The staff was exceptional, they asked us if we had anything planned and helped us with transport recommendations since we arrived during the strike. They also recommended other things to do in our activity areas so we could get the best experience. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection (cold cuts, several types of pastries and bundt cakes, cereals, yogurts, a few types of milk and juices). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. They give you a big closed bottle of water for free in the room, and some disposable toiletries in the bathroom. 5/5 recommend, if I’m ever in Paris again I’m staying here!

Expect bit different than photos but overall ice

Staff was very friendly, room had great cleaning service and location had good options around for food, drinks, groceries and pharmacy. The only thing negative was that the hotel is under renovation work so the way to the room wasn't as nice. There wasn't any mention of construction work which should have been disclosed on the page. Even though there was nothing wrong with the room, the photos seemed very different than the room itself. The balcony was weirdly behind the toilet and not through the room. But the cleanliness and reception staff were great and those matter more, so it was a good experience overall.

This is a very small hotel with lots of stairs. The rooms are extremely small but very clean. The staff was very helpful as we only stayed one night and had to move because my husband has some mobility issues, and the stairs would not work for him.

I was not expecting 200 euros per night hotel, find the following not available in the room, the fridge, slippers, and room very dark , and not the way they shows on line ,the people there very nice, very hospitable ,but over all I was not happy and it is not worth 200 euros ,

This is a nice hotel to stay in Paris. It's close to a lot of establishments like restaurants, convenient stores, market and more. Train stations and bus stops are also nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There's also breakfast that's available for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again when we go back to Paris. 5 stars!!! Thank you!

Need to have phones in rooms so you don’t have to go down to lobby . I did not see a business center. I was told by you that breakfast was included and was told no . He said it cost 8 or 7 euros . I lost my cni card. Overall better than I expected and remembered from staying there in past . Very clean.

Recomiendo este lugar si solo van a dormir, fui de viaje con mí familia y rente dos cuartos de los cuales uno estaba un poco más amplio que el otro, ademas que uno si tenía un ventilador y el otro no, cosa que tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y si son de sueños ligeros el ruido no los dejará dormir. En términos de limpieza todo súper bien, y de servicio también el chico de la recepción fue súper amable llegamos unas 2hrs antes del check in y nos cuido nuestro equipaje hasta que pudimos hacer el registro y el día que salíamos muy temprano nos hizo el favor de pedirnos un taxi

IT'S ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY ON BUS TO CENTRAL

Nice budget hotel for its value.
Close to all the attraction centre. Eiffel Tower and champs EYLSEES and much more.
To go to central walk only 8 minutes walk from hotel and take bus 92 to central of Paris
And if you travel to Paris by Eurostar it only 30 minutes by Metro to GARE DU NORD STATION.

So this property in my eyes amazing about 30 min away from eiffel tower ( i know seems far) but how else will you get to know the city ??? 2 blocks back theres an excellent little spot for crepes and other quick snacks (phase west) i believe... you walk about 10 min took route 92 on bus to get me to eiffel... the hotel is clean, although there is no AC i would definetely stay there again did i mention location was safe and peaceful.

Well-located hotel at excellent price point just outside the Paris city limits. All major tourist sites reachable within 30 min. on the Metro (5-10 min. walk away); Palais des Congrès is 20-25 min. walk away (RER C was closed during my visit). Plenty of small shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as bigger brands at the SOuest shopping centre 5 min. away. Staff very friendly and helpful, speedy internet and plenty of hot water in the shower. On the downside, as other reviewers have mentioned, there are no kettles in the rooms. The shower was tiny with no shelf, so fetching items from the floor was interesting. Walls unfortunately thin, although the majority of guests were very considerate; one couple having a 'special' night needed some help on this matter from another guest banging on their door... Nonetheless, would definitely stay again.

Staff speaks English and were very nice and helpful, its a 10minute walk if that tk the nearest Metro station M6 which takes you straight to the Opera heart of downtown. Grocery market nearby as well as a variety of restaurants around nearby streets, we had the suite with our own bathroom, shower was cold and double bed was a little hard but room was clean and housekeeper cleaned everyday, the hotel breakfast was ok but bakery cross the st is better :) overall very good hotel for the price and location isn't that bad because you have the metro or you can uber everywhere!

Comfortable Stay

Stayed at this hotel from July 23rd until July 27th. Happy with the location, neighborhood and especially the staff. All we needed was a bed to sleep in as we were out all the time and that is exactly what we got. There was no point paying more money for a hotel when we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Louise Michel Metro Station and a Superb Mall within a 3 minute walk that had a huge Grocery store for our breakfast and lunch needs. No need to purchase the 7 Euro breakfast as you can easily get a cheaper alternative within a few moments walk.

