sundays very reduced service)

This hotel would be a reasonable 3 star not a 4 star as advertised
It probably was a 4 star when first built but the attention and lack of modernisation would limit it to 3 stars
The good:
variety of food
Pools and access to bars (specially for all inclusives)
Shows at night
Would suit families with kids and senior people mostly
The bad:
It's a good hour and half drive from tfs airport so be aware
Dated furniture and worn carpets but kept reasonably clean

All in all enjoyable place and 10 minutes from loro park and playa jardin

4 stars old building hotel,no music on the bar,lock on my door not working,very old TV-few programs only,very old and be condition smile carpet,not change towels every day.
that hotel is like a 2-3 stars,but not 4.
i am been last year in 4 stars hotel on Tenerife,and its very big different .
The staff of service is nice only,food is good is well,but not recommend the hotel.

Good holiday on a budget

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There were very few things that I would criticise it for. The rooms were functional, but not luxurious. They were cleaned every other day by the maids, which was no problem at all for a week's stay. The view from the balcony was lovely, looking up into the mountains, and the sun was on it through most of the day.

As other reviews have mentioned, there was a slight smell of drains around the pool. It wasn't awful though and would fade away later in the day. Sit further away from the road to avoid it. The pool was very cold, even when the sun had been on it for a few hours. Travelling in March though, we couldn't really expect much else.

The food was nice, and there was always plenty of it. They are quite keen to close up when it's due to, but on our first night we arrived from the airport after the buffet was due to close and they were very accommodating, allowing us to grab a quick meal. The only thing they did not do well was vegetables - always overcooked and greasy. The cold food could also do with labels, often unsure of what I was picking up.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The only one we came across who didn't speak English very well still understood what we were asking and was able to help us.

The entertainment at the bar was fine. Typical hotel entertainment really. The bar often filled up though, mostly with , so we were happy to move on elsewhere!

Hotel need an upgrade, specially with wifi should be for free or rather a bit cheaper!
25 euros for a week is a bit too much!
Otherwise I would definitely recommended that hotel for the sort of money that I paid!

Staff very friendly, but hard to communicate with them in English.
Rooms were cleaned every day. Big plus ;)

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned every other day. My only problem was that during my whole eight night stay, my sheets and towels were not changed once. With the heat and stickyness of aftersun, things did become a little sticky. This was not really helped by the plastic undersheet.
My rate only included breakfast, which was very good and covered all tastes. The staff were exceptionally helpful after a mess up with my transfer.

Blue Sea Canarife - brilliant

Overall this hotel was great, being linked to the other two neighbouring hotels allows use of varied facilities such as the (free) jacuzzi, saunas, swimming pools (1 indoor and several outdoor) and (cheap enough) massages.

It is close to the centre for healthier people, or those who intent on taking a taxi, however for less able people the walk back from the centre may not be managable due to a significant length of steep steps.

The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The only downside was having to use the room key to turn the electricity on, which meant that once you left the room the aircon and (more importantly) the fridge turned off. Any card will turn the electrics on, but be warned(!) - after being cleaned one day we returned to find the card missing and after repeated enquiries it was never found.

I was travelling with my partner and the room had two twin beds, which was a bit annoying even when pushed together. Therefore it may be best to ring up to enquire about a room with a proper double bed.

There is no room service, but the breakfast buffet is truly fantastic with a great variety of food, and the fridge in the room allows storage of some food. The receptionists are also happy to open bottles of wine for you! The hotel has plenty of information on local attractions and can organise a hire car very quickly and cheaply - perfect for a trip up Teide.

All in all, no major issues apart from the card used in the electrics going missing. A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to shops, pubs and cafes, great views, beautiful food and friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel Blue Seas Interpalace Tenerife

This is a Hotel that has seen better times. Apparently it had to be rescued 3 months ago before it went bust as the staff had not been paid. On one day the room was left uncleaned. When I complained to the Reception they said the maid had to clean the sister hotel across the road ( also rescued ) and it would not be done. I insisted and the maid eventually came. Pity because it is large and airy with excellent common areas. Good facilities - pay as you go online access, WIFI , indoor pool - but with nowhere to leave clothes - and a lot of outside attractions such as pool , bar , beautiful gardens , table footie and Crazy Golf .We had dinner on our first night - a big mistake. A chaotic buffet self service with nothing identified and some very strange looking dishes with little taste .Choc blancmange that tasted of NOTHING AT ALL . Saw man with chef's hat turn up next afternoon - no threat to Raymond Blanc !. Breakfasts were fine - but the food was almost cold every time !! Even when we left at 0800 for the airport it was STILL cold even though it had just been cooked. Overall value for money - yes I guess so. For 4 stars - no way . Could be better on all fronts. Shame as it has the potential.

We were not happy with our stay at the hotel at all. When you book a stay at a 4 star hotel, you have some expectations that this hotel did not fulfill at all. In my opinion it should have no more than 3 stars.

The size of the room was ok - we were 2 adults and 1 child. But the aircondition did not work, one of the beds were wobbely and there was a damp smell. The damp smell was in most of the hotel acutally. We had booked half-board - breakfast and dinner. The food was often poorly made and the variation little. We stayed for three days - and had paella all three days, a chicken and a swine-dish for two days... No childrens menu.

Positive: the bathroom was very nice (exept the damp smell) and the water-preassure in the shower exellent. Could have stayed in that shower forever.

There is an outdoor and an indoor swimmingpool. We did not have the chance to try out the outdoor one because of cloudy weather. The indoor was not tempting at all. It was in a dark basement - and it looked like it was dirty. Also here it was i very damp smell.

All in all - we will not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff!

I really liked this hotel. I would recommend it. The only thing that I would like to mention is the fact that they don't have internet access in the rooms. Therefore I had to pay a wifi service at the hotel next door and get out to the balcony to get some signal. This hotel should offer internet access. It's a 4 star hotel.

I would also like to point out the gym, which was very small and 80% of the machines were out of order. Come on guys! Take the \"gym\" item from the hotel list if you're not gonna offer a good service.

The rest was all very nice. Good breakfast and good outdoor areas. Comfortable rooms.

The hotel is a part of three-hotel resort in the \"upper part\" of the Town - shops (food, souvenirs, electronics) and bars as well as the botanic garden are located just next to the hotel.
Easy access to the motorway - in case you want to rent a car and drive around.
The town centre and the beaches are about 30 minutes walk away, half of it is stairs... easy going there, but quite an exercise coming back.

Hotel itself is a in good condition, clean and modern facilities. Sea view or view of \"El Teide\".

The hotel stuff was extremely helpful - changing money, renting a car, picking excursions - very very friendly at any time of day.
Dinner and Breakfast are PLENTY. There was a themed food every night with Chinese/Mexican/Italian etc dishes.
Entertainment in the evening was \"OK\", but it is pretty much the same all over the town, the hotel internal entertainers and the child clubs/mini disco were fantastic, our 5.5 year old loved it!

I have stayed in this hotel for a week in Puerto de la Cruz & I really enjoyed it. It is a great location, the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the town centre is cca 10min walk on the stairs.
The breakfast was good and plenty, same about the dinner.
A few things did not work (i.e. lamp at the balcony and the lifts were kept getting lost between the floors).
Some programs were on almost every day and the staff at reception was quite helpful. However the hotel has its own car park, it was closed and not goog reason provided for that, neither an explanation. Gotta park on the street, wasn't easy to find space.
Overall I think it was a good value for Money.

BlueSea is clearly a very big company and the staff did not,in my opinion, see the guests as persons. It was really hard to get a smile on their faces or even a nod when you walked by. Some practical information was behind a QR code, for example when breakfast was served. Having been a guest at the hotel for three days I quite accidentally saw on an information screen that they offer for example Zumba classes. There was no information of that when we first arrived. WHY? For some reasons we only got one key for two persons so we had to ask for another one the next day. The breakfast was pretty plain. The sallad bowl was nearly always empty and the cucumber and tomatoes were \"swimming\" in water. These were the ingredients you were offered to \"make your own sallad\" of.

Du jamais vue un hôtel comme ça la nourriture même les animaux au droit a plus correct !!!!
Vous voulez des essuie pour la piscine c’est 50 euros de de caution, si vous voulez changer vos essuies, vous devez payer un euro par jours, c’est une honte !!!
Si on parle du nettoyage de la chambre, je n’ai pas de mots quand vous voyez qui a fallu cinq jours pour nous changer les tasses et de remettre du thé pour le matin, sans compter qu’ils oublient. Les essuies ne ferment jamais les portes de la terrasse pour un minimum de sécurité. Enfin je ne le conseille à personne !!!!! Je ne comprends pas comment que Expedia peut louer des chambres pareilles !!!!!! C’est bien dommage car je voyage au USA ET EN THAÏLANDE depuis des années et plusieurs fois par an mais jamais vu un Hôtel comme ça !! J’espère que vous allez réagir à ça ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Pros: La ubicación, fácil encontrar aparcamiento Y buena limpieza.
Contras: La zona de habitaciones que no da hacia el mar es muy ruidosa para dormir (NO ESTÁ BIEN INSONORIZADO), para nuestro gusto la calidad de la comida más bien tirando a mala (el salmón no sabe a salmón, los nuggets malísimos, entre otras). El horario de cena empieza prontísimo (18:30 y acaba 21:15), asique nosotras el día que llegamos tuvimos que cenar fuera porque el picnic que te dan es de un sándwich de york y queso, una manzana, galletas y una botella de agua. Desde mi punto de vista deberían ampliar el horario al menos hasta las 21:30/21:45, muy orientado a extranjeros ese aspecto. Las bebidas... Con decir que los zumos de la discoteca ponen un cartel que dice \"está bebida podría afectar a la atención (y algo más que ahora no recuerdo) de los niños, pues puro azúcar... Del alcohol que te dan, todo es imbebible, además te sirven en un vaso pequeño sí o sí y es prácticamente la mitad de alcohol. La atención de los camareros del de desayuno, la comida y la cena, muy buena. El camarero que nos tocó un día en la piscina y varios en el bar de la -1, fatal, (no recordamos el nombre, pero era calvo -con el debido respeto) le costaba mucho ser agradable, cosa que es indispensable trabajando de cara al público, ni saludaba, ni contestaba, parecía que le costaba terciar palabra. En líneas generales, no repetiríamos en este hotel, al menos NO EN RÉGIMEN DE TODO INCLUIDO. NO MERECE LA PENA.

Bluesea olikin yllätykseksemme kolmen eri hotellin kombo. Kuntosali oli naapurihotellissa, samoin lounas ja sisäuima-allas. Isoin miinus tulee todella kovasta metelistä lähibaarista, mikä jatkui päivittäin aamuyöhön asti ja kuului hyvin 6. kerrokseen. Hotelli on parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, mutta upealla paikalla.