Noisy, very basic. Hard beds. No air con and very noisy streets outside 24hrs if you need to open windows. Cant leave windows open as open wide so not secure. No tea/coffee facilities. Was fine as a bed for 2 nights but over priced for what it was. A hostel would have been cheaper and similar standard.

Rates were inexpensive and check in was pleasant. You get what you pay for, they are by no means luxurious but if you need a bed and a shower, this place has both! 7€ breakfast which is pretty reasonable for the area. No AC which I wouldn't normally mind however I have come to Paris on the hottest week of the year, so may wish to look at the forecast first! Beds were firm but comfortable, there were 2 outlets in the room (one occupied by the provided fan) so bring a power bar if you need to plug in more than a few things. Overall, no complaints!

Nice staff, good location, clean, reasonable price. Lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops just round the corner. Close to metro and train stations.
But no kitchenette or even kettle.
Breakfast could be cheaper. Also it would be of great help if guests can have access to a kettle for boiling water.

Small hotel room but very clean, very friendly staff. A good alternative to a hostel (a big step up!) for about the same price as a Paris hostel. Wifi is very poor, and breakfast is on the low end (though about what a good hostel would have). Neighborhood nothing much nearby, but there are small groceries and cafes. Not super convenient but a half hour metro ride will get you anywhere. Again, very nice staff while I was there. Don't expect a big room or very comfortable bed is all. Also, bring ear plugs! Big gap under the door so you hear every noise.

Avoid at all cost. You will not sleep.

This budget hotel room was quite clean. This said its about all that's good. The stairs are typically steep and winding in this type of hotel. We only met the night receptionist who was disinterested. The room walls are very thin and the hotel was very very noisy from other quests. On the third night there was a party in the next room. Complaint was made to the night receptionist twice, who did go to the room but it did not stop, it seemed too much bother for him. These people then left the hotel as 0150 hours. Presumably a lady and her client. When we checked out the two behind the reception desk didn't even look up when we dropped our key off.

First and last time will use Expedia and the hotel.

Good hotel given how close it is to the centre

More of a hostel than a hotel- a bed and wet room, but no kettle, etc, but otherwise perfectly adequate room. Bit small, but then it is fairly cheap and near the centre of Paris. Quite noisy when the front door is opened or anyone comes up the stairs- the street outside can also be noisy. 1/2 hour to Eiffel Tour by metro, estimated 1/2 hour walk to Arc du Triomphe. Only one parking space at EUR12 a day, so do book in advance if you need it (on street parking free at weekends). Wouldn't recommend if you are planning on driving to most places- get somewhere further out from the centre. We had a three day stop over after being elsewhere- did one day driving out, but mostly parked the car and metroed in. Good location if you are on public transport only. Staff were helpful.

Pesimisima calidad-precio. Habitación enanísima (no se podía rodear la cama, para usar el “escritorio”(es una balda en la pared) la silla toca con los pies de la cama. Sin nevera, sin caja de seguridad, El cuarto de baño más pequeño que he visto ( lavabo minúsculo) y el plato de ducha con mucha necesidad de reforma. El “armario” es una estructura metálica con las perchas. Y el precio???? Más de 250€ por noche, 1 persona y sin desayuno. Eso sí. Por decir algo positivo, relativamente cerca andando (30-40 min) del palacio de exposiciones y rodeado de restaurantes japoneses, cafetería- pastelería y algún bar.

Gute, sichere Lage, hübsche Markthalle und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nachbarscchaft, gut mit Bus und Bahn an die Innenstadt angebunden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer ist jedoch mehr eine Waschzelle mit schmalem Bett: Es gibt kein separates Bad, sondern Bad und Schlafzimmer sind ein gemeinsamer Raum. Die Dusche ist eng, Sanitäranlagen renovierungsbedürftig. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Wasserkocher oder Safe gibt es nicht. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis ok, allerdings ist es recht einfach und das Obst, das angeboten wird, nicht mehr frisch. Etwas anstrengend ist, dass selbst an der Rezeption nicht alle Mitarbeiter Englisch sprechen. Fazit: alles in allem in Ordnung, aber der Standard ist für den Preis recht niedrig.

Beaucoup de bruit

Isolation phonique déplorable. Au 1er étage, on entend tout ce qui se passe à la réception et donc toutes les arrivées sonores et sorties des clients, jusqu'a tard dans la nuit. Sans compter les portes qui claquent dans les parties communes. Impossible de fermer l'oeil avant 2h du matin. Si vous n'êtes pas un touriste, passez votre chemin.

Hormis la panne de wifi du dimanche au mardi mon départ qui a beaucoup impacté mon voyage professionnel, accueil très bon, belle rénovation, propre, insonorisation moyenne vis à vis de la rue.
Un geste commercial pour le wifi aurait été apprécié ou à minima être prévenue en amont.
